Affäre: what do users think?
Patrick Walker: A nice, updated take on the typical schnitzel and sausage fare you typically find in German restaurants. The brat trio was delicately flavored and nicely sauced. Preferable to the seafood risotto dish, which was competently executed, but nothing beyond what you’d find in another good local restaurant. The Painted Table dessert was remarkable in sweet flavors and in flame-illuminated presentation. Truly unique.
Jess Len: WOW. WOW. WOW. Enough said! Wow! The food was amazing! Came here on a Saturday evening as a lovely double date night and we were all so impressed! Everything was perfect, the food, the service, the drinks, the atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for the BEST German food! Thank you for such a great experience and I cannot wait to come back and have some more!
Kathleen Watson: Recommended dishes Jager Schnitzel, Wine PairingMore
James Symmonds: Looks like it would be a nice date spot. Bartenders are really nice and the owners are around. Update: I still have yet to have a date to bring in but it would still be a good date place.
Brit Ann: Truly a treat to go to Affare. You definitely don't get the chain vibe from this place that even some of the more high end places give off around KC which is nice. Service was amazing and the food was great. High quality ingredients with mixtures of flavors that you don't expect and they still somehow taste amazing together. We got the Hummer Poutine, Risotto von Meeresfruchten, and Jakobsmuscheln mit Entenleber. It all was so good - loved the seafood. I'd probably go for a lighter starter next time but we were curious about lobster poutine.
Brent Sear: came to affare for a baby shower. the outdoor courtyard is great.
Brien Barnett: Recommended dishes The Painted Table, Charcuterie Platter, Black Forest Cake, Jager Schnitzel, Painted Table Dessert, Wine PairingMore
Sherry Smith: I would give this restaurant 100 stars. The food is excellent. The Jager Schnitzel was crispy and the meat was tender. The duck breast was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the morels and white asparagus. On top of truly wonderful cuisine, the service was outstanding.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Woodsie Woods: First time and it was great. Ordered off their new seasonal “white asparagus” menu. The white asparagus soup had a nice deep flavor but was a tad too salty. I was very excited to see morel mushrooms on the menu with the white asparagus and morel mushroom spatzle. This dish had a nice sherry cream sauce, however it overpowered the delicate flavor of the morel mushrooms. Overall pleased with the quality, especially with these recipes being a fairly new addition.
Racheal Soendker: Truly one of the best restaurants in KC. Make a reservation to ensure you can be seated. Especially on the weekends. This is not a place to go if you are I'm a rush. They know how to time the dishes so you are sure to be finished with appetizers before the next course is brought out. They give you time to enjoy each course. If you choose to do a bottle of wine, the server is good about coming back to pour it timely. And the food is amazing. If you can, make sure you get there in the spring for the white asparagus menu. I've been there multiple times and have never been disappointed.

Shiona Deliozar: The service was excellent and the staff was really awesome and attentive. We thought the tasting menu itself was pretty average for the price. Everything tasted fresh but kind of lackluster, especially the apps and dessert and the Black Forest cake didn’t really have the layer of cherries like it’s supposed to. Still happy to try the place out with my hubby for my birthday dinner. We spent around $150 and left very full and satisfied.
Daniel Purdom: Not really a review (always 5 🌟). Free parking at 1801 Walnut St by the Community America branch and covered garage parking around the corner at Corrigan Station Garage. 1827 Walnut St, Kansas City, MO 64108 for $5
Eunice P: The tartar was very yummy though a bit too salty. The veal schnitzel was dry, overdone, and a bit bland and the condiments and cucumber salad too sour. The beef roulade was like fancy meat loaf and tasted okay. The cabbage was delicious, but, again, a bit on the sour side considering it took up the majority of the plate. The drinks, vibe, and service were fantastic. I would have rated this a 4/5 but one of our party had stomach issues after eating the beef roulade and cabbage. I may give this place another try, but probably not for a while.
Victoria Salinas: Enjoyed a wonderful meal! The food and cocktails were delicious and the service was exceptional.
Peggy Lukken: The food is authentic German fare, freshly made and delicious. As always, the service was on point, with knowledgeable and attentive servers. My stepmother doesn't really eat red meat, but she said if she lived in KC, she would come back every month just to eat the Friday special (she is from Chicago). If you have the chance (and it is not too hot), sit outside! The beer garden is beautifully done!

