Some stuff just kinda falling off hangers, it needs a sweep through and reorganization

Patty Vergano: I went to the South County location and was looking at the kayak display when one of the employees asked me if I needed help. He was very knowledgeable about the kayaks and was able to help me determine which type I wanted to purchase. Very nice and large store with lots of merchandise to choose from.

Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.

I'm older and trying to rehabilitate to shed pounds and inches. Nothing I could find in the store was going to fit. But I will go back after I downsize a little. lol

Ed Loeffelman: First time customer but unfortunately I wasn't too happy with the trade in value on what was essentially a brand new item. I proceeded with the trade in deal on a used golf club regardless because my time was more valuable to me spent elsewhere than bickering over a more reasonable dollar value. Just got the sense they bargained low on my trade in and will wind up reselling as though it's new. All in all, didn't feel like it was a fair deal!!

Daniel Jacobsen: Play it again sports is an awesome place to buy sports equipment! The staff is so helpful and will even repair things like baseball gloves. You can trade old equipment to them for money to be used for other purchases. A great sports store all around!

Shelly Rone: I had been looking to buy the NordicTrack Vault Complete for a while. When it went on sale, as a Labor Day Special, they were flying off the shelves and I couldn't find one within a 100 mile radius. I happened to call and check at the store closest to me. Steve's team just had two delivered. There were several complications which made it not an easy process (it was kind of unbelievable and comical, in fact) but they still made sure I got one. I used up a lot of their time yet they were so accommodating and nice! They even loaded that heavy thing up in my car for me and wouldn't even accept my offer to buy them lunch. What a great group of fellas! Amazing customer service!!!!!! Thanks guys! ; ) ; ) ; )

Shelley Mullins: I cannot speak on the individual stores, but online I suggest you ABSOLUTELY KNOW WHAT YOU WANT! I gave them 2 stars because shipped fast and got what i ordered, so I thought. If you are not sure, dont order it online. I ordered weights and a hat online (hat was to reach shipping, but still didnt meet. Few cents diff). They cancelled the hat because sold out and the weights were not the size I thought I requested, so I returned the weights. Returning another issue!! Makes you think you may have option to return to store or by mail. I was overall not happy with HIBBETT and will not order from them ever again. They charged me for weights and shipping $24.36 and I was refunded $13.76. DONT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE! Shipping price is awful.

J Chaunte': They had the door locked before close. Quickly told me City Gear purchases had to be sent back through mail only. This has been one of the most difficult, and stressful purchase online. No more Hibbett or City Gear purchases online or in the store. Too ghetto! Sent the right size shoe box with the wrong size shoe inside. Never again!
