County Glass & Mirror Co: what do users think?
Dan Heger: County Glass and Mirror goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Deneen Davis: Great place. Inexpensive. Friendly. I had a very large mirror, 5' x 2.5'. From the car to the cut to back to the car took all of 15 minutes at the most. Definitely recommend.
Robert Zafft: Excellent value for money. County G&M’s office looks more like a workshop than a showroom. County G&M employees exude the quiet confidence of master craftsmen. We explained what we were looking for. They showed us options in our price range, made a site visit, then sent a written estimate. The workmen showed up on time, did their thing professionally, charged us according to the estimate, and left. The all-in cost was competitive, but don't expect bottom-dollar pricing. These people know their stuff, treat you well, and deliver what they promise. To me, that's value for money. They have earned my repeat business.
J. S.: I just needed a small cut of glass to a specific size and with 1 quick phone call they took great care of me, and at a very fair price.
Janet Spotts: Beautiful, precise custom work. Reasonable price. Professional, efficient, friendly staff.
Larry Decker: I broke the mirror on the front of the door on my medicine cabinet. These guys put a new one in for a great price and within the timeframe that they specified.
wayne stombaugh: Dave, Gary & Karen are great with customer care!EXCELLENT service minded folks.
Jason Johnston: The woman behind the desk has HORRIBLE service. She promised me an order ready for pick up on a certain day. I showed up, she said she never said that and said I was lied. In fact, they never processed the order and it wasn’t ready. HORRIBLE SERVICE- DONT GO HERE.
Michelle: I am so happy with my semi frameless shower doors!😊
THE SPEARMINT AMBASSADOR: I cant say anything because for all my life it always looks closed or under construction, but the place seems really useful if you need glass or glass appliances!
Seamus Riley: Nice turnaround time even though it was nearing the holidays. Staff was very helpful.
Kevin McClure: Great job on replacement glass at a reasonable cost!
Craig Storandt: Lots of choices and quality materials...Knowledgeable people ...
mark mills: Great place to get glass and mirrors made
Sylvia Coleman: First time visiting
Lori Haskins: Highly recommend. Excellent work, pricing is on point. Have had them make shelves, tabletops & mirrors.
Jeff Hales: Great service and value. I don't go anywhere else.
Kathleen McKee: So accommodating, helpful and professional!
Scott Alexander: Good solid people. Do wonderful work and reasonable.
marie plufka: They have helped me with a few larger projects and smaller ones- each time they have been fabulous!
Tim Boegeman: This company does a great job! Highly recommended!

Schwaig Art Glass Works: what do users think?
Chrissie Wojciechowski: John was so easy to work with. His work was amazing and speedy. Would definitely recommend!
Elisa Mullins: John was very responsive. Created exactly what I envisioned. The leaded glass insert in my storm door for a 1930’s Tudor was perfect finishing touch I asked for. Thanks!!
Robin Pritchett: Fast, friendly, and perfectly done. John matched the broken panes in my window exactly!
The Original Sarah: John did a custom piece for me. It is fabulous! He is incredibly skilled & reasonably priced. He should charge more & I never say this about vendors.
Nolesser Man: Mr. Schwaig (John) completed a stained glass repair in a prompt and timely manner. He recommended a excellent restaurant for lunch, while he completed the repair. The repair blended flawlessly with the rest of the piece. John explained what he had done and his attention to details to blend it. An excellent job.
Kayla Tatum: Such a nice guy that does great work for a fair price! Highly recommended. See the before/after pics
Brian Lein: John was amazing to work with. He fixed our windows and flattened them. We thought they were lead but we found out they were zinc, which is harder to work with. John took care of it in short time and was very professional. We will definitely use him again. Thank you.
Nicholas Coffelt: John (the owner) is a very kind man who does excellent work. I had him repair a section of my stained glass window that was broken, as seen in the before and after photos. He was able to remove, replace, and reinstall the stained glass within a couple hours. He was also able to install a clear protective window to protect the stained glass. It is now restored to its original beauty and is protected from damages for many years to come. I highly recommend John/Schwaig Art Glass Works for any of your general or stained glass needs.
Courtney McAllister: Not only does John do excellent work, he is a wonderful human being. I had a stained glass piece that was damaged in my move and John promptly repaired it wonderfully! I also can't recommend him enough for custom work as a family member had a beautiful piece created by John that is admired by all. Call John, you won't be disappointed!
Michael Savio: John did an excellent job repairing the stained glass window on our front door. He will be my first call if I need additional stained glass work done in the future!
Daniel Bossaller: As STL-pats now living in Texas, it's great to have a reminder of home hanging in our window. John's work is amazing, and he is a delight to talk with.
