One item broke when she dropped it and she was excellent about making up for it - received amount back as store credit, which let me get another item I had wanted anyway. Really good customer service! Do keep in mind the items are used, to varying degrees.My new chairs, chaise lounge and cabinet look great!

Claire Van Vranken: The owner was extremely rude and does not know how to talk to people instead of thanking for consideration when wanting to consign with them I just got a "no thank you" no explanation why they would not consign it and when I called to ask why and say it was rude just saying no thank you without an explanation or appreciation for considering them for consignment his response was "how many successful businesses do you own?" No apology, nothing, in addition he basically called what I was wanting to consign trash. I will never consign with Green Goose, shop there or recommend them. Do not support this self righteous business owner!!
Explorers: One of the better consignment stores or thrift store. They've good some real good home decor items along with furniture that has a blend of modern and antique. The staff is very helpful and attentive. You can have a loyalty program with them that makes your shopping even more worthwhile! We've gotten a bunch of things in the last couple of visits.

Rose: Since Ronnie bought the store the improvements are fabulous.It's a consignment shop more so than antiques, if you're looking for decorations for the house along with furniture it's a good place compared to thrift stores for sure. Not sure about the discounting to the vendor's items happening without them doing it themselves. Seems a little like giving your items away if they don't sell fast enough. I had a previous experience with a consignment that I did and didn't appreciate the markdowns without my input. Not sure about the 50% commission on it as well. Then again, if the vendors know it and approve the process that's on them. A discount for paying with cash is a plus too. Overall it's a hit-and-miss which makes it an interesting place to stop in now and again. Definitely, an improvement over all the new merchandise that use to be in the store and a lot of variety too.Not really an Antique Mall like it used to be known for, overall being one of the better consignment shops with the organization along with visually appealing.

I thrift a lot and can confidently say this place is one of a kind.I especially love their discount system (home decor gets cheaper the longer it is in the store). Gracie Gralike: I really enjoyed The Green Goose Resale & Consignment shop. I was looking for a kitchen table and they had tons of options. I didn't want to order something online and have to assemble it, so I Googled some resale shops around my area. They have so many awesome vintage pieces. I had trouble picking out a table because there were so many good options!! They also had a king bed I liked, but I didn't get it since I was worried about the size of the bed in my room. I did however get the kitchen table. The staff was so nice, they could have ripped me off by suggesting to use a moving service, but they were honest and took the table top off so that I could get it in my car to save money. I will be back here, I need some more things!

I stumbled upon a very nice large couch that I loved and the price was perfect! Before I discovered The Refind Room, I had looked at Weekends Only Furniture. I was shocked they wanted so much for low quality furniture. I am a young professional who is on a budget, but I love nice things! So in came The Refind Room. I actually found them through a Google search and went as soon as they opened. The lady working in the store (I didn't catch her name, but she was so nice to me) helped me with my questions and recommended a mover for my couch. The company she recommended was awesome! I'm so in love with my couch. I am going to come back soon once I get a little more money saved up so I can get some of that amazing artwork!!

When I needed help or had a question, they were available, but did wait my turn as they were so busy.The nice part, is I did not have to hire a designer as they helped me put my house together the way I wanted.Will continue to visit even though my place is put together now.
