LDC 425: I would give this place zero stars if I could not know how they got 4 stars on Google works are liars and lazy took me 3 weeks to get all my furniture after I called and went up there a bunch of times every time the so call manger Dion kept lying saying it was there when I talked to another person days prior in person and he went to back and said it was there and put me down for delivery never got delivered had go back up there again to get it myself and was still lying saying it was there like come on. The worst experience ever never getting anything from them again and will tell everyone to stay away from that location for sure.

Dameka Haney: If i could be ZERO stars i would.. they are trash i ordered a bed online i selected the delivery date for 5/27… ok that day comes it’s after 5 I still have no furniture so I call to the store I speak to DION he says he have me down for the 28th mind you no one never called me to tell me they switched my delivery date ok 5/28 come it’s 4:00 pm still NO delivery so I call to the store & Dion proceeds to tell me they have been waiting for hours for a delivery person to show up if no one shows they would have to reschedule my delivery yet again.. after all the ranting I did i guess he didn’t care because he said “ I can’t make nobody come to work “ so I asked for a full refund I will never shop with these trash of a business ever again in my life. I am beyond disgusted.

Karnieshia Barretr: If I could give a -0 stars I would. I was told my furniture would be delivered on Saturday 5/6/23 btw 12-5. I waited all day for someone to show so I called about 4 and was advised by one person they don’t have me scheduled for a delivery. Also, that my delivery had been rescheduled to Tuesday w/no notice from to me. Then Martin said they don’t do deliveries on Saturday which sounding odd and like a lie, but they could deliver other next day on Sunday and I would be first. So I’m at the house and it’s now 12:30 I called to speak w/Deon who said they would be here a lil after 12 which bell what does that mean. I asked for the delivery drivers ph #and he said they don’t have it which is another lie. 2pm comes and no delivery so I go to get my money back. They offer me a credit of 250 and said they could deliver on tues which I advised Tuesday isn’t good it would need to be Weds. So on Tuesday I get a call from Deon that the delivery driver called off which I said I’m not scheduled to Weds and he’s like oh. So Weds morning I called to make sure everything is good w/ my delivery and he said yes they’re loading up now. I get a call around 11:30 saying they don’t have the bed do I want them bring everything else. I asked how long to get bed and was advised he had to check other stores. Now common sense would say do that before calling the customer. I tell Deon just deliver couch I go get my money back for bed. They bring couch and don’t have even attempt to get in basement just say it’s not going to fit. Laziness! So I say it take it back to store and I went got my money back. This is the most unprofessional, lazy, unconcerned establishment I’ve ever done business with. Would not go back to this location, so not recommend.

And I spent a solid 3,000. I called to talk to him about it to get the information so I could order replacement parts. Do you know he cursed me out and hung up on me. I was really surprised. I called back and said I don’t remember you being this mean and rude. He was nice when he wanted my money. Every time i call i get the run around or “im going to call you back friday” Its been about 20 fridays that have passed and Im still having to reach out ! They keep telling me the manufacture is whats taking so long but now i cant even get a refund and take my money elsewhere because they lost their lease from the Pershall store and moved to this store and gave everyone store credit instead of asking customers if they even wanted to continue waiting on their items. So now im down $400 that i cant get back and no dresser either. Simce giving me store credit i went in the store and pocked out a different dresser of the same value that i saw in the showroom, yet once again THAT ONE ISNT AVAILABLE EITHER ! Ive been picking my clothes from a bin and tv sitting on boxes ! Im so disappointed and will NEVER spend money here again !

The original store went out of business, and now they’re at another location, and they want me to pay more money before my order is “sent in”. Telling me I can’t get a refund. What a crock. I emailed their corporate office, no one answered. No one answered their corporate phones, kept getting a recording. I felt as if I was forced to buy from there because they refused to return my money. I wouldn't shop there if they were the only furniture store in the entire state of Missouri. Artsy Q: Was recommended years ago by my sisters, so I took a chance. Great prices on mattresses (not the other furniture though), however the customer service and systems are poor and unreliable (pre, mid and post covid). Told one thing by the manager and assistant manager, then got to the store and told something different by the same manager as if I’m to accommodate their misinformation when I’m acting as I was instructed and on time. Now a second trip is in order to pick up an item that wasn’t at the store as I was promised and which they refuse to mail to me! Won’t be shopping there or recommending again. Love my new mattress is the silver lining. UPDATE: So thankful that management was timely in resolving the issue by dropping the remaining item by my home before end of day. That one act goes a long way and I hope provides an opportunity to do better and for others to enjoy the great mattress prices here. Now for a good night’s rest!

Cut3ygurl: Great looking dresser I received. Only thing I don't like is the Asian lady said they will deliver it at a certain time the next day. I call them and she said omg I forgot we didn't put it on the truck can you wait till another time. Then when that time came she gave an excuse about the guys. I didn't receive it till 4 hrs later. By that time I was late for work. Bad customer service and very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Go back to business school and learn the logistics to better handle your customers. My money is not worth the time at this place ever again. Oh, also if you purchase something from here. You will not get it new, you will get what's on the floor instead. Seems like they don't have extra inventory. Just discovered my dresser was the same one I saw on the floor. The Asian lady promised it will be new. That was a lie.
