Vicki Wronkowski: The driver was extraordinary in his knowledge of st. Charles, as well as his ability to maneuver through all the narrow streets. I did appreciate that the trolley was air conditioned and very comfortable. I would definitely go on another ride if I am in the area again.

Steven Nichols: Giving 1 star due to the fact the air-conditioning was out on our bus. The driver knew about it before the tour started yet continued on the tour- the bus should’ve been taken out of service and a replacement bus been put in its place . It was ridiculously hot riding around St. Louis in 90° heat with the un-air conditioned bus - there were several senior citizens on this tour and you put their health at risk!Looks like you are yet another company that puts profits over people! Very disappointed and ruined the experience for us.

Ratthee RPSS: The tour started from a casino next to Four Seasons hotel. First, it took us to see Downtown and all government buildings. Then, we went to the forest park which was my favourite. You will see all highlight spots on this route. Finally, we saw other interesting parts of the city. To sum up, this tour is a great introduction to St.Louis for those who want to get to know it.
Amber Robertson: Somewhat confusing to find the location to get on the bus (pick up was at Horseshoe Casino & no signage), and A/C didn't work well and it was a very hot day. But, tour guide was great, & got to see some places in St Louis that we hadn't seen yet
A. M.: Your Trolley what ever does not have any Shock absorber at all! The Noice while we were driving over Humbs etc. was so loud, that we almost could nothing hear! Besides that, the Equipment for Wheelchairs etc. was extrem loud shaking all the Time!Also we didn't come close to the Arche (What I asume, is one of the Major Attractions in SL) nor we got any Informationen about the Arche!This Tour was unprofessionell! Would not book it again!

The tour guide didnt even bring up the arch until i mentioned it, after seeing a piece of it from a distance blocked by buildings. Then he said something to the effect of, "oh, that thing over there, yeah thats the arch." The city's biggest attraction and we dont even go past it. Abby Woodworth: This Summer my 15 year old went on his second Westcoast Connection tour and my 13 year old went on his first. The level of communication prior to the tour around Covid protocols changes to activities was amazing. Both boys had wonderful adventures doing sightseeing, hiking, surfing, white water rafting and even snowboarding. My older son needed stitches and I felt like he was in excellent care and they made me feel comfortable.I love meeting the friends they make after the tour and last time I became friendly with some amazing parents of other participants.Can’t wait which trips they decide to do next year.

Deals Drive: Ira is a manipulative person. Ira will take money before a pandemic then he will not refund it, then he will not use it as a deposit for the next season. Called to pay for my sons trip and was told that the spot was not held. I then booked with another tour group. Still waiting, over a month and still no refund. What a jerk and a thief.
Jessica Jundef: I sent my son on the American Voyageur 40 day trip. He was not the most adventurous child and had never been away from home before. Not only was it the best trip of his life but an experience he will remember for the rest of his life. The trip is organized in a way were there is a perfect balance between adventure and low key activities. The kids are NEVER bored. The staff members running the trip and the people in the office always provided excellent communication and support for the worried parents at home. Overall an amazing experience. That's why my daughter is already signed up for this summer. She can't wait!

Raquel Negron: I spent 2 weeks last summer traveling with West Coast Connection all the way in California, and let me just say it was the best 2 weeks I have ever had. Every day was so exciting with new things to do and places to see. I am so grateful to have made friends there that I still talk to all the time today. The counselors were amazing too, they were always including everyone and they would talk to you if you needed it. It was like going on a trip with a big group of your best friends. All the places we stayed at we’re so nice. My favorite being UCLA, which was so cool, I would have never thought I would be able to sleep in a dorm there and even eat breakfast in their dining area!!! The whole experience was incredible and I am totally looking forward to my next trip which I hope will happen in summer 2021:)

Susan Beaupre: The most horrible experience with this company. They canceled our bus transportation for wedding guests the day before the wedding!! They offered no assistance with locating alternative vendors, offered no remorse. Their only comment was that we would receive a full refund. That didn’t help us with solving the problem of transporting 60 guests for a wedding. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Karleton Dempsey: WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The customer service is terrible and very unprofessional. Expect hold times of 30 minutes or more if you ever need any help. Additionally after speaking with the company reps on several occasions (average hold time for each call was at least 20 minutes) I was assured there were no issues for my 45 pax bus rental. However less than 24 hours before my event (I am a Army lieutenant colonel that brought family in from all over the country for my retirement ceremony) I was called and told that they had to cancel my bus and I would get a refund. I had 40 people stranded and less than 24 hours to find a replacement and none were available. I am now considering legal action and I would advise THAT NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!
