Ali Dad Aliyar: They are rude and doing like scamming I bought bed 3750$ they were responsible for delivery and set up. They brought the bed but the head board was damage and the light of head board didn’t work the first time they told we change the head board tomorrow then after two days I went store he said It take one month . After seven they didn’t change the head board. I went more than ten times but the ignored me finally they refused me and told me go the court or call the police. I waste time and money. Because I paid 3750$ I didn’t receive the bed which I paid my money. I received the damage bed. It is not fear I have to go court or call police for money which I paid.

Delores Saddler: The furniture store sit and sleep for less on Grand South Grand is a ripoff I was very displeased with a product they sold me a bed and wouldn't replace the pieces that was broke they the box spring was no good and they wouldn't replace it the mattress isn't that good either I paid $700 for the mattress they kept lying to me about the bed they came out once to fix it but the box spring it broke the railings on the bed it broke so I had to sleep on the floor with just a mattress they still haven't replaced the box spring and they bought another railing that was too little for the bed when I tried to call them several times they hung up on me I advise anymore do not get no furniture from sit and sleep on South Grand so now I have to go out and try to get me a bed this is the worst experience with furniture I have ever had something need to be done about it so they sold me a bed that wasn't no good and I still haven't heard from them my experience with them was very bad and I will tell others not to shop there I went up there and the manager told me that he didn't have no help no workers I told him about the bed I took pictures then he told me he will sell me a box spring for $100 at first I was willing to buy it but then I waited on him to deliver it he did not deliver it or call me I haven't heard from them the manager in that place and the furniture is no good so I will pursue it another way

Melissa Buchanan: I had a delivery scheduled for today between the hours of 3pm & 7pm with a 30-45 minute call prior. The time is now 7:35pm & I have not received a call or any type of communication as to why my couch was not delivered. I know they outsource for delivery but GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION!!! You should not deal with a company who has bad customer service. I will be going to the store in the morning to see how they will rectify this issue. I will update once I speak with the owners.

It was my first time there and i walked past somebody and an already an employee laughing at a customer's face cause he wanted to offer $500 on an $700 item. The guy responds extremely trashy to anybody who doesn't like his store. Not a nice place for anybody that appreciates respect. "God help all these angry people and haters will be haters" are just a childish trashy way to make excuses of why your not a better person. Also prices are outrageous and not good quality. I had just read the good and bad reviews as well, and these people are not professional at all and have a very bad attitude for anybody that doesn't like their store. David Hall: If you want to pay outrageous prices for "as-is" products then go ahead and shop here but beware, the old guy I believe his name is Ray he is the worst "salesman" I've ever dealt with in my life. They have signs everywhere saying liquidation sale store closing I found a recliner I was interested but all of it is "as-is" so I'm not gonna spend $800 on something I can't return or have a warranty on. I started to haggle prices with him and he immediately laughed at me and walked away and threatened to call the cops on me. I wouldn't give this guy money if it was to save my life. He had an attitude from the second I walked up the most unfriendly person I've ever dealt with in a sales position.

Simce giving me store credit i went in the store and pocked out a different dresser of the same value that i saw in the showroom, yet once again THAT ONE ISNT AVAILABLE EITHER ! Ive been picking my clothes from a bin and tv sitting on boxes ! Im so disappointed and will NEVER spend money here again !

Artsy Q: Was recommended years ago by my sisters, so I took a chance. Great prices on mattresses (not the other furniture though), however the customer service and systems are poor and unreliable (pre, mid and post covid). Told one thing by the manager and assistant manager, then got to the store and told something different by the same manager as if I’m to accommodate their misinformation when I’m acting as I was instructed and on time. Now a second trip is in order to pick up an item that wasn’t at the store as I was promised and which they refuse to mail to me! Won’t be shopping there or recommending again. Love my new mattress is the silver lining. UPDATE: So thankful that management was timely in resolving the issue by dropping the remaining item by my home before end of day. That one act goes a long way and I hope provides an opportunity to do better and for others to enjoy the great mattress prices here. Now for a good night’s rest!

Mrs. Mica: Me and Husband visit this store 5/26/20223 it was our first time and when we went in a Mattress expert name Thor was very helpful and the other guy but I forgot his name. They were very helpful for us in choosing the bed, price and we ended up saving a lot of money, especially for the Memorial holiday weekend they had deals. Would definitely be coming back and recommend them to family and friends.

I was able to take my time and absolutely no high pressure.Adjustable base was damaged during delivery. Damage was cosmetic and not visible when bed isOnmade. The store made an offer that I feel is fair.

