Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.

When it went on sale, as a Labor Day Special, they were flying off the shelves and I couldn't find one within a 100 mile radius. I happened to call and check at the store closest to me. Steve's team just had two delivered. There were several complications which made it not an easy process (it was kind of unbelievable and comical, in fact) but they still made sure I got one. I used up a lot of their time yet they were so accommodating and nice! They even loaded that heavy thing up in my car for me and wouldn't even accept my offer to buy them lunch. What a great group of fellas! Amazing customer service!!!!!! Thanks guys! ; ) ; ) ; )

I proceeded with the trade in deal on a used golf club regardless because my time was more valuable to me spent elsewhere than bickering over a more reasonable dollar value. Just got the sense they bargained low on my trade in and will wind up reselling as though it's new. All in all, didn't feel like it was a fair deal!!

Daniel Jacobsen: Play it again sports is an awesome place to buy sports equipment! The staff is so helpful and will even repair things like baseball gloves. You can trade old equipment to them for money to be used for other purchases. A great sports store all around!

Bradley Barnes: Well stocked store and had a supprusing amount of BBQ grills and accessories. They carry B&B lump charcoal one of the best brands I have used in my egg. Stocking other brands of premium lump charcoal now, FOGO and Jealous Devil. I picked up the FOGO cooked well was a little less the the B&B premium. Nice to have two brands to choose from when one os out of stock.

The stores temperature was exceptionally hot today. The young men working only had a small fan at the front desk. I was in there a short amount of time and had to shop quickly due to the temperature in the store.Recommendations: Before excepting any new items into your store, please make room for those items you already have in stock . Jennifer Burke: My mom and i brought my two boys here cause an associate from this location told me to come to this store when I was at the mid rivers store, to buy bikes and hitch trampoline, basketball hoop bats clothes etc. We walked from the front to the back with not one associate saying even hi muchless helping us as we looked at clothes and bikes. But best when we got to the back of store and 5 men were putting bikes together. My mom even got body checked by one as he passed all 4 of us several times and they all walked by us then back at some point to the stock room. Not one said a word to us as they stood less than a few feet away when we were talking about the size of bike we needed and wanted for each and where they were on the wall that they were mostly blocking so we couldn't continue looking unless we took on their behavior as they did with my elderly mother and body checked these huge men. Finally, saw the guy who insisted he had such large selection of bikes at his store and to come here and he would help us find the perfect bike for the boys looked at us panicked cause I guess he was too busy and turned and jetted. Beyond ridiculous. I walked right up to what I thought was the mgr and another employee who looked important to explain what we just went through for the past hour and I was here with lots of cash to drop on boys cause it's their birthdays and they wouldn't stop yakking with each other long enough to find out why i was standing less than a foot infront of them staring at them waiting to speak. I finally loudly called out to my family that's it let's go now I refuse to buy anything from this store ever again if out of about 10 people they can't even bother to speak to me. Especially after some jerk tells me to drive all the way down here and would put the bike rack on the suv for me. I rather pay a higher price at any other store. Kids and I needed full new everything for our home clothes included. I hope you got your bikes built on time and you two in the front enjoyed your conversation instead of helping us. You lost at least 4,000 💸. Stupid move guys.

David Winters: It's management and it is also the atmosphere. Your employees just treat this like another day in the life. I'm not saying they should feel ecstatic to work here but I should not be able to tell that they hate it here. Get managers that actually care. When the workers see and know someone they can respect, I promise you that this particular WalMart will flourish again. Unfortunately corporate does not care enough to implement anything drastic needed for things to improve. Asset Protection(the ones that come to visit the store) should not be telling people how to do their jobs. They are out of touch about everything. Get better managers and be more selective when it comes to the hires. This WalMart has one of the highest, if not the highest, turnover rate in the area. Possibly Missouri.
