Remie M: I’ve gave this location a few chances because they were new and figured it would just take them time to get the hang of things… that was not the case. The guy assembling the food was extremely rude and was even on his phone at one point. They put a ridiculous amount of cheese and lettuce every time to the point that it isn’t edible. The steak is always fatty and tonight it was extremely cold. I also had to ask for fresh lettuce because what was out was brown. There was cheese in the sour cream and corn in the hot salsa. Everything just looked very unsanitary. Had to throw away my entire burrito. It’s unfortunate because this place is 5 minutes from my home but I still would rather drive a greater distance then go there.Update: I gave them yet another try since they’ve been open for a while now. They've improved and looks to be new staff. It was more sanitary, meat was less fatty and warm this time, and the proportions were better. Customer service was also significantly better. I could have came on a good day but felt it was fair to give an updated review.

Brittany: Never order delivery from this location it will always be wrong. I ordered a steak bowl with white rice, cheese, sc, lettuce, red and green salsa. I got 5 pieces of steak, white rice, no sc, corn, no lettuce, no salsa. NO CHIPS. They are awful.

Jessica Snider: This experience was beyond awful. I walked in and was not acknowledged by anyone of the full staff that weren’t on orders. I had to get someone’s attention to get my order. I waited 15 min past my order pick up time, and I checked the bag for the sides before I left. It the was the wrong side so I went back and asked for the correct one. I had to sit there another minute and a half while the girl working the cook line was ARGUING with the cashier about having to get the right side because she messed up. ALL of that to get home to realize they didn’t make my order right on top of that.

Scott S: I've unfortunately tried this Chipotle several times as an alternative to the awful one on Grand. 2 of our last 3 orders were "lost" (i.e. stolen). Is it that hard to ask someone to show proof of purchase or ID before picking up? Or just hold orders behind the counter so that someone has to provide a name to get their food? That is to say nothing of the times they've completely butchered our order. Or locked the doors to the restaurant and forced everyone to stand outside and order thru the app instead of going through the line inside. The Chipotles in STL have to be among the worst in the country.

Be sure to check out the 'Chipotlane' if you want to order your food ahead, and watch it get cold sitting on a shelf in real-time while crew members ignore your arrival at the window for 10+ minutes. This was at peak dinner hours, when these stores are supposed to have crew members at every station.... Seriously if your craving Chipotle go to ANY OTHER STORE THAN THIS ONE
Aidan Latham: I've never posted a review before, but seeing all these negative ones has me shocked. I parked and got take out and, unlike literally ever other fast food restaurant I've been to in the area, they had 8+ employees, cooking/cleaning/serving dine-in customers. I was in-and-out in minutes. Perhaps this was a fluke, or maybe they've made changes in the past months, but my experience probably couldn't have been better.

The Official: This location has to be the absolute worst in STL. If I could give 0 stars I would. About 2-3 times, I've been inconvenienced with having to order online because their "system is down" - no biggie. But the workers show no professionalism or empathy being that this is an instance that happens very often. Although my love for Chipotle will never change, but please Chipotle invest in better staffing and more reliable working equipment. Not to mention, when you order online there is no guarantee that it will go through. A bunch of games, I nor other loyal customers have time for. At one point they even locked their doors MID LUNCH because they were too busy.
Eliot Planells: Typically, Chipotle offers value and quality fresh food. Mother's Day was a mess with staff member screaming out to the 5 or 6 customers waiting that their staff was limited, so deal with it or come back another time. Also can't take any orders, so we are only accepting online orders. The place was not clean, the soda machine was broken and trash cans were full. I think the staff was overwhelmed and I would question management enjoying the weekend holiday and not ensuring this location was staffed correctly.

Mike Kalinowski: Always a line out the door. This location has two food prep lines, but the second is almost never running. They make online orders while serving customers in the store, so wait times inside the restaurant can be up to a half hour. If you do order online, orders are often not ready on time. Staff are not very friendly. They are also stingy with upgrades like queso and guac. Poorly managed.

The line was moving steady and when we went to order they were out of steak but offered un-marinated steak which I accepted. Eric Wilkinson: They were out of brown rice so I got white, which had to be scraped from the bottom of the tub. It was mushy and warm. There are some things that are good warm and mushy, rice is not one of them. They were also out of veggies so I got a veggie burrito with no veggies. Still had to pay full price and they even still charged me for queso. The tables were dirty and had not been wiped off in some time. The trash cans were all overflowing. Like literally there was a pile of trash on the floor by each trash can. The food prep surface was dirty. I won't be back.

Travis Farr: Let me start by saying that I am a massive Chipotle fan. This is my second poor experience, however, at this particular location. My wife and I went here this evening to grab two burrito bowls on our way home. The employee used the last of the white rice on my wife’s bowl, and then when it was my turn, I asked for white rice as well. She stated that they were out with a nonchalant attitude and did not even tell the employee working in the back that they needed more until I kindly pressed for an estimate wait time for it to be ready. She unapologetically said that it would be at least 5-10 minutes, but that she honestly had no idea when more would be ready. We ended up leaving and driving to another location — even after my wife’s order was prepared. We will not be giving this location a third try.

