ONE EYE WILLYS: This was our second furniture store stop for the day to see the selection. Salesman was rude and acted like i was crazy for commenting on how the recliner shook side to side at the feet. Furniture was priced over double the cost of a similar set we priced at ashley homestore and felt like it wasn't half the quality.

Everyone has their perfect recliner in mind, it's just finding the one you like. There are a lot of choices and I found the perfect one. Amela helped with all the important features and warranties. I wanted a different color leather, no problem except the leather will need to be ordered and recliner made. All paperwork was completed with adequate discounts applied. I'm happy and the three month wait is no problem for me. This is all I can rate at this time and a future review will be given after receiving the chairs.

Michael Glasier: Bought a dining set yesterday. I knew it wasn't the best quality, but after just one day some spilled water has destroyed the table top. There's three spots like the pic. Had I known it was this low quality l would have gotten the one that's half this price elsewhere.

Savannah: We ended up buying a sectional and recliner here after shopping at several different stores in the area. The owner was so friendly and helpful. We were probably in and out within 30 minutes and the set is soo comfortable, not to mention affordable. Plus, it was delivered the very next day! There even a minor issue with one cushion when it was delivered (through no fault of the store owner) and he still replaced the cushion the very next day. I would highly recommend a Home Xpressions to anyone needing furniture!
Jessie McCain: Looked for couches for weeks. Found a sofa and loveseat my husband and I really liked here. We bought it and were so excited to put it in our new house. Unfortunately we didn’t measure our space properly and there was no logical way to get them to both fit. I called immediately and asked what our options were and apparently there are none. Was told it says final sale on the invoice which is kinda weird to put it on the paperwork after you already make the purchase. Was hoping they would be willing to work with us, maybe give us in store credit so the money still stays within their store but they had no interest in doing that. Our furniture was also delivered a week late and was missing a power cord to one of the sofas but they got very defensive when I brought that up. I should’ve asked more questions up front I guess. Was hoping to shop here again in the future, but after our experience we will probably not be back as this ended up being pretty disappointing for us. The store has a decent selection, but before you buy make sure you absolutely love it, it will fit, and ask all the questions before purchasing because once you give them your money you can’t go back.

There’s a nice selection of a wide variety of couches and tables! Prices seem in line with other value stores. I would come back for my next furniture need.

Nerma Pacariz: This is the place to go for stress-free, great finds, affordable prices, & top notch customer service. The location is great and not difficult to find, the products are luxurious and the prices are out of the park affordable. Just walked out of the store an hour ago and had to write a review to share that this is first option for all furniture finds to go to. The men there are very kind and cared to make sure me and my mom knew where to go for what we were looking for and they made it their priority to check other options to make sure they were accessible if they were not in stock on certain things (most of which they had in stock). When you give this place a chance, you'll never doubt your decision. 5 STARS!
Kyle Menges: I could not recommend this place more. Sam was an unbelievable salesman, professional and extremely helpful. After shopping around for weeks in hopes of finding things in stock and not 6-8 weeks out, he had everything in stock, and much of that was what was out of stock at other stores. The furniture is all from Ashley so you know what you are getting and I was even able to use the financing option that Ashley provides. Again, Sam was an awesome guy and helped us get exactly what we wanted in two days.

Teresa Wheeler: The staff called in advance to inform us of the delivery window and the delivery was within that time frame. The long-time Forshaw's employee was knowledgeable and friendly. The summer college student assisting him was very mannerly, well-spoken and enthusiastic about his employment with Forshaw's. The delivery team was pleasant and accommodating in setting up our patio table and chairs, adjusting the table and chair legs for balance. Forshaw's can be proud of this team!

William Shirley (Bill): Was interested in fireplace inserts and thought we would try Forshaw. Met sales rep Emily - very knowledgeable. Informed us of a lot of the intricacies of inserts. After thinking about it (they're not inexpensive) and after visiting two other stores, we decided on Forshaw. First, an estimator comes to spec out your situation. After down-payment (fall 2022), installation is then scheduled for 4-6 weeks out. On installation day, we had a crew of three arrive at about 7:30 AM to install 2 inserts. Job was completed at little past noon with comparatively little dust. We were fortunate in that utilities (gas/electric) could be run in the garage or through the ashdump so as to create and uncluttered appearance. Each insert has its own dedicated (paired) remote control.
Michael Hauskins: Excellent service by Phillip and Thomas today doing maintenance on the two Heatilator fireplaces in our villa. I would definitely request their services in the future.