Student of the Word of God: Kept hearing about this great place near the City market, so my wife and I decided to go. #1, we were sat in the corner near some dead plants so maybe that’s what caused the flies and gnats to invade our space. #2, our server wasn’t too pleasant. #3, a gnat flew into my food, when I tried to get my server’s attention, she walked right past me. It was probably a nice experience for someone else but ours was horrible. I keep hearing this from the same class of people too…black people. Idk…

D B: Our group had a fun brunch experience, and I look forward to going back. We started with the cinnamon roll which has bacon pieces on top; it was good but the roll was a bit dry. The biscuits and gravy were great, and the bacon was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the mimosa tower, which was pretty good. Lastly, the service was excellent and our meals came out on a reasonable amount of time.
Jeff Weinrich: The Farmhouse never disappoints. Great food and staff.

Diane McKinney: One of our favorite Sunday Brunch spots! We like to sit outside and this summer they have added a shade cover so it's more comfortable out there. All of the food we've had has been amazing. There is a regular Sunday brunch menu as well as a special menu specific to that day. I was dissapointed that they had run out of the ingredients to make the Mimosa special so I was forced to drink a regular one :(
Betty Jones: Came here for lunch/brunch. Super cute place. Street parking. Outside seating is very nice. All shaded! Coffee is a French press ☕️. Fancy!! Got the cinnamon roll to share. It was very large. Beware lol. It’s very sweet but the frosting is amazing. Got Lord kyler for the main meal. It was pretty good. I was imagining normal sausage, not pork sausage lol which would’ve made it better I think haha but flavoring was great. 👍Huge portion. And it came with super cute tiny fries 🍟 Lolol. Also got a taste of the salmon on toast and mmmm that was amazing. I’d probably get that next time! Waiters were super nice!!!
Kelli Hearn: The food is always great at The Farmhouse! I brought a couple of out of town friends here for brunch and high marks all around. The food was fresh, the bacon was crispy, and the vibes were immaculate. We appreciated the quick service! Austin Wasmer: I just had the best chicken fried steak I have ever had. The flavor with the grits and perfect sunny side up eggs make the perfect pairing. I had to keep myself from licking every morsel off the plate. So yeah, I will be coming back when visiting KC again.
Tyler DeFelice: Vegetarian options: The country biscuits and gravy are AMAZING!!! Between the service and the food, you will not be disappointed. I have been going for years and have never once, been let down. How have I not written an outstanding review before? That is my bad. Seriously, you HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT!!!
Kaden Belcher: I enjoyed the Farmhouse! My wife loved the corned beef hash, and the omelet I got was pretty good. I loved how the coffee was a pour over too! It did feel a bit pricey for the quality of everything, but I would still recommend going here!Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Daniel Nagati: You might be wondering why the average reviews of this restaurant are so high after you eat here. It's because this used to be an excellent restaurant before new management took over. Now the food is bland, the menu is stale and overpriced, and the service is terrible. If you were curious why a restaurant would only be open 2 days a week, it's because no one ever comes here. Head over to the next closest restaurant , which is at least open every day, even though their food is mediocre. How many days a week are you open for dinner now? (It's zero)

The bread basket comes with three different spreads to try out. The appetizers of bacon wrapped shrimp and chicken empanadas were absolutely delicious.I ordered the beef medallions with tiger shrimp. It was phenomenal. Excellent flavor, and the sauce for the medallions was exquisite. I highly recommend ordering the chicken empanadas to start and go from there. They gave me a complimentary cheesecake slice for my birthday. 10/10 for the food, service, and atmosphere.

Megan Anderson: One of my favorite restaurants in Kansas City! If you are a foodie as we are, you will certainly find dishes unlike anything you have had before. We leave every time excited about numerous dishes and trying things we never would have considered. For example, SWEETBREADS, they make them absolutely divine. I love that everyday we walk through the doors that the menu is brand new and inventive! We love sitting at the bar near the kitchen so we can watch everyone channel their creative skills. A must try!
Shai Mason: Hands down the best food and service I have received. I will definitely be stopping in Kansas City just to eat here. Big props to Drew and Chris for making me and my friend feel welcomed even though we strolled in near the end of service. The food was immaculate and the kindness and down-to-earth nature of the people working at the Antler Room is refreshing. I appreciate how much work goes into each dish and if you want to have a wonderful experience you should come here.

Emily Lemus: The Antler Room is my new favorite spot in KC! Food was beyond my expectations and their menu has a little bit for everyone whilst still being adventurous. Service was great as well! It was my first time ever here and the friendliness of the staff and just general vibe was lovely; Such a small cozy place to enjoy a delicious meal!
Charles Franklin: Our family joined my wife and me to celebrate our anniversary. We had been here before and were somewhat familiar. The dishes are seasonal, so you may not get something you had before. We ordered one of everything and split it. They put their touch on every dish, and it is delicious. Katie was our server, and she was attentive to us. She kept our drinks charged and plates and silverware clean.
Jessica Hazlett: I went in not knowing what to expect, so I was very worried when I found out it was a family-style serving situation, especially considering the small dishes I'd seen in reviews. Sharing the small (delicious) dishes among 4 people definitely left us wanting more, but by the end of the last course I was full. Not overstuffed, not too full to walk, but satisfied, which I very much prefer. I loved it, but if I were to go back, I would probably stick with a party of 2 instead of 4.
Amy Fantasma: Delicious!! Food is excellent!

