Kelli Walker: The online and in store system crashed on Black Friday and I had to call in to pay, which I never do bc they Never answer the phone. My payment was taken over the phone. I then noticed my account was charged for more than my payment was for. I called back, and was told by manager that phone payments have a fee. Had I been made aware, I would have paid in person, it's near my house. The manager said he'd speak to the employee who took my payment, and refund me the extra amount. It's December 11th and I still was not refunded the phone payment fee. It could even just be applied to my rental, but they need to do something bc it's not my fault the system was down; nor, that I wasn't told that I'd be charged for paying over the phone.

At this point from writing this it's been a little over 3 to 4 months after 2 months they said it's fixed but we've been waiting for the repair company to ship it back. but when I call HR they say the repair company hasn't fix it and is waiting for parts. So someone has lie to me wile I have been paying full price for something I don't have.The Computer I am paying for is a Razer Blade 15The loner is a Aspire 3

Someone could read and put it together correctly? I’m paying 2400 for a bed to break bc someone can’t put something together correctly this is absurd. I don’t know who highers these people or if they’re required training.. but training to read a book of directions? Come on now I’m highly annoyed at this point. I should’ve never did business here

Hector Gonzalez: I got proved for anything in the store that’s worth $1,400 or lower. Turns out, nothing in this store is that cheap so I don’t know why I got approved for that much. Even if I wanted to take something home I couldn’t lol. But the costumer service was definitely spot on. Sierra was very helpful in approving me for that small amount, and she was very kind. She definitely has to stay on her feet because while she was helping me, she was helping 2 other customers. God bless her soul, what a great lady
