phil herrera: The lady that works here seems to actively discourage sales. I was ready to spend over $100 on a fedora and due to the rotten woman working there I'd rather give my money to Jeff Bezos, so sad. When I asked why she thought it's okay to be so rude and condescending she said "my brother owns the store, like it or leave". I will never be back and will always refer people to Michael's fine clothing for men on Main Street. No wonder there wasn't anyone in the store shopping and most items are 50% off. I'd leave negative 10 stars if I could.
Jason Bendure: I've been buying hats from the gentleman that used to run the place (and their hat shop in Westport) since I was 19. The last couple of times I stopped in and bought hats he was still running the place but today I stopped by and his sister is in charge. I was surprised and dissapointed by how rude she was to myself and other people in the store. If you so much as touch a hat without asking she talks to you like a child. I've been doing business with the Missing Piece for 28 years and it looks like those days are over.

Jason Huot: Visited the store this week. I run a suit store and wanted to expand opportunities to build looks by incorporating hats. The older African American woman was with a customer when I walked in. Not to interrupt, I looked around until she was free. What I was greeted with was an incredibly rude greeting, a warning not to touch anything, and an eye roll that was examining the lower part of her brain. I just said, “really” and walked out.Not worth the trip in at all.
A X: Walked in with a drink in my hand and was immediately told no outside food or and to leave it on the counter if I wanted to look at hats. Male worker asked my husband what size hat he was, when my husband told him what size he wore the man said, “I don’t have hats that size” and literally turned his back on us. He obviously didn’t want to service us. Customer service here is nonexistent. We turned around and left. What a joke of a store.

Walked into the store and the lady immediately yelled at me and my teen daughter to read the sign outside. So I went out to read this oh so important sign. It basically stated things like no touching. We hadn't even touched anything! I was reaching for the hat to check it out. I was so insulted by the way she screamed at us I told her never mind I'm not buying anything here! A man who was in the shop left too and flagged me down to say he had never seen anything so rude! So they lost 2 sales today!

What you don't know is you just missed out on one heck of a sale because you profiled my son. He had money to spend and had his eye on a specific hat. You told him to LEAVE the store. Perhaps you should be welcoming instead of rude. Your loss. Thanks for starting off our vacation with a very RUDE shopping experience .

Too busy trying to make money, again likely because of what I said first. Their cap selection is terrible, nothing made in England, Scotland no where. No authentic flat caps, not the best fedoras selection by a long shot either. 100 percent never going back.

spencer minton: Was sad this experience was soured as soon as we walked in, walked in with my partner and mother. The older lady greeted us and we went to look at the flat caps. Me and my partner both were wearing decent quality flat caps. I went to try one because I was looking for a lighter material flat cap for weather. She immediately called out and told me we can't try on hats here because she can't disinfect the hats. I can somewhat see where she's coming from but this is what store you need to try them on to see if they fit. My mother went to ask her can we try them on to see if they fit and the older lady got an attitude with her and said "well you guys said you were just looking not actually going to buy anything, you can only try them on if you plan to buy them." I'm a retail store manager and my mother is as well and we both took a step back from this overly rude lady. She started arguing with my mom and I just told her we are leaving. I was willing to drop between 100-200$ and I had a decent quality flat cap or trillby but never will I give money to this store after that horrible experience.

R Savala: The ONLY store at Crown Center that requires you to read a sign before entering and wear a mask. I was greeted by, I believe, the same rude employee that most of the reviewers on google have mentioned. She was not wearing a mask when she told me I was required to. Since there is no mask mandate, I didn’t have one on me and the store doesn’t have any to offer it’s customer’s. She must be the owner because I can’t imagine why she still has a job there, after reading numerous bad reviews. The store had no customer’s; likely for the same reason. Not sure how it makes money with so many people refusing to shop there. Maybe it’s just a store front 😉 and they don’t really need sales/income. Wake up owner.. you’re losing customers.
larry frantz: 1st time there didn't even make all the way through the door before I was told I needed to read the signs on the door. Ok mask required to come in no big deal but of course they had none so I left. With plan's to return with my own mask as I really wanted to buy a new hat. Today we come back with masks on. We walked in looked around (no greeting by the way) several hats on the wall got my attention. First hat I picked up I really liked, so I put it on. (That's what you do at hat stores) before I could ask my wife what she thought and before I could look in the mirror. I was told from a voice behind a counter out of my sight you can't try hats on we have to disinfect them. Sale lost I will never step foot in your store again. I have over a hundred hats at home I've bought from all over this country. I never buy a hat with out trying it on. Dam shame your employee can't even stand up to speak to a potential customer. Let alone clean a few hats in order to sell one. LAZY

