Rex Galloway: I'm 170 lbs and 5'3 with a 31' waist and 44' hip, so finding shorts and jeans is hard for me. I went here as a last attempt to find something after 2 other stores and at least 30 pairs. Ava immediately got what I was looking for and filled an entire dressing room with things for me to try on, which was great because I'd never been here and would have no idea of what to try. They all fit wonderfully and it was the most refreshing shopping experience of my life as someone where most pant shopping trips end in tears. I left with 2 pairs of shorts and one pair of jeans and they are the best fitting I've ever had. A little pricey but 100% worth it.

I have been shopping at this location for the past 5 years (since we moved here) I will never buy my denim anywhere else! 3I have shopped here through TWO pregnancies. As my weight has fluctuated up and down the ENTIRE team –Terri especially– have always have helped me find my latest size. When I walk in looking for new denim it feels like I'm shopping with my besties...I grab a dressing room and they throw all the latest denim over the door for me to try AND help me find the best size/fit. As a new mom I can't describe how helpful this is, I don't have the time I used to, to find the correct size/style. Shelby was the sweetest this evening... I don't often get to shop with my girlfriends these days but she truly helped me find the cutest bodysuit and jeans for a date night with my husband. Girl, you're the best 3Not only denim, but whenever I'm in shopping I love to grab a cute tee or top and the team is always more than happy to help me find the right size/fit.And after Zona Rosa took away their curbside pickup spots, if I call ahead one of the team members is always more than happy to run my pickup order out to me.... as a Mom with two sleeping kids in carseat THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU.Ya'll rock.

Marilyn Solsky: This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a return at this store. The first time was several years ago; I had not worn the item, but there was a powder transfer from trying it on and the sales clerk would not accept the item for return. I took it to the Overland Park store and returned it without a problem.Today I had a horrible experience in the store. There were only a few people in the store, but the people ahead of me had a huge order. The clerk, who was new, was doing his absolute best. He deferred a couple of time to his store manager who was only aligning shoes on a shelf; one time he asked her if an employee who was no longer working there could still use her employee discount. The manager came over, engaged the person in conversation, as if she were an old friend, saw that I was waiting and went back to rearranging shoes. The second time she came over I asked if she could help me, but she waited long enough that the kind clerk was finally able to help me. I was incensed by her lack of customer service and after thinking about it, decided I would return the item right then. Because I called her out on her poor customer service she said I had disrespected her, she refused to take back the item and said she would call security. I am not sure she was the one who was disrespected. I admire H and M for trying to recycle clothing, but not enough to tolerate poor customer service or nonresponsive managers.

He then calls the manager to open the drawer and says “wrong change.” , she walks away. (i do not understand why she did not handle the transaction after this point as a retail manager).After she walks away, he tries giving me back $40 and a $1 bill is all I had after he took the $20 from me. I told him, no this is incorrect.My boyfriend steps in, mind you he is deaf so sound is not apparent to him. Tells him he doesnt trust him with the money, please get the manager.The manager steps in and goes “are we yelling?.” I go “no one is yelling.”, her response “please don’t yell at my sales associates.” , mind you- no one was yelling & my boyfriend is deaf holding a dog.I then explain to her what happened, she interrupted me to say “let me talk to my sales associate first.” which then that associate tried to say he gave me the money ($61 which I never got) and then tries to play it like we were trying to get more money when we never got the correct change to begin with.We left with the correct change and a sad place it my heart because I will no longer be shopping here as a plaza resident.I would give 0 stars if I could, this used to be the best place to shop since I was younger. Now it’s gone down hill, need new managers who assist & employees who know how to count accurately + have customer service.

Carina Devera: If you have a stroller or handicap this place does not comply with regulations. I visited the store two days ago, and on the first level the elevator does not work. My partner had to carry the stroller done the first set of stairs. Second level elevator does work. But I can’t imagine someone who was in a wheelchair being able to shop due to this issue. Please fix it, the neglect is not a good look on the store .

I was planning to simply rebuy the comforter in a different color. Urban received the package and never processed the return, so I called a few weeks later and they noticed this error and said it would process, then Urban mistakenly returned it in the form of credit to the original purchaser. This was a gift to me, so now the person who gifted it awkwardly contacted me asking why it was returned. I called urban outfitters back and they said they would not give me a gift card as they cannot reverse this payment. Seeing as the error is on them I would’ve expected better customer service and that they would still either resend the original item or give me a gift card. if I’ve ever had an error with another company they have always made it right… figure I would share this experience as if I would’ve known I would’ve selected an item from a different store. It’s been frustrating to say the least

Asia: Is this location closing or something? I came in to look for a jewellery dish which you'd usually find on the lower level...that level was dang near empty! Some of their items had dust on them as if they'd been sitting for awhile. I know the pandemic might've played a part in the place looking like it did but I think it's time for some new merchandise. Not to mention, there were no associates around to help.

Understandably with COVID-19 I can understand why some clothing stores do have their dressing rooms closed however the urban outfitters website specifically says that the dressing rooms are open. This is my second time wasting 40 minutes to drive to urban outfitters only for them to tell me that their dressing rooms are closed. I tried to call ahead, probably 20 times, with no response before driving there. To my surprise the sales associate told me that the dressing rooms are closed today because they didn’t have enough people working. She also proceeded to tell me that the phones weren’t answered because they were on their lunch break. Oh for 2 hours??? Ok. Maybe have a social media account that posts whether certain services are open or not. Sales associate was lazy and in empathetic. The only positive thing I have to say about this store is that Kelsey is a good worker.

Jamie Kluesner: Madewell's sustainable and fair trade practices brought me into the store. The customer service ensures I'll return. Paige helped me pick out the perfect denim and Julie was a great help finding sizes while I tried on. I'm not comfortable trying on clothes but they made it easy and quick by helping me. Thank you ladies!
Alisha Hammond: The staff on the floor was more interested in having personel conversations than helping costumers finding their correct size. One in particular was way to impressed with herself flipping her hair and adjusting her jacket to help my daughter get her clothing in a dressing room. On top of that, no one asked if she needed any other sizes. The best part of our experience was the two ladies running the register. They were warm and friendly.

As we waited we seen an employee unlock and open the door for a few customers that were knocking on the door and the employee opened the door let them in and then lock the door behind them. I was a bit frustrated however, my sister was right down mad that these customers were allowed in 15 or 20 minutes early to do their shopping while we were not allowed to go in same time.Which was exactly what they were doing when we were finally able to go inside.We won't be going back anytime soon.

Aiden was super helpful and told me I could still browse even though they closed. I only took a couple more minutes to find my boyfriend a pair of shorts and didn’t feel pressured at all. Thank you!

The tall, light skin guy just seems to be standing around and not contributing to work whatsoever. I was eventually helped by another female associate. I went to the store on Sunday, and they couldn’t accept the shirt because I didn’t have the tag… (the girl in the store try to make me exchange that one for a new one, but changed her mind later because the shirt was “stained”, like who cares? if it was already with the threads hanging) I understand the tag part, but you guys also need to take care the quality of your product, I have clothes from cheaper stores, that will last more than that shirt. I lost $50, but you guys will lose 2 clients that were always buying there. Shame on you!
