Ismail Adiputra: I'm glad that a lot of people seem to have a really good experience doing business here. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for myself. I purchased a Nike Tiempo Legend 9 and there are different tiers to this Tiempo line up. There is elite ($200+), pro ($110 to $130), academy ($70+), and club ($40 to $50). They all look very similar of course, with the difference being the material and construction. I ended up paying a little over $110 for the shoes, and the lady said that she applied a discount even though the item was not supposed to be a discounted item. Hearing that, say the original price was around $120 or $130, I was assuming that the Tiempo I got were the Legend 9 pro. I did not get the box for the shoes, or anything else for that matter. Just the shoes, in a plastic bag. To my dismay, it actually was the lowest tier of the Legend 9. I ended up paying over $110 for Legend 9 club, a $40 to $50 pair of shoes. I really wish I could return these shoes but unfortunately I lost the receipt.

Stephen Hoffmann: We were looking for indoor shoes for my kids and couldn't find any at the big box stores. We eventually found OMG Soccer and they had a few options for soccer shoes. We've been buying our indoor/outdoor shoes from them since.We also started lessons with them about 4 weeks ago with both kids. They are very good at focusing on all the little technical details when dribbling, passing and shooting and I've seen a significant improvement in these 3 aspects with both kids.I'd recommend them for both lessons and buying shoes. Good friendly service and knowledgeable coaches. Not to mention supporting a local business instead of a chain box store is always nice!

Timmy Jenkins: The cleats are fakes. Stay away. If you are worried about cleats fitting, most brands like Nike allow free returns even if they are used so you can try them out to find the right size/fit. They’re cheaper too!

Kay Westrich: Just went to Soccer Master on Manchester and it was a awful experience. We are new to soccer this fall and had to go here to try on our team's uniform so I would know which size to get. I have 3 children playing this year. There were 4 teenagers working and when we walked in there was 1 other man and his daughter checking out. I explained to one of other workers that we needed to try on team uniforms to know which size to order. He took me over to the area our teams' jerseys were and said they had a fitting room. He did not even attempt to help me pick out sizes for each of my kids. Nor did he ask me which size I thought my kids might need. I had to find the sizes and then had to find the fitting room on my own (which they only have 1 fitting room). Not one worker offered any assistance during our time there.....not even after I made 3 to 4 trips back and forth to get different sizes for each of my kids. We could see one of the workers was sitting down looking at his phone the whole time. No one offered any assistance. When I asked if they had a youth xs short to to try on they said no. I would just have to take my chances when I ordered it online. I had to write down the sizes for my kids on my phone....no one offered any paper or pen and then finally I saw forms hanging on the wall and grabbed one myself. When we were done with the clothing I hung it back up on the rack myself....again no offer of assistance from any of the 4 workers standing around. And by this time the 1st customer had left and there were 2 new customers there trying on shoes but certainly not swamped with customers. I asked how the socks work and the worker looking at his cell phone without bothering to get up, pointed, and said "you can look over there at the socks. The sizing goes by shoe size." Again....zero effort and zero assistance. I will never step foot in this store again.The reason I point this out is in the spring when my kids were playing baseball, we went to Fischer's Sporting Goods in Chesterfield Valley. I was blown away by their helpfulness not only in assisting and suggesting baseball glove and batting glove sizes but also not directing me to the most expensive options either. AND when it came to the socks.....they opened packages and had my kids try them on!!! They wanted to make sure we got the correct sizing and the kids liked the feel of the socks on their feet. They helped my kids try on the baseball gloves and the batting gloves. It could not have been a better experience there and I will drive the extra couple of miles to give them my business instead of Soccer Master even though it's minutes from my house. What a disgrace Soccer Master has for staff.

Just got the sense they bargained low on my trade in and will wind up reselling as though it's new. All in all, didn't feel like it was a fair deal!!

Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.