We followed the requests made and our teen and pre-teen both left with fabulous hats!If you visit, know that the mask rule isn’t about Covid. Recall, people wore masks for other healthcare reasons before Covid happened.The hats are really nice and there’s no way for them to know your comfort level with hats so it’s much easier to apply the same rules to everyone than risk having their merchandise ruined. Everyone takes everything so personally these days, but this could be a really cool experience for you and/or your family, as it was ours, if you allow it.

Anwar Jones: The staff is always courteous and friendly. Clothes come out looking great everytime. As far as dry cleaners go, they're relatively quick in getting your clothes, they even offer same day service!

ADAIR FAIRLEY: I never had a problem with pride cleaners cleaning my coat but a friend referred this cleaners a black owned business. I had a white Micheal Kors coat and this is the first time my coat was ever taken to a cleaners they had a hard time finding my hood then to find out they returned my coat the exact same way it was sent in.They told me bring it back…I go back they look and they stated “ we will clean it the best we can” in return i stated “well if you don’t think you can clean it I can take it some where else as this is an inconvenience for me coming here considering where I stay” the lady responded “ oh no we will get it done”… a week later which is the day they told me to come and get it back. I come in and wasn’t greeted and it’s the same skinny black lady with thin dreads that took my coat back last time. i stated I’m here for the white coat. Without speaking a word she goes retrieve my coat sets it on rack and she walks off…” I look at the coat then I’m looking around for her like they got me twice all they offered me was time wasted I don’t know if they get a lot of service but if they don’t I see why and I definitely will not be referring them to anybody.

Elitelady 1954: Very happy with my cleaning. I took one of my ministerial robes in to be cleaned. It had a pretty large spot on the back of it. I bought it in before 9:00 so that I could get it back at 3:00 for same day service. When I came to pick it up I was very satisfied. The item was cleaned and so neatly pressed. Will definitely be coming back there again and recommending.

Jayme Harwood: I placed an online order never having heard of this company before. I was super skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I received my order! I am in love with this shirt! I'm a huge fan of the vintage/retro style clothing. Its one a one of a kind Arkansas Razorback ringer shirt. The only issue I did have was the print chipped after washing one time. I no longer see it on the website and I'm not one to send things back usually. I am hoping that it just adds to the character and vintage feel of the shirt. Still one of my absolute favorite shirts! Would 100% order again and would love to visit the store one day!

Crystal Blin: Love the designs hate the customer service. 18 days after I placed the order I was informed that one of the three shirts in my order was no longer available. They offered to give me a refund or replace it with a different shirt. I opted for the refund and asked them to ship the other two shirts. After another 6 days passed they refunded the shirt and are finally shipping the two in stock shirts. It has been 24 days and I still don't have my shirts in hand.

When he reached out to customer support with questions they completely disregarded his questions and said the order is getting ready to be shipped and they would keep him notified. The football season starts in 3 days and this the item from the college roadshow collection was ordered to wear to the games. So disappointed in the service and lack of communication. You would think they would be a little faster and more considerate considering it is $47 for a single t-shirt.

I have tried numerous times visiting the store and no matter what time of the day it is parking is nonexistent. I am leaving one-star because I have never actually seen the inside of the store. Unless you plan on walking to the store good luck finding parking!

I parked, walked a few doors down, received immediate service,and was on my way. The store is packed with all the sports swag you can think of. You will love shopping there.

