Not only was the service overpriced, but the repair was faulty and my car is now in worse condition than before. I had to bring my car to another mechanic to redo the repair and pay even more money. My only problem is that I scheduled an appointment to wait in shop because I didn't have a ride and, while the first time I understand since they had to install suspension and do an alignment, the second time I sat there for over 4 hours while they put in 4 bolts to bolt on my rear shock tower brace that they forgot to bolt back on when I got my suspension done. I'm not sure if I told them it was back there or not, so I don't think they forgot on purpose.

I would think a new customer would spark conversation but was just asked if I had been helped. Moving on there was a miscommunication about my appointment. I Ended up being here 5 hours for a less than 2 hour job. Derek however was helpful and explained his insight well. The waiting area furniture has seen many rear ends and it shows. I was almost tempted to sit in the nice bmw that had a front row view of the tv. The level of professionalism and uniformity in appearance and customer service has room for improvement. The showcase decor was giving off a junky vibe. I hope to continue being a customer and watch this company grow.

As of this review (3/29/23), I still do not have my car.Every time I go up to the office, because Zach never calls you and then says "oh I was going to call you", I am told a new reason why my car is delayed.Appointment made for 11/17/22Car was not looked at until 12/2/22All agreed upon work was paid in full 12/7/2212/16/22 - Zach states he can't find the necessary injector hoses he needs in stock2/6/22 - After zero contact, I went to the shop to see these hoses myself2/15/22 - I deliver the hoses that I sourced myself from a specialized parts website to see if they will work2/26/23 - The hoses are correct, but they do not have the proper socket to seat the injectors3/10/23 -Zach admits to me he has no staff, but is still taking on work and advertising on FB and Instagram3/27/23- We go to the shop with a socket that we sourced (from the same website as the injector hoses)Socket is correct, told car will be finished in 2 days3/29/23 - Go to pickup car at 4:30PMZach says "I was going to call you"States they had the wrong tie rod delivered (part paid for 12/6/22) and that when they shipped the replacement that it was "also the wrong one" and that the car would not be finished todayI would show you screenshots of my communication with Eurocharged, but there is none because they do not contact you about anything.Do not recommend unless you want your car to sit in their parking lot for weeks or monthsService:Engine repair

james Mccullar: Eurocharged is already a great company but Zach and Matt go way above and beyond to make sure that you’re taken care of. Took my c63 there to have some work done and dropped it off with them in the morning and then they stayed two hours later past closing to get it done that day so I could get back to my family. These guys take the cake for customer service and vehicular knowledge, had smiles on their faces the whole time even though it was such a hard job and they had to stay late. Fares Dugum: Worst shop I have ever visited. The manger was respectful until I gave him my business. I spent $4,500 when I should have only spent close to $2,300 and my car is still broken down. They didn’t know what they were talking about, made me purchase unnecessary parts for my bmw 335. It stayed in the shop for over a month due to unknowledgeable technicians. Basically all they just wanted was to steal money since it was their grand opening week and they needed return of investment, steal my money but give me an operating vehicle back! The manger acknowledged his wrong doings with me but didn’t want to refund me the difference do to his incompetence. I will be taking them to court. I have proof of the estimates from before I dropped my car off and everything was recorded, including how they ripped me off and didn’t want to help me out.I have recordings of everything. And it is funny how you they did want to explain the over charge of $2200 and I said I wanted to put a basic turbo to just sell the car, there is nothing wrong with that statement besides trying to mix my words up to make you look bad. All they had to say was the rusty bolts of which I didn’t mention because that was not the point of the argument and trying to save yourself. I have voice recordings and text proof of everything. Who ever sees this review can personally email me and I will send them proof to help save you money, time and headache. I took my car to another local shop and they have specially said this is the 4th bmw that has been sent from eurocharged because they didn’t work on their vehicle properly. You can reply to this review all you want but I will spread the word of how bad of an experience I have had with this shop.

Sarah Markham: After four years of my 2012 STI being at a bad shop in KC I finally got it back with a slew of issues, the most pressing being that it wasn’t drivable due to electrical problems. Adam at EcoTech went out of his way to try and help me diagnose what could be wrong with the car via text, but ultimately I opted to bring it in to EcoTech. I had to wait a couple weeks before they had time for it, but it was more than worth the wait. These guys are busy for a reason, they do excellent work and know their stuff. They addressed a variety of issues with the car, fixed the electrical problems and got it tuned and ready for me to finally drive again in a matter of days. The STI hatch was my dream car when I first bought it years ago, and now I’m finally able to drive and enjoy it. I’m absolutely delighted, and for once not beyond stressed over this car. It’s a huge relief knowing that if anything else comes up due to the previous shop’s poor workmanship that EcoTech will have me covered. Julie music: Took my car in for motor mounts and had a coolant leak. Hose was leaking one of their mechanics told me hose and radiator and I asked them are they sure it’s the radiator they said they are not but might as well change it because to do the motor mounts they’ll crack the radiator because they don’t know how to install motor mounts without damaging a whole other part. I told them to not touch my car and I’ll pick it up and take it somewhere else they decided to add coolant in my car & intentionally did not put the cap back on and my car started overheating. This place is a joke

They weren’t being honest. They simply could not get the air to work but just kept ordering parts hoping that would do the job. Every time we called it was yes we’re finishing up. When we got up there it was “it’s still not working, we have to order another part”. Eventually after 4 days of no transportation and $900 down the hole, my air still does not work.
