Ann Knake: My experience with Rustic Grain comes from their work at the Jesuit Archives & Research Center. We have a very modern building, but we still wanted tables for our patrons that had weight and warmth. Something a little more traditional than other pieces in the building, but still fitting with the overall feel.Rustic Grain was able to create the classic library table we were envisioning! After seeing the craftsmanship of the tables, we knew that any exhibit cases we could simply purchase from a catalog would feel like an afterthought and pale in comparison to the tables. We contacted Rustic Grain again to see if they would be willing to work with us on additional pieces, and they designed and built two beautiful styles of exhibit cases.The work is exceptional, and the team is friendly and fun! However, people who enter the cabin first mention the unique take in the dining/great room.This one-of-a-kind creation was made by Rustic Grain. It is a magnificient herringbone designed table with matching chairs and benches, made from reclaimed barn wood.Working with Tim & Matt at Rustic Grain was a pleasure. They are not furniture manufacturers, they are true artisans that treat each creation like a masterpiece, I was so happy I have requested they design another item for our cabin!
jon clark: Thank you, Rustic Grain, for providing information for us to research and learn about the area and the barn that provided wood for our dining table. Our wood began as the building material for a barn over 160 years ago in Missouri. It tells it's story through pitting and saw marks acquired over the years. Now our children and grandchildren will get to add their history to the wood. Our table is so beautifully handcrafted it will be gladly welcomed by the next generation. Who knows how long it will remain in our family! Maybe another 160 years!!!

Every time we have someone into our conference room the first thing out of their mouth is always " I love the table, Where did you get it?" It is diffidently a statement piece. It is important for us to support local business and encourage up-cycling and reduce waste along with bringing something so inherently authentic to our credit union. It is our own little piece of history. Tim and Matthew were great to work with, thank you for the beautiful table.

Gail Graham: Purchased small Christmas tree, before purchase concerned about seeing light cord was told by owner once I shaped tree you wouldn’t be able to notice, after repeated comments by owner I purchased. Tree doesn’t shape so called and asked if I could exchange, not asking for refund just an exchange was told no. No seasonal items can be returned. Just want other’s to be aware, if in question don’t purchase.

BRENDA MILLER: The quality of the product was very good however, I think having to pay a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping charges not being refundable is extremely ridiculous.My bill came to like $135 and I only got $94 of my money back I could see a 10% restocking fee plus the shipping charges but 25% restocking fee Is over the top- unfortunately I will not be making any future purchases with Nana’s farmhouse just based on their return policy with the restocking percentage they charge, just wish I would’ve seen this before I place my order I didn’t find out until after I had placed my order and then it was too late to cancel

Friday comes no correspondence from Bill at all or any other associate. It’s been 2months still no furniture no refund cause Bill is never there all of a sudden . Octavia Marshay: I ordered a dresser to match my previously bought bedroom set on March 23, 2022. Its now December 4th and 8 months later NOTHING ! Every time i call i get the run around or “im going to call you back friday” Its been about 20 fridays that have passed and Im still having to reach out ! They keep telling me the manufacture is whats taking so long but now i cant even get a refund and take my money elsewhere because they lost their lease from the Pershall store and moved to this store and gave everyone store credit instead of asking customers if they even wanted to continue waiting on their items. So now im down $400 that i cant get back and no dresser either. Simce giving me store credit i went in the store and pocked out a different dresser of the same value that i saw in the showroom, yet once again THAT ONE ISNT AVAILABLE EITHER ! Ive been picking my clothes from a bin and tv sitting on boxes ! Im so disappointed and will NEVER spend money here again !
Kelsey Sharp: This company is VERY unprofessional.I paid $1400 for a bed set in MARCH and have yet to get ANY of the items I paid for and its about to be SEPTEMBER. The original store went out of business, and now they’re at another location, and they want me to pay more money before my order is “sent in”. Telling me I can’t get a refund. What a crock. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I emailed their corporate office, no one answered. No one answered their corporate phones, kept getting a recording. I felt as if I was forced to buy from there because they refused to return my money. I wouldn't shop there if they were the only furniture store in the entire state of Missouri. A one star rating is too high!!

Artsy Q: Was recommended years ago by my sisters, so I took a chance. Great prices on mattresses (not the other furniture though), however the customer service and systems are poor and unreliable (pre, mid and post covid). Told one thing by the manager and assistant manager, then got to the store and told something different by the same manager as if I’m to accommodate their misinformation when I’m acting as I was instructed and on time. Now a second trip is in order to pick up an item that wasn’t at the store as I was promised and which they refuse to mail to me! Won’t be shopping there or recommending again. Love my new mattress is the silver lining. UPDATE: So thankful that management was timely in resolving the issue by dropping the remaining item by my home before end of day. That one act goes a long way and I hope provides an opportunity to do better and for others to enjoy the great mattress prices here. Now for a good night’s rest!
