DJ Crockett: I got stopped at self check out and asked how many items I had I said only 12 and it looks like more cuz it's a small pile of clothes I wanted to buy and then I scanned all of my items very carefully making sure to only do one at a time and the supervisor of that self check out area was literally standing right next to me and saw everything. Then made me go thru my receipt one by one and made me late for my appt. Also made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Not coming back!

But I was so hungry on impulse I opened and indulged just to find my funds had not been applied to my pay card as expected. Terrifyingly and as ashamed as I was I bought what I could, and didn't get thrown out, or in jail so I'm relieved that it ended good. Walmart employees and their grace here is as attractive as their prices and products placement. It's always clean and stocked and I am just blessed that compassion is also in the forefront with all their wonderful selections during my poor judgement in consumer relations. AT THIS LOCATION!

C Rod Allen: We pay for the Walmart+. This is the second time our grocery delivery was delivered to the wrong house. Their answering machine to report this is frustrating. My husband had to tell the machine twice. Answering service says we need to wait 48 hrs to report lost. Even though the photo of their delivery is not even in front of our house. This is the second time they’ve done this. We are not in a rural area. We don’t have vicious dogs or a fence. We’re on a major street. Very easy to track on GPS. I don’t understand how they can miss my house twice. You need to do better. This was a large order that is lost due to driver incompetence. If this happens a lot, I would suggest adding a confirmation feature to their delivery that we sign off on it or get a text to confirm everything went fine. Needless to say we won’t be using Walmart+ anymore.

Carol Quiroz: This location NEVER has enough cashiers and hardly ever has any of its quick check out lanes open for people buying just a few items. This is an ongoing problem with this location and I must say that at least 4 out of the last 5 times I have gone here to grab a few things I needed I have ended up leaving my cart setting and walked out due to not having time to stand in line for 20 min just to purchase 5 or 6 items. The manager at this location needs to be removed from his or her position and someone with some customer service experience hired to replace them asap!!!! I personally will not be going back here again!

Terry Tucker: On the 3rd of June an order of more than 400.00 was placed - requesting an expedited delivery charge. The order was first being shopped by Justin, with least than 30 items, a second shopper Evans started the whole order over. During which I communicated, with both when there was a need to substitute. One minute I'm notified that the order was on the way, next notification - your order was attempted to be delivered, but I was not available and we will try later. I have had to call three times requesting cancellation. And a full refund. To date no refund. I will have to follow up with my bank on fraud. I am done with walmrt

I keep having the worst shopping experience when I have to do any return or ask a question.We shop and pay without any employee antidetection at all , all the time , but when having to deal with a customer service employee to return an item, once in a couple of months, we have to experience the racist , rudeness , and bad attitude every time for the last few years. If there is one position that they should employ someone who is not rude and knows how to be nice to customer it should be the customer service department.

overland park: Worst Walmart ever. Boycot this one and go to another Walmart or shop at another retailer all together. Target sounds so good now.Employees are so rude for no reason, specially customer service. Managers don't care and don't sympathize and don't do anything about that. The whole culture of that wall mart is bad. Many times I had to speak with a manager about one of their employees being aggressively rude for no reaction, and it keeps happening . I will NOT SHOP THERE ANYMORE, BUT IAM RETURNING ANYTHING I PURCHASED FROM THEM. They do not deserve my business.

Walmart plus is great for free 3 day shipping when the store doesn’t have what you need.Walmart here or Walmart in the next town can deliver to any address you want if you or grandma can’t leave the house.
