After 6 phone calls with no return call I finally was able to talk to someone that gave me an email address. Once again that went nowhere, except emails saying we will get back to you, but nothing. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.

If you are not sure, dont order it online. I ordered weights and a hat online (hat was to reach shipping, but still didnt meet. Few cents diff). They cancelled the hat because sold out and the weights were not the size I thought I requested, so I returned the weights. Returning another issue!! Makes you think you may have option to return to store or by mail. I was overall not happy with HIBBETT and will not order from them ever again. They charged me for weights and shipping $24.36 and I was refunded $13.76. DONT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE! Shipping price is awful.

No more Hibbett or City Gear purchases online or in the store. Too ghetto! Sent the right size shoe box with the wrong size shoe inside. Never again!