They have horrible customer relations and their assistant supervisor has no idea what he's doing. Over all, I would never work their, or get any services from there. They are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for. Except when they feel like being skeet. Which is always. A company perfectly capable of taking care of their problems, just too greedy and money hungry to do it. Shelby Sample: I bought a snow mattress and foam pillows about a month ago from this store and it’s one of the best decisions I ever made for my health. I sleep better and wake up without back pain in the morning. This store makes it super easy to try out the different mattress types and the people working there are very helpful and make the whole process quick and painless - highly recommend visiting this store if you are considering a Casper mattress!
Fiona Hosty: I purchased a Casper pillow last night, a bit skeptical at spending so much on a pillow as I've always just lived on basic two packs that you can get at any home shopping that give you an average night sleep. But I was tired and frustrated of waking up with my neck like a water bottle or sounding like a cracking glow stick! One night sleep and it was wonderful! Worth every dollar. ❤ Thank you to the team at the St. Louis Galleria Mall shop, very helpful cause I hate pillow shopping and I walked away with a winner AND it was on sale, yay! Not pushy staff at all, very helpful and I would recommend them. If you hate the idea of pillow shopping but want better for yourself to wake up not mad at your pillows, visit this place!
Benjamin Kay: Let's start off by acknowledging that shopping for a mattress in-person is about as fun as shopping for a used car in-person. Comparing the subjective comfort of a mattress based on a few minutes in a store is difficult enough. Then there is a lot of sales talk without a lot of specifics on what quality materials are in the mattress.Casper's store at the Galleria made the process bearable. The store layout provides some privacy while you are trying out the mattresses. The sales people are friendly and not too pushy, although they will try to up-sell you on "gel pods," "snow technology," and accessories like pillows and mattress covers that are way overpriced. I did buy the Wave Hybrid mattress and ended up returning it. The mattress I brought home was not as comfortable as the one in the store. This may have been because sleeping on a mattress is different than lying on it for 5 minutes, or because it was literally a different mattress -- Casper subcontracts its Wave Hybrid with different manufacturers who may use slightly different materials and spring counts. To their credit, Capser's return process was extremely easy with no attempts to dissuade me from making the return and no hidden pick-up fees.Summary:- Nice show room with friendly and less-pushy-than-average sales people- They honor the 100 day comfort guarantee with an easy return process- Mediocre quality mattress materials for the price- Mattress not actually manufactured by Casper- Might find nearly identical mattress for less at Ikea under different name- At Casper's price, could consider a customizable mattress like Flobeds

Andrew Darling: Visited this store and was delighted that coronavirus precautions were in place. The sales staff were informative, honest, and most importantly weren't pushy. It's awkward enough laying down in a bed while having a conversation with a stranger, but too many mattress stores won't give you time to think and won't let you experience the mattresses. This Casper store and the staff, particularly Margo, were professional and a pleasure to speak with. I'd highly recommend this store for someone looking to buy a mattress. I've not yet decided if I'll buy a Casper mattress yet or not, but I'm happy to have come by here and strongly considering it.
Carlos Ruiz: I would highly not recommend doing business with Casper. Tiffany helped me in store with the purchase of my mattress and she was amazing and super helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She informed me that I had a 100 night trial to test out the mattress and to make sure it met my needs. Unfortunately it was not nearly as comfortable as when I tried it out at the store. It was recommended to me that perhaps a foundation would help since that is what the one at the store was sitting on and could change the feel. I went ahead and purchased a foundation to see if that changed the overall feel and my sleep. I tried it out for most of the trial period because customer care recommended that you sleep on the mattress for the entire trial period before deciding to return it since it takes time for your body to adjust. I did this and still was not satisfied. When I called customer care to initiate the return they informed me that the $300 foundation that I had purchased only had a 30 day trial period, not the 100 day trial period that they advertise all over their website and in store. I was shocked to find this out because the associate that helped me with the purchase of the foundation never mentioned that this had a different return policy than the rest of their items. It would make sense for the mattress and foundation to have the same trial since you need this to fully see if the mattress is right for you. I explained this to customer care and they said they would get back to me to see if there was anything they could do. They never called me and two weeks went by so I called again to see what was going on. They informed me that there was nothing that they could do and that I was stuck with this foundation that I did not want, even though I was misinformed by the store. I will never do business with them again and recommend they change how they do business. Highly disappointed.
Glenn MacDonald: I think the product itself is very good. My only issue is the misleading sales tactic. When I was deciding on purchasing the mattress, the site offered a 10% discount code. As I clicked through the purchase process there was nowhere to enter the discount code. When I asked about this they said that despite the offer being displayed for the mattress I bought, the discount does not apply to it.