Connor Gast: Online orders typically take much longer than time promised around lunch time. Wouldn’t be an issue if you at least had the opportunity to order in line. I ordered for a group of 5 and 2 of the bowls were very much on the skimpy side of what a chipotle meal should be and a bag of chips was neglected from my order and I was still charged. I have had my hesitations about this location in the past and after a couple month break I gave them another go. Unfortunately will likely not be returning.

Jodi Welsh: The food is great! However, online orders are never ready when promised. The last few times I've gone for lunch pickup, I've waited 20-30 minutes AFTER my pickup time, even though the app says my order is ready. I've tried an earlier pickup to get ahead of the rush, and it doesn't seem to help. Most of the employees seem inconvenienced or frustrated if you ask about your order, if they don't ignore you completely. There's only 1 guy, who is usually in the kitchen, that is friendly and goes out of his way to help. He gets 5 stars...

Took 15 minutes to pick up meal at drive through because even though our meal was ready and waiting we had to wait for customers in front of us instead of them being told to pull into curbside spots. No cheese on any of our 4 meals. Wife’s meal was soggy and soaked in sour crème. Way too much spice on all of the meals. So much so couldn’t even finish it. The kids meals didn’t come with chips as they were supposed to. The chips we did get with our queso were stale and terrible. Overall worst experience we’ve had eating out in a long time. Ryan Cerutti: The woman that took my order was talking on her phone the entire time I was customizing my burrito bowl. I couldn’t tell if she was asking me a question about my order or talking on her iPhone. At one point she even stuck her finger up and motioned for me to pause my order so she could continue to chat on her call. It was obvious the call was “personal” based off how she was talking.. this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced very poor customer service here, but this was finally enough for me to leave a review.

Jennifer Steinert: My first experience in a Chipotle and a man, who I believe was the manager, rather aggressively insisted that "RICE, in it's natural form, contains gluten." As someone who has suffered from celiac disease for more than 15 years, I know that is completely false. Obviously this wasn't a place that I could trust to eat, so I ended up walking out and finding lunch elsewhere. I always read that Chipotle's are rather gluten-free friendly restaurants, but apparently not this location.

The employees were friendly, the order was ready on time, and everything was prepared accurately.Update: Although my catering experience was great, regular trips to this location are hit and miss. I used to go to this location somewhat regularly, but it doesn't connect to the corporate network. So you can't use gift cards, exchange rewards, or get rewards from ordering unless you order in the app and pickup. Because it's so difficult to receive and use rewards here, I have mostly stopped patronizing this location.

Chipotle Mexican Grill: what do users think?
Amia Cumbee: I put an online order in and the order was completely wrong. The only thing that was correct was the fact that they both were bowls. The protein and toppings were wrong, plus I got charged for guacamole and I didn’t even get that. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to get refunded. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this Chipotle, both online orders, and both were totally wrong. I understand that it’s busy, but I don’t understand how an employee can read a ticket and completely mess it up.
Amos: Avoid at all costs. The food is as bad as the management. To compliment your order the place is filthy.

Karmen Phillips: Management should really look into this location. The front of the house/restaurant was sooo filthy. Truly don’t understand how you have 8 people on the clock, and no one has the decency to clean the dining area. In my perspective you wouldn’t eat at someone’s home who doesn’t clean, so I wouldn’t want to eat at a restaurant that isn’t keeping up with cleanliness either.
george holetz: If you're a fan of disappointment, look no further! The last time I tried to eat here, I was told "we're not taking orders at this moment". I decided to just shrug it off and assume it's a one off. Trying again, I ordered a salad and was excited to have one since it's been a while... I get all the way to checkout and ask for the dressing (I've had Chipotles forget to add it on more than one occasion) and was told they don't have any. The least someone could do, since they are well aware they don't have it, it's notify someone when they order a salad. It's not like they have another dressing option to substitute, they literally have one (or none on my case). In short, this location is definitely not for me, but if you're into that sort of thing, enjoy =)
Shelby Williams: Worst 👏🏼Chipotle👏🏼Ever👏🏼. Save your breath and go visit another one. Staff is rude, unaccomodating, and looks at you like you’re crazy for asking for a QUESADILLA. I have tried multiple times to give them a chance, they always seem to disappoint me. Ask for the bare minimum, they somehow deliver less.

Michael Fingers: Chipotle has slowly become the worst faux Mexican place you can go to.The price you pay per meal is exorbitant. Your burritos will taste bland and will have no care devoted to wrapping them, even if you waste your money on having the thing double wrapped.There's no excuse for the lack of crunchy shells for taco salads.This particular location has earned its 1 star by never taking care of it's trash cans, and by LOCKING THE BATHROOM DOORS WITH A KEYPAD.
Scott Davis: I go in there every other day, as mostly everybody inline gets a heaping portion of every ingredient available. I only get rice, chicken vegetable and shredded cheese.It’s rare that those ingredients are all in stock, today you are out of vegetables so I asked for a bit more rice and was told firmly that it’ll costs 150 extra. It’s just not worth the headache and disappointment

J E: Ordered the new quesadilla from TikTok. Ordered it with steak, fajita veggies, sour cream, vinaigrette, and white rice. Let me show you what I received: barely any steak. No white rice in the container. And not a single fajita veggie.

Susan O.: I’ve used this location a couple of times for catering lunches. It’s been a great experience. The order is always ready on time. I also needed to add to the orders at pickup and they quickly accommodated me. Great service. Great tasting food! Burritos by the box is an easy way to cater a group.
