Edward Jones II: I was very disappointed in the quality of my shirt. The black in the shirt seemed to be faded and wasn’t as dark as I would’ve liked. When I called back to discuss the let down of the shirt, the employee told me it was nothing they could do and THEN suggested vinyl, which I wish they would’ve told me before. They get two stars because although I was very disappointed in the shirt they do get back to you when you reach out. They were very helpful as I began the process, just wish my shirt would’ve came out in better quality.

Not this time , so before I go into what happened I would like to have someone who is higher the the rude young lady who said she was the store manager. After asking to speak to her supervisor she stated that would be the owner and he doesn’t get involved with stuff. I will refrain from posting anything yet other than the store “ manager “ at the Skyview store was not very representative of the great service I have had in the past. Patty: Amazing capability to take an everyday photo, take the motorcycle off it, flip it around, and put on a tshirt with a US flag back ground that Big Frog provided. The patience of Aaron & Phil the owner was also amazing since I'm very picky. This shirt was a gift but once he finds out we can put a pic of our bike on the shirt, I'm sure we'll be back for more. All the time spent, place on a good quality Gilden 3X was $34. Thank you Big Frog!
Lia Linzie: The quality of the shirts we got is junk. Why bother with customized design if the actual product is such poor quality? Changes that were requested were not implemented. Poor communication and customer service. Will not be using this business again.

Wren Hayes: Got a couple of shirts made here and the prints are pretty high quality, they have lasted a few washes and are still looking good. The folks who work here are doing their best to be fast and friendly, and are knowledgeable about their print process and can help you know what will turn out good and what won't.
Yamily Hakime: NOT Military friendly! they will not work with you. I called to make a change to 1 of the shirts ordered out of 24. The change would not change the price nor holt their progress as it was to simply add the title “BDE SARC” under the name already on the design. I would understand their reluctancy in making a Change if they were already working on the shirts but shirts ordered were not yet received in their store. Our experience in this store was very disappointing and do not recommend them.
Mak Kells: I was coming into store looking to order about 300 shirts for my company possibly and another 15 for personal, i called ahead of time ask if needed appointment and was told no. I stopped in a girl was with a customer, no problem but she told me her manager be with me in just a minute. I waited 15 min looking out of place just waiting by door. I get customer service but nothing else was said. After waiting I asked if was a better time the same girl said maybe 10 min, which now to me she knew it would be that long to begin with should of said that to begin with. So I left an called as O want to make sure I dont wast a trip back up to the store, the girl answers phone says manager is busy what can she do, I know how this goes I am a manager an tell my people the same thing. Then I said I was told she would be back then magic manager comes on phone, acts like cant hear me, then she goes to say have to help customers first so she didnt even hear me say that here person knew it would be awhile, manager days she has a digestive issue ect, poor manager, poor representative at the front to give accurate info an timing, taking my business elsewhere. Dnt waste your time with this place

Jayme Harwood: I placed an online order never having heard of this company before. I was super skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I received my order! I am in love with this shirt! I'm a huge fan of the vintage/retro style clothing. Its one a one of a kind Arkansas Razorback ringer shirt. The only issue I did have was the print chipped after washing one time. I no longer see it on the website and I'm not one to send things back usually. I am hoping that it just adds to the character and vintage feel of the shirt. Still one of my absolute favorite shirts! Would 100% order again and would love to visit the store one day!
Victoria: I called in advance to put a shirt on hold. It was ready for me, and I was surprised they were willing to hold an in demand shirt. Employee at store was so helpful, put a movie on for my daughter, checked sizes for me.She even messaged the crown center store, which I had no idea about, and held another shirt there for me. Next day that shirt was ready for me.I placed an online order and received that stuff in 2 days. I love this store, and I love what they do for local causes.

Tyler Doehring: Great shop that combines vintage design with comfortable and quality materials. The fits and styles are thoughtful and encapsulate the spirit of Kansas City (the iconic Kansas City heart logo being their signature design). A great stop, especially on the plaza. The staff here are also delightful.
Crystal Blin: Love the designs hate the customer service. 18 days after I placed the order I was informed that one of the three shirts in my order was no longer available. They offered to give me a refund or replace it with a different shirt. I opted for the refund and asked them to ship the other two shirts. After another 6 days passed they refunded the shirt and are finally shipping the two in stock shirts. It has been 24 days and I still don't have my shirts in hand.
McKenna Grace: Fun stuff, but pretty expensive. Especially $30 for a baby onesie that can only be enjoyed for a short time.
Doug Roudybush: Shirts are very soft and comfortable to wear. Sizing is a different story. I ordered a large, but it is the same size as an XL. My advice is to order a size down.
Allison Carey: My boyfriend ordered me a shirt on Aug. 19th (KState shirt) that still has not been shipped (Aug 31). When he reached out to customer support with questions they completely disregarded his questions and said the order is getting ready to be shipped and they would keep him notified. The football season starts in 3 days and this the item from the college roadshow collection was ordered to wear to the games. So disappointed in the service and lack of communication. You would think they would be a little faster and more considerate considering it is $47 for a single t-shirt.

Theresa Waters: This comment is way past-due... This service provider (Waldo T-Shirts) provided excellent service in early September of 2019. I utilized their services at the last minute, after being refused to be provided a planned (scheduled) service by a corporate T-Shirt provider (Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Kansas City). Although the owner was inundated with filling a large order, he chose to provide the last minute service to me, because of the poor service provided by the other service provider. In addition, the finished products were excellent and well received by all that wore them, and we received many complements. If I’m in the KC area in the future and need a T-Shirt design, Waldo T-Shirts will be at the top of my list!

Their merchandise is truly amazing and the employees are accepting of all walks of life. This feels like a truly safe environment to be yourself while browsing through some unique merch. I especially enjoyed their clothing section and selection of stickers. Upon leaving, I knew their claim wasn't just true, but a huge understatement.

Lindsay Snyder: The best service AND shirts acknowledging that KC is better than a certain *other* city— I would give them 10 stars if I could! I ordered two shirts online. Before they shipped, the owner emailed me and said that I qualified for the buy two- get one free special but had only ordered two. He asked if I wanted another shirt and said they would ship it with my others for free if I wanted. Who does that?!?! The shirts are great quality too. Thanks Hyper KC!!

Jamie: Super cute prints! Had been looking for a specific design I had seen online and finally tracked it back to Hyper KC. Bought a shirt in February and it had holes in it by May. Was able to exchange it at no cost. But now the replacement also has holes in the same spot!! ☹️ I’ve had Charlie Hustle and many other brands of t-shirts and never had this problem. All that to say, great designs but low quality. Update: Exchanged for a replacement shirt at no cost today; will update if makes it through the year.

I shop in their clearance section and never fail to find classy, contemporary slacks, 👚, and 👗 in my size.I always feel invited and valued. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The deals are extraordinary especially considering the Express 💸 that I earn! I have purchased a $95 dress for $5.25.

cristina magallanes: I am an a list for the express card so i shop a lot at express and no one greeted me and when i wanted to try on clothes no one took my items to a fitting room and no one was around to open one for me. I didn’t like the treatment at all when another lady came in with heels on she was greeted and treated differently. I was wearing a casual outfit with tennis shoes and i never imagined my clothes would make a difference. Horrible service
