Tree doesn’t shape so called and asked if I could exchange, not asking for refund just an exchange was told no. No seasonal items can be returned. Just want other’s to be aware, if in question don’t purchase.

BRENDA MILLER: The quality of the product was very good however, I think having to pay a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping charges not being refundable is extremely ridiculous.My bill came to like $135 and I only got $94 of my money back I could see a 10% restocking fee plus the shipping charges but 25% restocking fee Is over the top- unfortunately I will not be making any future purchases with Nana’s farmhouse just based on their return policy with the restocking percentage they charge, just wish I would’ve seen this before I place my order I didn’t find out until after I had placed my order and then it was too late to cancel

Sergio Salamanca: I was in the area for business purposes when I stumbled upon this little store. And so I think to myself, "Why not? I could use more furniture." I walk in and am absolutely floored at all the selections available. I mean, absolutely astounded. I walk around for a bit when I am approached by an associate. He introduces himself, very friendly, very nice. He asks me what I am in for today, and I promptly tell him, "I am here to spoil myself." So naturally he leads me to what is allegedly a very fine couch. I ask, "What makes this couch so fine?" God, but did he deliver. The tasteful thickness of the wood, the plushness of the fabric. The construction of this couch was beyond reproach. He tells me the price. I don't even balk. I can afford it. Perhaps it is a bit expensive for the layman, maybe, but my wallet is accepting of this. Anyways, wonderful store. Has a very sleek atmosphere, and yet almost reminiscent of a "mom-and-pop" style business, if you will. Had I more time, I might have purchased even more furniture, but business called. Oh, and please give Chance my warmest thanks. He is a fine addition to your employee repertoire.

Nancy Thoreau: i was playing truth or dare with my friends one night and we go HARD. like stupid hard. like i dared my friend to go to the chipotle i used to work at and work there for 30 minutes without anyone noticing. (unfortunately, the manager called me telling me not to send anyone else there to work without a resume.)anyways, one of my friends dares me to buy a chair. and maybe it was the alcohol, i dunno, but i took her up on it. you know what? i'll buy a chair.so anyways, the next day i sober up, and of course i don't REALLY wanna buy a chair, but i'm not a punk. so i go to mueller furniture and mattress company. instantly, i go and sit on one of the displays. can't help it. those couches are so comfortable. but of course, the butt heaven can't last forever, so i look for a chair.i must have nailed the 'confused woman in furniture store' look, because a guy comes up to me and asks if he can help me. i'm like "yeah. i need a chair." and he's all like "well..." and then through a series of understandable yet technical questions, managed to narrow down my choice between three affordable yet beautiful hardwood chairs. i picked one which i thought might look good for my desk, and i gotta say, i'm excited about it.if you asked me a few days ago "nancy, do you think that you'll be the owner of a beautiful, varnished, amish-made hardwood chair in a few days?" i'd probably go "what? no, leave me alone, what are you talking about?" but now i am the owner of a beautiful, varnished, amish-made hardwood chair. this place rocks.also, chance. his name was chance. thank you chance for helping me pick a hardwood chair. i'm so indecisive and you figured out exactly what i needed. i don't know if they give out like, furniture shop salesman medals, but please give chance a furniture shop salesman medal.

Rowan Williams: I don’t go to furniture stores too often, so I was a little antsy upon entering. However, Mueller immediately took the cake. No clutter, easy to maneuver, well put-together. I spent a few minutes alone just admiring the place. Still, I was on a mission: table. I needed one.I flagged down an associate, which might have been the best decision I’ve made all day. I believe his name was Chance. I told him I was in the market for a table, but that I’m admittedly an amateur at woodcraft. I had no idea what I was looking for. He began carefully explaining the differences between the kinds of wood, and strangely, I became so engrossed in the conversation that we stopped talking about tables completely and began talking about Amish woodcraft in general. It was so informative and interesting that I could probably impress someone who doesn’t dabble in carpentry with my newfound knowledge of wood types, stains, and the term “catalyzed varnish”, which I thought sounded very cool.Anyways, he helped me pick an absolutely perfect table. Could not ask for a better conversation piece. I drove home very chuffed by the whole interaction. I mean, you go shopping anywhere and you’re met with a listless, dull corporate atmosphere and overworked, miserable retail employees that aren’t taken care of by their employers. Not at Mueller’s. This was a fresh breath of air for me after an exhausting day. I mean, a lot of people don’t think about the impact of good customer service, at least on a personal level, but having someone take the time out of their day to help me make an informed choice and even just talk to me was very special. Thanks to Mueller for a wonderful shopping experience, and thanks to Chance for outstanding customer service.
