Jordan Grimes: Called to confirm my phone was ready at 11am. No answer. Drove to the store after work. Arrived shortly after 6pm. The doors were locked and no one was there. Called the store. Answering service was switched on advising the public that the store was closed. All the lights were still on and the tv was as well. Scanned the QR code on the to make sure they didn’t close early on Tuesday. “Hours - Monday-Friday: 9 am - 7 pm”. Even as I write this review, it’s still not 7pm. I’d like to switch my pick up location but at this point, it’s not worth it. I’ll go back tomorrow, in the morning, and pray that the 9 am open time posted on their front door and website is accurate and not just a random time like their 7pm close time appears to be.

Got a new phone, pop socket, phone case and even a screen protector… didn’t want anything besides the phone but once he heard I had a $300 dollar balance to spend, it was money signs in his eyes. Left with phone not working, told it would work, had to come back next day because it DID NOT work. He added some random iphone8 and then my watch turned into a samsung line… WHAT???? Sat from 1:30-5:30 with Blake who COMPLETELY MESSED UP THE ENTIRE ACCOUNT, pointed at me when i was visibly upset and told me to “behave” as if i was his child. Didn’t apologize once, might I add. Then was told he couldn’t help and I needed to go to the corporate store in Brentwood. MIND YOU; BRENTWOOD WAS ABOUT TO CLOSE AND FIXED MY PHONE WITHIN 30 MINUTES. He needs to be fired. Should not be a manager at all. Unprofessional, wasted my time, I want my money back for things I don’t even have on my phone anymore (pop socket/case/screen protector.) Dude shouldn’t manage a store when he can’t even fix a phone. It’s not even a Verizon store. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE.
Joel Niemerg: Store manager is a liar and a thief. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with, but just wants you to drop your guard. I bought a new phone and told him I did NOT want the Verizon mobile protect warranty, and he signed me up anyway. Had to waste my time calling to cancel it, but beware, they will sign you up no matter what. Jerk just wants to pad his bonus.

He was amazing and quickly determined that my phone has seen it's last. Aziz determined a suitable replacement and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes with my new phone fully functional. in my 16 years as a Verizon customer this was the best experience I ever had. Aziz is awesome and would recommend him to anyone needing a newsolution.

Dwayne C: If I could give 0 stars I would. It's storytime. I am not from Saint Louis and was just passing through when my car charger decided to not work. I made the mistake of buying one from a gas station that was charging it very slow. I was lucky enough to make it to the downtown St. Louis area and went ahead and stopped at t mobiles local branch. An employee greeted me without a smile and proceeded to tell me after I politely asked to use a charger that I could not because they were having an an audit. I wouldn't have stopped if my car charger was working well, but the point of this is to say that while I was in need and LOST, the company that I pay over a $100 to per month for years now put me out the door instead of helping me. Where's the human decency? I didn't ask for money I asked to simply charge my phone for a couple minutes so it would turn on and I could continue my drive. Shame on this company And I will be writing something on Twitter and I will be canceling my service.

Kenneth Diggs: This store customer service the worst. All they conserned about is their commissions. I purchased a phone a few weeks ago and found out that I wasn't properly informed of the options I had at the point of sale. They sold me a phone that is Dual sim capable but their system doesn't support the features. Now the Manager Dillon doesn't want to refund my money and I wasn't informed of the 2 week policy. I futher asked to speak to his boss about my complaint and ge refuses to allow me to speak to him. I will be calling corporate about this situation.

They told me they can't return it since they don't have any cash on hand. ( I paid cash in store. ) I was told the store Manager, Meliek would override the 14 day return since I refused to leave the store ( it would have gone past 14 days due to them not returning items since they have no cash ... ) TMobile and Sprint have told me they are mailing a box for me to return and I have not received these boxes and multiple calls and hours/days/money/ devices I have not used....DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY WILL STEALYOUR MONEY. THIS STORE WOULD NOT LET ME RETURN MY ITEMS WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH CASH. TMOBILE CORPORATE AND SPRINT WILL HAS NOT DONE A THING ABOUT THIS AND HAVE LOST MULTIPLE HOURS AND DAYS OF MY LIFE TRYING TO HANDLE THIS.
Shana Stratford: This will be my first review ever. This T-Mobile store is the absolute worst and will steal your money and hold you hostage with the devices you purchased and came back to the location to return the item it's in the 14-day period.. because I paid in cash and the store and the manager Malik informed me that they cannot return my items because they simply do not have the cash.I legitimately have been in a financial hard spot and with two devices that I don't use nor plan to. I went in twice before the 14 days and twice after the fact with the manager telling me he is able to override the 14-day. And return my items when he has cash available. I have dealt with corporate T-Mobile and Sprint with no help in sight.

You really have to be careful and watch your surroundings. The parking lot was full of bad potholes that can really mess up your tires.

And then they also added a home protect add on, when i didnt even know it was a thing. my bill went from $160 to over $350 and needless to say i will no longer go back to that store

Alan Mundhenke: My partner and I came to this store to buy new phones and transfer her from Verizon to AT&T. We weren't exactly excited to do so, as we assumed it would be a headache and take forever, but we could not have been any more wrong. Manny helped us navigate all of our needs with ease. His demeanor was so calm and collected. He helped get us everything we wanted, and even informed us of ways to get the best deal that we had not anticipated. He was able to help multiple customers during the downtime required when setting up our new phones, which speaks to his efficiency and knowledge.When we first got there, he was assisting an elderly woman that was having problems with a phone she had bought online. He was able to get her phone working, and after she left he told us there was no way he was going to let her leave the store without a working phone. I was so impressed, and I think it speaks volumes to Manny's character. He was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout our whole appointment. I will literally only frequent this store from now on, even though it is not the closest to our neighborhood. Thanks Manny for the assistance!!!
