Jordan Grimes: Called to confirm my phone was ready at 11am. No answer. Drove to the store after work. Arrived shortly after 6pm. The doors were locked and no one was there. Called the store. Answering service was switched on advising the public that the store was closed. All the lights were still on and the tv was as well. Scanned the QR code on the to make sure they didn’t close early on Tuesday. “Hours - Monday-Friday: 9 am - 7 pm”. Even as I write this review, it’s still not 7pm. I’d like to switch my pick up location but at this point, it’s not worth it. I’ll go back tomorrow, in the morning, and pray that the 9 am open time posted on their front door and website is accurate and not just a random time like their 7pm close time appears to be.

Hayley Seymour: Here’s the thing: Great first impression from Manager Blake. Got a new phone, pop socket, phone case and even a screen protector… didn’t want anything besides the phone but once he heard I had a $300 dollar balance to spend, it was money signs in his eyes. Left with phone not working, told it would work, had to come back next day because it DID NOT work. He added some random iphone8 and then my watch turned into a samsung line… WHAT???? Sat from 1:30-5:30 with Blake who COMPLETELY MESSED UP THE ENTIRE ACCOUNT, pointed at me when i was visibly upset and told me to “behave” as if i was his child. Didn’t apologize once, might I add. Then was told he couldn’t help and I needed to go to the corporate store in Brentwood. MIND YOU; BRENTWOOD WAS ABOUT TO CLOSE AND FIXED MY PHONE WITHIN 30 MINUTES. He needs to be fired. Should not be a manager at all. Unprofessional, wasted my time, I want my money back for things I don’t even have on my phone anymore (pop socket/case/screen protector.) Dude shouldn’t manage a store when he can’t even fix a phone. It’s not even a Verizon store. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE.
Joel Niemerg: Store manager is a liar and a thief. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with, but just wants you to drop your guard. I bought a new phone and told him I did NOT want the Verizon mobile protect warranty, and he signed me up anyway. Had to waste my time calling to cancel it, but beware, they will sign you up no matter what. Jerk just wants to pad his bonus.

Greg Boehme: I had an incident while on vacation and my phone shot craps. I visited this store and Aziz jumped right in to assist me in my situation. He was amazing and quickly determined that my phone has seen it's last. Aziz determined a suitable replacement and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes with my new phone fully functional. in my 16 years as a Verizon customer this was the best experience I ever had. Aziz is awesome and would recommend him to anyone needing a newsolution.

Gena Napier: I have been here a few times, and the wait was very long even with an appointment.But today was so much better. Andy was helpful and friendly. He had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone with Verizon getting a problem fixed, but thankfully he persisted.

Ben: Absolutely awful service. Ordered something online for pick up. The item never filled but there is absolutely no way to actually speak with a person at the location. If you call the number they connect you with the Verizon customer service team and say “oh they must’ve been busy” no matter what time of day. They do not want you to call them. They do not want to help you. They are not too busy to pick up a phone because they’re helping people in person. They just don’t want you to speak with people at actual stores. *UPDATE* finally got through after dealing with multiple additional customer service reps… they told me that the item I was ordered was out of stock, even though it was in stock when I purchased, and that I would not be able to get the item I bought (for the agreed upon price) due to their systems error. Manager said “it should eventually expire” when I asked why I hadn’t been notified days earlier about the item I purchased being unavailable.
K Q: Lousy attitude, phones so locked down you can't even see how good the camera was. Had no clue about latest Samsung phone that Verizon offers. This place was okay in the past, but has clearly been scaled way back with less items to show staffed by people who don't care.

I'm going to make Verizon CREVE COEUR my location for now on!!!!!!!! Give LIAM A RAISE!!!!!!!, Thank You again Creve Coeur for excellent customer service!!!!

G & M: We bought the new IPhone 13 pro and the charger is made slightly different from the old chargers for iPhones. The employee helping gave us bad information stating that we couldn't use the old charger because it would mess the battery up in your new phone. After speaking directly Apple I come to find out the information he gave us was false. We out buying adapters so the new charger would fit in the car when that wasn't necessary. If your skeptical about what someone is saying always follow your first mind.

I told them since we’re of color it’s just cool to send us in our way but sit and set up a whole new account with other customers that came in at the same time when all we were doing was adding a new line to our existing account (NEITHER ONE WAS HELPFUL) RIDICULOUS.
