Tonia H: I returned my daughter's cable boxes last week and the employee lady spoke to me rudely and her co-workers would make comments to make the situation more difficult. I was the only white woman in the store and I would never do business with spectrum again after this. Customer service is very poor here. The loud condescending attitudes are not necessary. Stay away from these stores and go into the county to deal with people who don't try and bait white customers and make them out to be Karen's. Dramatic and unnecessary. Spectrum I will not be back.
DT Taylor: Horrible Service!Seemed to be Disgruntled Employees attempted to refuse accepting returned equipment from myself and other customers!Both Employees Urged us Patrons to inconveniently transport our equipment to UPS for return until Irequested a Supervisor to report their Disgruntled Directives! At which time Employee Mark changed his attitude! The Other Employee removed her name tag!
LonerSoul* Naé: I was really trying to be patient and understanding of the short staff no offense to them but customer service was way off and very very disrespectfully slow.
Curt Balding: Don't bother. The BBB does not consider Spectrum/Charter as being recognised as an accredited business. On the BBB Web page, you will see that Spectrum's rating is D-. I had cancelled my initial purchase and service with 48 hours of signing up. I still have not received my money back into my account after nearly 30 days since then. Even after countless times of being told by the reps on phone calls, I have been getting constantly changing expectations dates of when my account will be reimbursed.

It disconnects my devices everyday and can’t connect back together…then they don’t charge my whole bill they leave 12.19 out every time so I can pay more when the next bill is due. Only reason I got spectrum because where I stay they don’t service ATT!!.

Curt McDonald: Beware of who you enter a subscription with!!Spectrum is probably the worst provider there is.The internet would frequently have outages, disrupting calls while I was working from home.On October 7th, I called because a line was down, preventing service to my home. I could not get a technician to my home in a timely manner.On October 11th, I canceled my account, because within a day, AT&T was able to setup service laying a new line. The internet has been faster and more reliable, and is the same price.Because I canceled my account, Spectrum is refusing to pro-rate my account to the date I lost service, charging me for nearly a full month for a service they were incapable of providing. It’s fraudulent.

Eric Schactman: Brentwood Wireless offered to switch our corporate phones to Sprint; however, we declined. They still proceeded to open new Sprint lines on our account WITHOUT our authorization. Since we need to continue to pay our bill in full to maintain the other Sprint lines, we had to fight to get the extra lines removed, and now have to fight to get a refund. We continue to get the run-around from Sprint corporate and Brentwood Wireless. Truly unethical.

Chris Gianino: I agree with Erin, I was promised all kinds of stuff and credits, if I upgraded my work phones. It has now been over 3 month and they have done nothing. I have called them repeatedly, they keep saying that they are working on it and will get back with me and never do. Stay away from them. They are going to be turned into Sprint corporate. Sprint needs to know how they are handling their customers.
Erin Boyle: Was promised an account credit after I had to make 6 trips to this store (and the service center) to get a tablet connected to the internet. Never delivered. They talk a good game, but the follow through stinks. I'd rather wait an hour at the Crestwood store than do business with this store again.

Dwayne C: If I could give 0 stars I would. It's storytime. I am not from Saint Louis and was just passing through when my car charger decided to not work. I made the mistake of buying one from a gas station that was charging it very slow. I was lucky enough to make it to the downtown St. Louis area and went ahead and stopped at t mobiles local branch. An employee greeted me without a smile and proceeded to tell me after I politely asked to use a charger that I could not because they were having an an audit. I wouldn't have stopped if my car charger was working well, but the point of this is to say that while I was in need and LOST, the company that I pay over a $100 to per month for years now put me out the door instead of helping me. Where's the human decency? I didn't ask for money I asked to simply charge my phone for a couple minutes so it would turn on and I could continue my drive. Shame on this company And I will be writing something on Twitter and I will be canceling my service.

Kenneth Diggs: This store customer service the worst. All they conserned about is their commissions. I purchased a phone a few weeks ago and found out that I wasn't properly informed of the options I had at the point of sale. They sold me a phone that is Dual sim capable but their system doesn't support the features. Now the Manager Dillon doesn't want to refund my money and I wasn't informed of the 2 week policy. I futher asked to speak to his boss about my complaint and ge refuses to allow me to speak to him. I will be calling corporate about this situation.

I will be back for sure when I am ready to purchase and tell everyone I know about this awesome location. Give them a raise.
Mary James: Absolutely the worse ongoing experience I have ever experienced as a customer, ever. This store would NOT return my items purchased and came back to return within the 14 days. They told me they can't return it since they don't have any cash on hand. ( I paid cash in store. ) I was told the store Manager, Meliek would override the 14 day return since I refused to leave the store ( it would have gone past 14 days due to them not returning items since they have no cash ... ) TMobile and Sprint have told me they are mailing a box for me to return and I have not received these boxes and multiple calls and hours/days/money/ devices I have not used....DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY WILL STEALYOUR MONEY. THIS STORE WOULD NOT LET ME RETURN MY ITEMS WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH CASH. TMOBILE CORPORATE AND SPRINT WILL HAS NOT DONE A THING ABOUT THIS AND HAVE LOST MULTIPLE HOURS AND DAYS OF MY LIFE TRYING TO HANDLE THIS.
Shana Stratford: This will be my first review ever. This T-Mobile store is the absolute worst and will steal your money and hold you hostage with the devices you purchased and came back to the location to return the item it's in the 14-day period.. because I paid in cash and the store and the manager Malik informed me that they cannot return my items because they simply do not have the cash.I legitimately have been in a financial hard spot and with two devices that I don't use nor plan to. I went in twice before the 14 days and twice after the fact with the manager telling me he is able to override the 14-day. And return my items when he has cash available. I have dealt with corporate T-Mobile and Sprint with no help in sight.