Margaret Bossaller: John makes remarkable, beautiful, quality work. His art is unique, with beautiful attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. It’s such a pleasure to hear him talk about his artistic process and craft. My favorite of his works are pieces that incorporate mixed media, such as slices of agate or yellow obsidian stones in with the glass. He also has a remarkable range in his work from a more classic, traditional style to truly edgy, innovative, modern pieces. John is also a genuinely kind person who is a delight to chat with.
Justin Palm: John took the time to understand our desired look for our window and kindly and gently gave us ideas to improve the design. The craftsmanship and installation also were top notch.
John Schroeder: John is deeply experienced at his craft, and it shows! He does beautifully artistic work, and approaches his projects with attentiveness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
William Morris: We needed the stain glass window in our front door repaired. The window was in very back shape. Most of the lead joints were broken and it was VERY loose in the door from the years of abuse. Plus it had two broken glass pieces. I was worried about the amount of time it would take for it to be repaired. Thought I might have to cut a piece of wood to secure our front door for a week or more, and then I found John. John came by on the next Saturday. He carefully removed the very weak window, repaired all of the broken joints, replaced the broken glass, and reinstalled it the same day! The window is very strong now, looks great ( John cleaned it) and it looks new again. Thank you, John for your service. I will definitely give you a ring for my other windows. I will highly recommend you to allmy neighbors that will need your service.
Dorene Alford: John is very courteous, prompt, and knowledgable. He does beautiful stained glass work and possesses the ability to take what you envision and produce it. We are extremely pleased with our front door and transom's. I recommend him to anyone looking for someone to do stained glass work.
John Maruska: Positive:ResponsivenessI had a small window that broke from the heat. Very quick turnaround and excellent communication when working out when to do drop-off and pick-up. Final result turned out just as we had agreed onService:Window repair
Carole Cassoutt: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueExcellent craftsmanship.Service:Window repair
Alma Sanchez: John is very talented! We were in town visiting from Arkansas and he let us tour his workshop. He is very skilled and does custom work as well as restoration! We bought a small stained glass piece to take home to hang in our restaurant!
Brooke: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueJohn was very professional and prompt. We have two stained glass windows that were in dire need of repair and he did excellent, quick work! They were straightened, polished, and fully repaired and look good as new. Jason: I’ve worked with Missouri Glass on multiple projects and they’ve always gone above and beyond. High quality materials and an experienced team of installers who are familiar with working on a busy job site along with other trades. Also Missouri Glass is one of the few companies that meets all the requirements to do state historic tax credit work.

Rebecca H: Excellent service at my job location. Professional, knowledgeable, and their work is impeccable. They replaced glass, weather proofed all showroom windows, and did it at a great price. If your service is needed in the near future and/or referral I will not hesitate. I took out the time and compared price, timeframe, and reviews with 2 other companies. Crate & Barrel: what do users think?
Susanne Johnson: Beautiful leathers, cool furniture, very European feel….costly.
Kayla Noyes: Very helpful and just an enjoyable place to visit! Had the most wonderful time there and all the staff were very nice and wonderful to talk to and ask questions
Cheryl Wambach: Love it! Such wonderful items for home!
Steven Bott: It's party time, so it is time to shop and stock up at Crate and Barrel.I'm hosting a St. Patrick's Day party at my house, after we've all gone out and gotten our feed on with Corned Beef and Cabbage. We're going to be playing a variety of board games and enjoying plenty of adult beverages.I have almost everything you'd need to entertain, but I can still add to my collection. Typically, I am an eclectic type person, but for some strange reason for this party, I want everything to match. So off to, Crate and Barrel, to buy new and additional glassware. The prices on their glassware in my opinion are fair. This have a wide range of price points, so you can easily find something within your budget. I'm serving a Jameson Manhattan, so I bought some new stemmed cocktail glasses. We'll also, be doing Irish beer tastings, so I had to have those cute little tasting glasses. Some consider C&B to be an upscale and overpriced retailer, but smart shoppers know how to find quality at a good price. As the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." Crate and Barrel will definitely give you more bang for your buck. The customer service here is always, top notch. However, for me it is kinda scary. I'm such a regular, most of the long term employees know me.
gary deutsch: Carrie helped us and did an outstanding job. She gave us great customer service andxshe found the item we were looking for.
