Colin Bailey: Had a player come in to the store to try and get his Tuuk on his skate fixed because the trigger to change out blades broke. This was at 10 am for a 2:30 pm game. My player was told by the staff that they didn’t have time to fix it today, subsequently forcing my player to miss the game. Very unprofessionally handled and considering at the time that the player came in, it was just him and another of his teammates in the store. I’m disappointed in how it was handled, and feel bad for the player having to miss a game because of this.

I'm really glad we decided to come in today and get her fitted for skates. We were greeted immediately by Brian and he helped get my daughter in the right size and had them sharpened within a few minutes. Great customer service.
Bobby Slyman: I needed everything for inline hockey. They had most in stock and the 3 items they did not have they ordered online for me and will be shipped to me with in 3 days. It was much easier than I was expecting. I highly recommend this place!!
Courtney Claspille: This was the worst possible customer service I have every experienced. We went in to buy my son everything he was going to need for hockey ( so we were going to spend some money). We stood over by the skates thinking someone would acknowledge us...nothing. The guy went and grabbed some skates for someone else then went behind the counter and sat down. Someone else went over to the counter and was talking about skates and what they needed. So I went over to the counter and again was completely ignored. My family and I walked out. I won’t spend any money at pure hockey. Terrible experience!

James Kummer: I had a goalie skate with a rivet that was going bad on one skate. Now it was only one rivet. I thought it was hopeless and was going to buy new skates somewhere else. I took in to Pure Hockey and not only did they replace the one rivet but all of them on the entire skate. They did this without even me asking. I thought the skates were doomed and I was going to be sidelined for a bit trying to procure some new (used) skates. They also didn't even charge for a full repair. These guys know what they are doing! Customer for life!

Pete Hill: My 16 year old grandson is a roller blade hockey player. I’ve been to Pure Hockey over the past couple of years for equipment purchases. This past week we took his rollerblades to Pure Hockey because he stripped the screws on a couple of wheels. I was extremely pleased they took the time to get the stripped screws out at no charge. I also decided to buy my grandson his first pair of hockey skates. Bailey spend over an hour with my grandson trying on different skates. The customer service I received from Pure Hockey is always top notch.

Sierra Parnell: Great place for hockey everything. TVs showing hockey too.. Skate sharpening cost $10 and the reward system is nice. Has a machine to scan your feet for custom fit skates. Came here since my boyfriend is a goalie and wanted to check it out. Great place to spoil someone on high quality gear... but comes at a great price. Not the cheapest for sure.

Ian: Shops never open. After adjusting the hours listed on Google. This shop again disappointed by closing earlier than the listed hours. If the hours are till 8 you stay open till 8. What a pain!
W.H. Miller: Great shop. Grabbed some new skates and staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Ed Loeffelman: First time customer but unfortunately I wasn't too happy with the trade in value on what was essentially a brand new item. I proceeded with the trade in deal on a used golf club regardless because my time was more valuable to me spent elsewhere than bickering over a more reasonable dollar value. Just got the sense they bargained low on my trade in and will wind up reselling as though it's new. All in all, didn't feel like it was a fair deal!!

J Gates: This location is packed with items across the sporting board. Weights, football, basketball, golf, baseball, Lacrosse and soccer as well as hockey and more.
Daniel Jacobsen: Play it again sports is an awesome place to buy sports equipment! The staff is so helpful and will even repair things like baseball gloves. You can trade old equipment to them for money to be used for other purchases. A great sports store all around!
Missy Cates: Ryan was super knowledgeable about hockey gear fit and was very professional. So we bought the whole set here. Skates, pads, helmet, gloves etc.

Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.

Shelly Rone: I had been looking to buy the NordicTrack Vault Complete for a while. When it went on sale, as a Labor Day Special, they were flying off the shelves and I couldn't find one within a 100 mile radius. I happened to call and check at the store closest to me. Steve's team just had two delivered. There were several complications which made it not an easy process (it was kind of unbelievable and comical, in fact) but they still made sure I got one. I used up a lot of their time yet they were so accommodating and nice! They even loaded that heavy thing up in my car for me and wouldn't even accept my offer to buy them lunch. What a great group of fellas! Amazing customer service!!!!!! Thanks guys! ; ) ; ) ; )

Andrew Francis: If you want a order messed up don’t worry Greg Royer will take care of it for you. Then will block all communication and not pick up the phone to let you know how or when his error will be fixed. Worst customer service of any retail business we have ever encountered, bravo!

Saul Goodman: Dave is an absolute magician with skates. He does the best job in St. Louis with my daughter's figure skates (we won't use anyone else now) and he did an amazing job on turning my ice skates into inline skates. Everything you would want in a proshop. Knowledgeable staff, and all around good people to talk to. We don't go anywhere else now.
