Jeremy Woodyard: My wife and I had an amazing honeymoon planned by Altair! The locations in Italy and Switzerland that they suggested were exactly what we were hoping for, and the hotels they booked for us were all excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a travel agency. Haylye was our agent, and she did a superb job.
Mallory Stimac: We cannot thank Haylye and Altair Travel enough for organizing the perfect trip for us. Haylye planned our honeymoon in Italy and organized everything seamlessly. She was so prompt and planned an itinerary for us that fit in everything we wanted. Our hotels, tours, and transfers that she arranged for us were all fantastic and we would not have changed one single detail about our experience. We can't wait to work with Haylye for future travel.
Roshon Roberts: Poor serviceWe will never use this agency due to poor customer service which resulted in my husband and I losing our money to a planned trip due to the death of my husband brother days before our trip and the funeral being on the day we were scheduled to depart✈️. We were told we couldn’t make any changes to our trip or any refunds😡😡😡I think there should be some exceptions since death is out of our control. We had a bad experience from day 1 and will never use Altair services again and will not recommend to anyone.

We decided to go with friends who had already booked, and she made sure to get us the same arrangements so we could travel together. It all worked out well, no snafus along the way. We appreciated the ease of using Altair.

Haylye made it so effortless for us. She took our Alaskan Cruise idea and made it into the trip of a lifetime. During initial planning, Haylye started with cruise-line options. She and I discussed over the phone, the differences between two cruise-lines, the prices, the dining, the reviews, and some of her personal experiences working with and using these lines! After making our decision she, booked for us, helped us get an amazing room, booked our speciality dining experience, book ALL of our excursions and sent us our travel information. Every few weeks up until the wedding week she would update us on what needed to be completed when. She was my Honeymoon GURU. I can't say enough about our Altair experience with her! Wedding week she mailed me a folder with all of our travel documents, which made traveling from florida to alaska so simple! She kept in touch with us every step of the way and I am beyond thankful for her!!!!! You will not be disappointed booking a trip with any of their staff! As stressful as travel can be, she made that the easiest part of our entire wedding. Thankful x10000000.
Donna & Randy Rue: This Scotland/Ireland vacation was more beautiful than I expected! The hotel accommodations were gorgeous! The tour guides/drivers were extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. We appreciated their input for local places to visit for our free time. The only downside that we would share for future travelers, is the constant/daily moving from one town to the next, especially the second day of arrival. This does not accommodate delayed flights and/or lost luggage. Overall, these countries truly were breathtaking! Well worth checking out for the infamous "bucket list"!
Lostcause L: Nora was awesome. Always available to answer questions. And for the most part the trip went well. On the downside things are never perfect going outside the US homeland. The pick-up wasn’t in the VIP area as requested and we didn’t use any of the rewards. It was just so much to do and it was our first island vacation. It was one of the best times we’ve had on a vacation so we will always remember this trip.
Amanda Horas: If you're contemplating using a travel agency, choose Altair Travel! My husband and I knew we wanted to go to Italy, but we were unsure how to make sure we were able to see everything we wanted in 2 weeks. I told Haylye that I wanted to spend time on the Amalfi Coast, have a quaint experience somewhere in the Tuscany/Chianti region, and enjoy some touristy things in Rome. Haylye was able to quickly turnaround an itinerary and set us up with specific cities, hotels, train tickets, tours, and private transportation to make sure we were able to see it all. She made our trip 100% headache-free so we could fully present for the experience. We did not have a single delay or hiccup, every private transfer was awaiting us ahead of time, and the overall logistics ran seamlessly! Our trip and the memories we made would not have been possible without her and the Altair Travel team!

Patrick Richmond (Streetcar1664): Although that I have never went to this place to buy any airline tickets, but good Lord! Do some people who has bad experience has to be childish about it? If I am sounding mean, I plead guilty. Like many other places, this place may be short staffed. And if someone doesn't show up for work, the agent who may be stuck with handling the work alone may be feeling out of breath or something. I know that sometimes I would go to the agent to spread some word about an attraction in another city and I know that maybe they are closed due to that they may be out to lunch. I like what travel agents do and sometimes are willing to offer airline discounts. Also, if your car is in the shop or can't drive, this place is served by MetroBus route number 57 and Metro Call-a-Ride.

I still paid extra to book my seats for each flight through American AirlinesWhen I missed the international flight due to a plane being delayed, I tried to communicate throughout the day with this agency, with no response to help me at all. I found out the lady who I booked with was no longer with the company.
Brian Marquis: Worked with Rob booking our honeymoon and he was fantastic! My fiancé and I were trying to plan our honeymoon to Mexico with no experience and never traveled to Mexico before. Rob gave us a couple different options to look at before our final decision. Once we made our decision he made the process flow smoothly and booked everything from our flights to hotel and even transportation at the airport. He made the entire trip special with his attention to detail. The resort was breathtaking and made sure we received special treatment. Cannot thank him enough!