Chris Loving: As far as hat options They are top notch best quality in town. Over the past years i’ve spent ton’s of money here. As far as customer service 1/10. Its a constant pattern i have picked up over the last year or two. The main manager Has not only treated me horrible but other customers in store as well. She hasnt been in for a while or at least i haven’t seen her. The younger male who is usually there (lightskin short dark hair tattoos on forearm) has picked up the same habits. Here is one example from just today. I get to the store at about 4:15pm the signs says “on break be back at 4:25” The Employees (2) get back around 4:35. Me and several other customers proceeded to tell him we have been waiting here awhile and he says back “read the sign” witch made no sense to me. He unlocks the door then proceeded to tell me again to read the sign and come back at 5:00. I then waited around the two employees went to the back. I then decided to leave and call them asking for a corporate number as i have had enough of the outrageously disappointment from the service. The employee (Lightskin short dark hair Tattoos on forearm) answered the phone and asked me “are you the people that just left” as i had expressed that we were, the man told me no “*igga” we dont and hung the phone up. I will no longer be apart of this location for as long as the management and staff are there. We spend hundreds of dollars here monthly to be treated like this.

My first time going the employees were rude, it was very hard to get service but I really wanted a hat so I purchased 3 hats.2nd time going there hours say “12-9” I arrived at 6:00pm no one was there.. go for a 3rd time to get some hates customized the employee states there machine is down. I go back for a 4th time 12/20 at 5:30pm.. no lights, door closed but there over 4 people in the store just sitting around and laughing. I opened the door to check and see if they were closed and all the employee just looked around and said nothing and laughed. The employee came to theDoor and said “we are closed for the day due to a spill but maybe try in 40 minutes” so I decided to make a call while in the mall to the store to see what’s going on.. a girl answers. I asked her “hey are you guys open?” She said “yes”, I said well I’m here now and you guys are closed” she said “ohh well there is a spill come back in 10 minutes. So I said back to her” the guy in the store told me you guys were closed so I’m lost” she literally sat in silence on the phone and said” oh” , I then asked her “what are you guys hours really because I’ve came here multiple times and you guys Aren’t open. She says “ we close at 9..” but you guys are open!!. So I advised her I would just reach out to a manger.. this location has no respect or care for there customers… I will never spend my money or waste my time driving this location ever again…

Mayra Villanueva: Purchased a hat for my boyfriend and got it embroidery and the guy at the counter said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes.. No big deal so I waited around. I go back in 30 minutes and the hat is still not done so I waited some more. After a hour I finally go in and he says the hat is going to take longer than expected. Again, fine no big deal. I have a couple of days so I can wait till I get it back. I gave him my number to call me when it was completed and 3 days later no call, and you can’t call them because the phone rings 1 and then hangs up on you. Finally called again the next day and “manager” answers rudely and says they been busy so orders were very delayed. Great I understand with Christmas right around the corner however if they would have said that in the first place versus saying it’ll be ready in 20 minutes then I would have expected to wait a couple of days. This place is a joke and staff is very professional and seem not to care. I’m sorry you hate your job!

Devious Uno: Great place, great owner, great in the way everything is handled.
Jeremy Calcara: I saw they had a hat I wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else, but it was for sale in-store sale only. This was a problem because I live 3 hours away in another state. I used the chat feature on their website to ask if I could purchase the hat without going to the store, and I was told (with an almost immediate response) to give them a call and we could take care of it. On the phone they were friendly and helpful. They found the hat I wanted, took my payment and I received it just 4 days later along with a handwritten thank you note from the owner. Really impressed with this store and will go to their website first from now on to get the Chiefs and Royals gear I need. Thank you!
Shelby Meyer: They have tons of player signings here and it’s awesome! I finally was able to go to Kadarius Toney’s signing this weekend and was happy with my experience. The owners grant the players their requests (no pictures/selfies) which I think is awesome. They have lots of merch and things to buy. I’ll be back to shop someday!

Sara Hawk: The customer service at this location is by far the worst. Naveh specifically has poor customer service and a smart mouth. She was extremely rude with her smart comments. When I informed her that the comments were poor customer service, she informed me she would not get fired over it.

The young lady handled it with ease. Even picked out the item I needed for size. Can't beat that.
