Phillip Person: Awful customer service. I had purchased a suit jacket and they failed to remove the security tag. I noticed it after I drove 30 minutes to get back home. I immediately returned to the store to have it removed and they did not give me an apology for going out of my way. Nor did they offer me anything in return. At least have some character or class and say “We are very sorry for your trouble.” THUMBS DOWN!

Lynne Garton: Terrible experience. We had to hunt down a salesperson. My husband finally found an older woman with colored hair. He asked her for help finding and fitting our son for a suit. She said we don't do that here and walked away. My husband doesn't normally get mad, but he walked over and said I won't be spending a dime here and said she was incredibly rude to him. Really? What is your job if you don't help people find proper fit and style? We left and thankfully found a wonderful salesman at Macy's. Fully fitted...and $600 worth of merchandise...and very happy! Will never step foot in Express at Galleria again. You should head over to the suit department at Macy's to hire someone that understands good customer service.

Kent Sharp: I had a really wonderful and positive experience here today. I went in to pick up an online order. Nothing big, just one pair of jeans. I still get pretty anxious when I go into womens clothing stores alone. I gave the cashier my information and with no hesitation asked if I needed to try them on before I left. I was blown away! She pointed me toward the dressing rooms and said she would have my bag and receipt for me when I finished. I really wish I had gotten her name as I would love to give her a shout out. I don't think she realized just how much brighter she made my day. I was so happy I even bought some socks and a pair of tights as well. I will most definitely be doing more shopping here.

Lawrence Q Hu: I've been going here for a while now. Express has a great section for up to date styles and high quality clothing. Unfortunately, their stuff is always marked up quite a bit (judging by their year round "massive" sales going on).The store is usually very clean and well kept. Wide selection of stuff, but the last time I just could not find dark red chinos. Clearance section usually has pretty good deals.Checkout can sometimes take a while, they really need to staff more people during peak seasons.
Leslie Hargus: The clothing here is exceptionally good quality and looks amazing. My friends and I always check here first before going to any other store for a new look. Sizes are true and the clearance section is just as amazing as the full price items. I would recommend Express to anyone looking for something a little different to add to their wardrobe!

Carletta Griffin: I bought two blouses from here for $78.00 total. I got them home and it smelled like fried chicken. I washed them in the sink and the water was so dark I thought it was the ink from the blouses, (which is why I don’t have pictures of the water) NO!! I rinsed and washed two more times and the water was clear! The smell was still faint but Um sure at least one was worn before and retagged. I hesitated doing this review but after the smell was still there, I had too. Please do better.
Dawna Shumate: The staff person/owner was unprofessional. She "chatted up" a man while I stood in line with my items. It wasn't until he turned around and saw me, that he ended the conversation, only to have her start another topic. The selections for sizes 1X are extremely poor. There's ONE rake BY THE DOOR, with 17 items of clothing. Clearly, she doesn't want curvy customers. She was also quite insulting. I go out of my way to support Black businesses however, sadly I won't be returning to this store.

Elise Aasgaard: Had a most unpleasant conversation with the owner of this store after expressing my disappointment that she was no longer carrying plus size clothing. She said she had another part of the store, same clothes in plus size, but the plus size women were afraid to wear them. Well, maybe the answer is that plus size women prefer flattering A-line shapes and lovely diaphanous fabrics over clingy, unflattering spandex. This person clearly doesn’t understand what looks good on us, so I can see why the plus size side of her store was unsuccessful. Move on, curvy women . There is nothing to see here.
C. Leigh: This is no longer a plus-sized clothing store. The name has changed. Leaving this business up on Google is false advertising. They have a sign on the window saying plus sizes available, but there was one little rack of random plus-sized closed. Don’t waste your time.
Monique West: I ordered pants online. After picking them up I noticed that they looked small, even after loosening the belt. I immediately check for the size, but the paper tag is gone. That can happen (it's paper), so I check the inside for the sewn in tag. Someone cut it out! Why would they do that, unless they didnt have the size I ordered & tried to pull one over? I left a message about a return due to my concerns. If I got a response, you did. I dont trust this business. They wont see another cent of my money.

We took our time trying to find the right fit and color I wanted. We found the kind I wanted but needed to order the ones with the right length. Justin had made the suggestion and we followed through. We also got some shirts for myself and my stepson. He suggested ways we we could save on our bill. He was quite pleasant and helpful. We will go there again or shop online.

Susan O.: This store is on the lower level of the Galleria. Good selection. Lots of clearance items in the back. Just seems like there is a huge markup on the clothes. And taxes are ridiculous here. I will probably shop online just to avoid the city tax, county tax and state tax.
Jackie Sit: The African American with blonde hair lady checked me out today Feb 20th, 2022 was rude and humiliated me. As she told me the total, she walked away from the counter so I left exact cash on the counter toward her side and waited for her. She came back and demanded me to put the money in her hand. I was shocked but I picked up the money that was already on her side and put it in her hand. I didn't want to make a sense because it was closing time and they still had two more customers after me. Anyway, she shouldn't be working as customer service anywhere at all!
Deb Harris: Had 2 returns. Salesladies were efficient and offered to show me new merchandise. Always love shopping at AT and LOFT.
Sharmell DB: The absolute worst customer service! Employees do not understand retail and apparently the best practices of the brand.
Monica Orosz: I came here for my first interview outfit and while the experience was okay I wished I had some guidance. I expected some assistance going in, but did not have any. When I was trying on my outfit I asked the workers a question about the white x at the base of my jacket. I am not a suit wearer, so that’s why I hoped for some guidance. The employees said it was nothing and I brushed it off. I never removed the white x and wore the suit jacket at my interview, and embarrassingly was told at the end that the white x is supposed be removed. I just wonder what was the purpose of going to a store like Anne Taylor if not to have the guidance from people who should know things like that. Just suggests to me that the employees don’t know what they’re doing and for that reason I wont shop at Anne Taylor again and I recommend others against it.
Emily: The selection is hit and miss - I prefer online shopping with Amn Taylor. Staff often ignores you if you don't "look" the part.

Tiffany Wilson: I recently had a terrible customer service experience at this store. While I love the Ann Taylor brand, I would not recommend visiting this location. I was “helped” by Maria, and would absolutely suggest that anyone who shops here avoid her. She was rude and condescending to me throughout my entire visit. It was even worse when she realized I was returning items. If you are looking for warm and personable sales people to help you, I would not recommend this location.

Billy D Nelson: I was about to buy clothing from this store, and one lady there yelled “we going on break”. All of the employees at the same time while I’m holding clothes in hand. One of them was just staring at me, so I asked her did I need to come back? She was like yes bc they going on break, so I left I don’t plan on coming back.
