SPINE SHINE GODDESS: I don’t know who on Cricket’s top tier rung needs to hear this, BUT Cortez is the truth! Ok, so I am currently in Belize, Central America and have had the most stressful time trying to find the right international plan with Verizon. Now, my mother who is a senior and a Cricket customer has just learned to text, so informing her about a new option to communicate using WhatsApp was totally out of the question! I mean, I begged and pleaded. We spent $300 on phone usage my first month in Belize using Travel passes. I even had one of my friends reach out to her and still: No Can Do! Then, just the other day, she walked into the Cricket store on Union and met CORTEZ (I hope the spelling is correct)! If you only knew how happy and relieved I was to discover that she had finally signed up for WhatsApp! I mean, I actually still can’t believe it. If you knew my mother, you would understand why. If I didn’t know any better, I would think she’s in some kind of witness protection program or something! SHE DOES NOT DO OR TRUST TECHNOLOGY LIKE THAT! Cortez took his time with her. He was professional and caring. He is obviously a miracle worker too, because that is exact what it took to get my mother to get on WhatsApp! Lol! I now can enjoy the rest of my time in Belize knowing she is just a text or phone call away without spending more on phone bills than I do on my monthly rent here (no cap)! I just want you all to know that you have a keeper!!! Especially in this hiring market so you better treat him right before another employer sweeps him off his feet! Lol THANK YOU CORTEZ! the lunch table: I had a wonderful experience at this store on 3445 Union Blvd. My husband came in with a broken phone and already had a bad experience at another store so to be expected we were not expecting much. We were greeted and met with the best customer service. Kris was wonderful and super helpful. She went beyond what was expected and found a phone, accessories and perfect plan for us. We left happy costumers in a timely manner. Kris is a keeper and we are truly thankful for making our experience a pleasant one.

She was the only employee in the store and she made sure she took care of EVERYBODY that came in while getting my new phones all set up. Super impressed with how great of an experience this was!

Bobby Phillips: This place is a scam. They signed my mom up for a government program that would give her free phone service. After several trips to this location with HORRIBLE RUDE customer service we decided to get new service at Boost. Then, she started getting charged $30 for Cricket service. Apparently when she initially signed up, they had my mom swipe her card twice, once for auto pay and once for payment. But they told my mom she was swiping it again because “it didn’t go through”. They thought they were being slick by putting her on auto pay thinking she wouldn’t know because the service was “free”, not taking into consideration that she may transfer the benefit at a future date. My mom is on a fixed income and literally couldn’t buy her medicine because this Cricket scammed her. Shame on you Cricket. If you genuinely cared for your customers you would close this location permanently. Not like it would matter much. This location is hardly ever open and when they are the systems are down. Too bad the system wasn’t down the day they scammed my mom.

Lilith Grace: This store is the worst location. They are guilty of “cramming”! They added $11 insurance on two of my lines without my permission. This is illegal. Luckily the location on Cherokee was able to fix everything. Don’t waste time going here, drive the extra couple of miles to Cherokee and Iowa. Cricket should close this place down for making them look bad.

Not only was I impressed with his knowledge and friendliness, he took care of other customers while waiting for our phones to finish setting up. Everyone was happy with the service he provided. So everything was tied in and everything started fresh and I lost the $15 that I did for data. What a mess. The girls working there try hard but they just don't fulfill the needs that you have. So if I was you I'd go to another store or go with another wireless company? Because what my experience with cricket was undesirable that at that

Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.
