Sylvia Wilson: I came in with a variety of problems relating to the contact information on my account - it had been entered in incorrectly by various phone customer service representatives over the years - that was essentially barring me from using my account. After visiting two other T-Mobile stores, this was the first one with a representative, Meghin H., interested in helping me fix my account. She was incredibly patient and kind as we sorted out all problems with my account.
Kevin Childers: Nice store but a little confusing as that strip mall faces away from the street (S. Hanley). This not the T-Mobile store for repairs, that. As the so kindly directed me is just across the highway in the strip mall at Clayton Rd & Highland Terrace.
Clester Blackwell: Service was excellently carried out by Eli and Devon gave me outstanding service ,were patient knowledgeable , and attentive to my situation. I appreciated their services.
Michele Ochse: I wasted over 4 hours here and they did not remotely resolve my issue. They sold me a new phone then did not give me a receipt, tracking number, nor confirmation email at all. They charged my card then after I had to go to YET ANOTHER t mobile store because this incapable staff was not trained well enough to help me and simply resolve the very non-complicated issue,the other store could not even find record of the phone or sale at all. The lack of any sort of customer service is simply atrocious. No way to treat a +20 year customer.
La Sìrene: Excellent service ! And very Informed . Made my upgrade and switch very easy. Even after I made huge mistakes on my end they were still able to fix it with a smile on the face . I was helped by Devon who was super nice to my daughter ( he even showed her his backflip skills) all while helping me upgrade my phone and get a new one sent out , he was also able to fix any problem I had; he was a huge help! . . Amazing GREAT professional SERVICE . I will definitely be back . 😁

Jake Lee: Patrick was a huge help who went above and beyond in helping me get a SIM card after my family plan got switched over to Verizon. My family lives in New Jersey and made the switch through a T-Mobile store there. The Jersey employees told my family that I'd be able to pick up a free SIM card from any local T-Mobile store after providing my temporary phone # and account #, which apparently wasn't true. Patrick helped me quickly solve that issue and ensured a seamless transition to T-Mobile, fixing the other store's mess.
Barbara MacRobie: Patrick was FANTASTIC. My family has three phones on our account, and we needed to get compatible with 5G, plus we were originally Sprint customers, so our case was complex. Patrick clearly and thoroughly explained our options, helped us find new phones we liked, and got our data transferred. On a Saturday afternoon and with the March 31 3G expiration deadline looming the store was crazy busy, but Patrick took all the time needed and made us feel well taken care of every step of the way. (And the rest of his staff looked like they were doing the same for the customers they were helping. I'd stopped by the store a few months ago to ask what I needed to do to get our three phones upgraded to 5G and had talked with Chandler. She explained they'd need the phones in person to transfer our data, and said that everyone in the store knew how to "speak Sprint" and would be able to help us. No kidding!)
jordan neumeier: I showed up at 735 the store closes at 8As I was walking to the door a salesman walked up and locked it looked right at me and turned around then didn't pay any attention when I knocked and proceeded to sit there and conversate with his other workers.I just needed a case would have been in and out will never return to this store!