Mary Rekart: I had a Christmas gift order (ordered end of November)shipped to the store and it arrived at three different times (not ideal but not an issue). The third trip, after receiving an email to pickup, was not there. I waited 15 minutes (not an issue) and an employee came out and said they couldn’t find it and he said he would reorder it. He stated it might get there in time for Christmas (7 days away) but it might be the week after. I understood and said that was fine. When I got home and looked at my email, the new order stated estimated arrival MID FEBRUARY! An issue. I called the Brentwood store and asked to speak to a manager. I did not get her name. But I very nicely started to explain what had happened and she in erupted me and said, “Can I have your order number because if this is an online order, I can’t help you.” Awesome. :( I gave her the number, she put me on hold and came back and said, “This is an online order but what is your question?” I continue to tell her how I had made multiple trips, how her sales person had told me the order would be there in a week or two and how I was upset that the order was now arriving in February. Her answer was literally “I can’t help you.” Not “I’m so sorry that happened to you.” Not, “Let me see if there’s anything I can do.” Not, “Let me give you the phone number of the online Customer Service.” I told her I was upset and she said she didn’t know what I wanted, there was nothing she could do. So I asked her if there was an online customer service and she said yes and said I could call the 800 number. She did not offer the number.I’m not sure who this manager that was there the Saturday before Christmas was, but she is a horrible customer service person whose only accomplishments that day was making me sorry I didn’t order dishes from Pottery Barn. You just lost a customer Crate and Barrel of Brentwood
Cheryl Collins: Have to give a shout out to the awesome person doing curbside pickup yesterday. Clicked on the email that we were there and she was out there in a New York second with our online order. Love Crate and Barrel anyway, but now I have another reason to love it. Nice work!
Naomi Taylor: Beautiful home decorations and furniture but very pricey.
D.M Ward: I love this place, the quality alone keeps me coming inside that revolving door! Helpful staff, don't forget the sale section it has many gems!
Amber Paxton: Love it
Emily Staden: Absolutely love this location! Every time we go there we are always given the best customer service no matter how many questions we ask. The location is large so most things they sell they have in store and always carry their staple items.
Jessica M Leyva: So several months ago we went in looking for a side table. We found one, it was okay. But we moseyed on over to the kitchen ware area, Julie who was working there mentioned the spoonula! By far my favorite purchase and definitely my favorite cooking utensil!! Thank you Julie for the suggestion!!
abby grote: I had a safety concern in the surrounding area by my car while shopping here a few months back and the staff was incredibly courteous/accommodating to my needs.
Adeline Chow: We ordered a storage bed last year, and finally got the notice for delivery in January this year. The customer service was great at the store. The customer representative was great on the phone. The delivery team was great. The problems We have is they deliveried broken beds to us three times despite the customer representative on the phone told us that they will inspect by an regional warehouse inspector before goes out for delivery twice. The third time delivery is today, it was a lemon one also. We ended up have them take everything away and requestrd for a full refund. We ordered the same bed for my mother, which will be delivered in June. We can't not wait go though the same problem again! I really have a second thought on buying furnitures from them. We got some small furnitures from them with the same order. They are fine, except the bed. The bed is not a cheap bed we ordered! We are experiencing great customer service, but poor product delivery! We are not sure if we will buy from them again!
Roy Sher: good spot for some nicer home goodsparking is free and not too crowdedcan order online and do pickup option. they have curbside available which makes is convenienthave a host of things from lodge cast iron to le Creuset to dishes and cupstheir Cambridge stainless steel spoons and forks are nice and a pretty standard set
Susanne Evens: Great idea place
Michael Betz: Crate and Barrell should be ashamed of themselves. We purchased the $1000 Tate Bar Cabinet. After waiting months it arrived this week. The delivery guys showed me all sorts of scratches but said we should keep while and ask Crate and Barrell to replace. I keep looking and discover numerous cheap "metal" hinges that are broken and screws falling out.We tried calling customer service but they won't talk to us they want to do everything over email so they can provide robotic responses. Then they state they don't carry the color we ordered anymore. They'll replace with a different color that doesn't match any of our furniture or give us a pathetic $100 off. This thing is totally broken. What a joke. I looked at their website and low and behold tons of reviews with the same complaints. I tried to review.and the refused to post it. What a joke. It's ashamed because we used to shop here all the time. Spend the extra money and go to Pottery Barn or such. Or save your money and go to an el-cheapo type store. Either way the product and customer service will be better.
Poppy Cao: I ordered a table from the store in OCT 2020. My experience has been pretty bad.1. The order was placed in OCT 2020 and the ETA was early Dec.2. The re is no communication from the store that my order is delayed.3. The order finally arrived in Jan . Then I scheduled the delivery on Jan 8th. However, I waited at him from 11 am to 6 pm, their driver never showed up. 4. I rescheduled the delivery tomorrow on Jan 22nd. Guess what the store said the table is damaged and I won't receive it till next week.I have ordered furniture from other stores. Article, Lumens and even wayfair provides much better service.
dennis kane: Not helpful
Kayleen Ramirez: Shout out to Zack and Mark making an easy pick up of a lot of heavy items. Excellent customer service. Thank you for making holiday shopping pleasant.
Frederick Butler: Good food
