Eugene Dilan: I recently returned from a trip to Kenya where our driver put our lives at risk by running over 2 people. We were surrounded by a crowd that wanted blood and had to be escorted out by 5 armed police officers. This went on for over 5 hours. Our boy had to lie down between the seats to be protected. My boy says he thinks about it every day and I too wake up in the middle of the night thinking about it. In the midst of this we also had two flat tires which required us to sit in danger and our vehicle did not even have a jack for fixing the tires. I wrote a letter to Shannon outlining all of my concerns over one month ago and she has not responded. I believe that she and her subcontractor who was responsible for the jeep have been unresponsive and have tried to minimize the event. As a business owner, I tried to give her a chance to respond and crickets. How someone could fail to at least apologize is beyond me. I do not recommend her or her agency.

Ann Elliott: We met Shannon in 2010 as our group leader in Turkey and the Greek Islands. We liked her efficiency so much we asked her to coordinate our first trip to Germany and she has been coordinating every overseas adventures since, including our 7 week retirement jaunt through Europe. She has organized not only me and my husband but also organized travel for friends. We have travel to Germany (3) France , Ireland and the UK, Italy and Greece and Turkey. We will be using her again to coordinate cruises and another trip to Scotland.What we like best is she knows our travel style and finds hotels and guides to accommodate that style., make suggestions as to where we might like to visit and gets entry tickets for special sites, eg Private viewing of" the Last Supper " in Milan, even our local guide was impressed! Her local contacts have all proven to be both flexible (we change our minds after we arrive in country) and willing to change the plan of the day. M DAVIS: I have been on two Limitless Planet tours thus far, the Malaysian Street Food Tour in 2018 and Cuba in 2019. Both were AMAZING. Shannon and her team do a fantastic job putting together itineraries that immerse you in the culture and allow you to engage with the local people. The trips were organized, yet the agendas flexible. Plans could be adjusted due to inclement weather or simply at the whims of the group. The groups I traveled with were small, and the other travelers were all fun and easy to get along with. I highly recommend going on a Limitless Planet trip. I assure you, you won’t be power-walking behind a guy with a flag through the city, or riding a bus with 25 other camera-toting Americans from one historical site to another. Shannon McDonnell: My husband and I used Limitless Planet to plan our trip to Cuba this spring and we can’t say enough great things about them! We had never used a travel agency because we thought it wasn’t cost effective and/or would minimize our experience, but our minds have been completely changed! Shaban Jusufi: Booked airfare in November 2019 for summer of 2020 then covid happened and had a voucher for 2 years…wanted to use the voucher for 2021 and called them up and they said it would be $400 more. Asked for a refund which they gave me but shorted me $180, never told me that they would short me over the phone. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

I plan to go on another trip this summer and I called World Travel and was told that Ela no longer works there. I spoke with another lady and gave her dates and destination. I didn’t hear anything for 2 days so I called back. She said she is still working on it and will give me a call. Never did and that was almost 2 months ago. So I decided to not call anymore and take my business elsewhere.

I'm an unusually demanding,spoiled brat(there I said it!) and they impressed even me. Our travel agent was patient, knowledgeable, and spent the extra time required to custom tailor an an all inclusive package to our needs. I was pleasantly surprised; we had a miniscule budget to work with because we wanted to save tons of money for tours, since there is so much to do in neighboring Cancun(I knew because I'd been there before, but it was my husband's first time, so I wanted him to experience everything the area had to offer).We did an Apple square deal , which is a great way to ensure a 5 star resort at a discounted price...we will be doing business again very soon with World Travel and for the years to come as both my husband and myself are avid travelers. Laura Johnson: Great way to start your trip to St Louis if you are not familiar with the city. The driver was friendly & knowledgeable about the area and gave great details about the city and activities. Definitely would recommend.
Robert Alexander: 100% recommend. Larry, the driver/tour guide, was absolutely fantastic. Tour started as advertised, covered all the bases, but he kept it light and fun with witty/ dad jokes throughout the tour. Was a great way to see a lot of the city and learn the layout while taking it in.

We did this on day one when we arrived in St Louis, and we were able to see a ton of sites plus choose the ones that we wanted to go back to personally over the next few days! Steven Nichols: Giving 1 star due to the fact the air-conditioning was out on our bus. The driver knew about it before the tour started yet continued on the tour- the bus should’ve been taken out of service and a replacement bus been put in its place . It was ridiculously hot riding around St. Louis in 90° heat with the un-air conditioned bus - there were several senior citizens on this tour and you put their health at risk!Very disappointed and ruined the experience for us.Based on other reviews, we are not alone in our complaints about the air not working on this tour. Looks like you are yet another company that puts profits over people!

Vicki Wronkowski: The driver was extraordinary in his knowledge of st. Charles, as well as his ability to maneuver through all the narrow streets. I did appreciate that the trolley was air conditioned and very comfortable. I would definitely go on another ride if I am in the area again.

Ratthee RPSS: The tour started from a casino next to Four Seasons hotel. First, it took us to see Downtown and all government buildings. Then, we went to the forest park which was my favourite. You will see all highlight spots on this route. Finally, we saw other interesting parts of the city. To sum up, this tour is a great introduction to St.Louis for those who want to get to know it.
Amber Robertson: Somewhat confusing to find the location to get on the bus (pick up was at Horseshoe Casino & no signage), and A/C didn't work well and it was a very hot day. But, tour guide was great, & got to see some places in St Louis that we hadn't seen yet
A. M.: Your Trolley what ever does not have any Shock absorber at all! The Noice while we were driving over Humbs etc. was so loud, that we almost could nothing hear! Besides that, the Equipment for Wheelchairs etc. was extrem loud shaking all the Time!Also we didn't come close to the Arche (What I asume, is one of the Major Attractions in SL) nor we got any Informationen about the Arche!This Tour was unprofessionell! Would not book it again!

The tour guide didnt even bring up the arch until i mentioned it, after seeing a piece of it from a distance blocked by buildings. Then he said something to the effect of, "oh, that thing over there, yeah thats the arch." The city's biggest attraction and we dont even go past it.
