Miguel Garcia: I have had to use Fitz'z twice to repair damage of a work truck, a 2000 F150, from 2 different theft attempts. In both instances the ignition, steering column and door locks were broken and/or mangled and in one of the attempts, the rear window was broken out.They guys at Fitz'z were professional and prompt in assessing what the truck needed and giving me an estimate, then also were able to get parts and make repairs in just a few days in both instances. For the work that was needed, they charged a reasonable amount.Each time I got the truck back fully operational with a new set of keys. Michelle Peterson: I went there not knowing wither it was my catalytic converter or my transmission. They claim they did a diagnostic test on my car so they claimed it was the catalytic converter. I went back to get my car when they said it was ready and couldn't even make it home which is less than 4 miles, my transmission was slipping now that tells me it wasn't catalytic converter it was the transmission. Then they wanted me to turn around and pay them to diagnose my transmission $800 something dollars when my bill was already over $3,000 for the first job. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.

Derrick Langeneckert: Had a marine starter serviced at Sander recently. Took about a week to replace the drive and lube up the starter. Cost was super reasonable. They were very communicative with me about expectations and costs and timeline. From the looks of the store front they've worked on every kinda of starter, alternator, etc known to man. Would highly recommend and will keep them in mind for future projects.

Right after I brought it to my mechanic to be safe and found out the exhaust pipe was completely cracked and wrapped with tape to hide it! so I needed to purchase a new piece right after I purchased the car even you passed checks! If I noticed you replied, I would have left the details much earlier! My 1 star review stands for reasons!REPLY to the owner: Yes, I did check the inspection paper when I put the original review, otherwise, I never went to your shop, how could I possibly know your shop? FYI I CAN READ!FYI: I purchased the car in January 2015 from that man who was working at your shop (family shop....) and he stated your shop brought back the salvaged car and passed safety and emissions checks which I used to register the car after and the AC was broken, which I found later also with the hidden cracked exhaust pipe. What truly happened has been denied! Please stop denying the facts and let people know what really happened! Roxanne LaRaia: On a cross country trip to a friend’s wedding with more than 1000mi to go we noticed strange noises coming from the underside of our Prius. Reliable Automotive was right off the highway we were on so we carefully drove over for help. Mr. Larry and his staff were so kind, put it up on a lift and took the time to actually show us what was causing the rattling. We were back on the road within an hour or so all fixed up! These folks are professional and compassionate— truly a godsend to have found them!!

Brittany Smith: The most ABSOLUTE best service I’ve had in my entire life! Mr.Larry (the owner) is a truly exceptional man. He literally saved me from a nightmare… I made a huge mistake of going to another auto repair shop before him and the repairs they made caused more damage! I was told it was one thing and then another in order for them to get paid more for a different repair. Both repairs they did they damaged other parts while doing so. I must say this was a nightmare due to me being six months pregnant and originally from Texas and moving back. He made sure he would ensure that I get all of what I needed taken care of before me hitting the highway again… and he did just that. He even went out of his way to pick me up since I was close in the area instead of getting a Uber to I can get back to my vehicle. When I tell you this experience was amazing it shows you that there are still really good people out there and mr.Larry at reliable auto is one of them for sure. I would highly recommend ANYONE to this auto repair it’s worth it and you will be running PROPERLY. I would love to say thanks to the most amazing mechanic and his crew💪🏽