Allison Koelzer: Incredible, eclectic dishes in a vibey, friendly environment. Cocktail and bar program is always banging!Go for the veg forward dishes, you’ll fall in love with greens and root veggies in a way you didn’t think you could!
Darrell Loo: The Antler Room is my favorite restaurant in town, and as always, my recent visit on Thursday didn't disappoint. I had just returned to town and was eager to relax in a comfortable atmosphere. Settling at the bar with a delightful glass of wine, I perused the seasonal menu with anticipation. My meal began with the irresistible Nori Shokupan, a must-have staple whenever I spot it on the menu. I continued with the Romanesco dish, featuring golden hummus, anchovy brown butter, crispy chickpeas, and anchovies. This flavorful dish showcased fresh, delectable vegetables. Another standout was the Cucumber dish with smoked salmavocado, tahini sauce, and buckwheat lavosh in a rose vinaigrette. This simple, refreshing dish was beautifully balanced by the vinaigrette.Next, I savored the Pan-Roasted Veal Sweetbreads, accompanied by beef tallow whipped potatoes, endive, white wine mustard sauce, croutons, capers, and rosemary. This hearty, comforting dish was a delight. I also enjoyed the Seared Duck Breast, served with fried sunchokes, local spinach, ravigote, and umeaboshi plum jus. The duck was cooked to perfection, and the sweet umeaboshi plum jus perfectly complemented the dish.To conclude my meal, I couldn't resist the Coconut Panna Cotta with pandan ice cream, mango sauce, and caramel tuille. This light, refreshing dessert, reminiscent of spring, provided the ideal ending to my dining experience.
Warda Shafi: I always prefer better quality food in small plates over mediocre food piled on the plates. I had the haddock with bok choy, sushi rice, caviar, and mushrooms. The dish was a little soupy, always a plus for me since I'm a huge soup fan. The food was delicious and looked wonderful, and I could tell the ingredients were of high quality, always a delight. This was a hearty meal, all the while very light on the stomach.
Mark Steele: Really impressive meal in quaint neighborhood of Kansas City. I was recommended here by a local foodie...and their level escalated a few notches. Not a immensely large menu, but quality and thought out. This was my last stop before airport, so only got to enjoy a few items:- Rabbit and Kale Tortellini- Veal SweetbreadBoth were easily paired with a wine by the glass.Everything is well valued, too.Bartender knew his selections and pairings well.My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to enjoy more.Well done to the team. Experiences like this happen only with commitment and leadership at the top.Be smart and assure you stop here. If I lived in vicinity, it'd be a bi-weekly trip.

Tom Shoemaker: Atmosphere is great, just short of stuffy formal cigar bar style. Service was pretty good. Alpha Landingham: Staff was on point. The restaurant space is rather small and feels kind of crowded. The decoration is art deco, strong 1920s glitz theme. The food was solid standard fare for a four-star hotel. Nothing bad just nothing all that special. I got the steak and my dad got the fish. Our server was definitely worthy of note as were the cocktails/bar.I would give the overall experience 3.8 stars. Enjoyable, but not exceptional.
Rudy Jones: Cool restaurant, nice ambiance. Food was good. Our service was slow, unfortunately. Ordered a drink that was on the menu which they didn't have. Appetizer plates were never removed from the table. Was never offered a dessert menu and our waitress rushed to get us our check and off our table.
Antony SiVelli Jr.: Ate there with my friend because he said selbychef works there… was pumped but apparently he left. The food was atrocious, the service was horrible! I’ve eaten at Gramm and Dunn when he was there… the food was 5 stars! Just shows you how important it is to have a passionate chef. Whoever is there now is absolutely not at the level of the beautiful space they have… can’t believe I wasted my money there. Gotta figure out where this guy went… his food was the best I’ve ever had in KCMO.
Your Friend Dimitry: The food sucks… should bring back that Russian chef. The food was good then.
Annette Berry: Located in the Ambassador hotel, you see a slew of different people, which adds to the electricity of eatery. I've been many times and the food is always good, service is hit or miss. On this last visit, it was definitely a miss. TRAIN YOUR SERVERS! I like Friday nights for live music and good drinks. If not for the consistently good food, I would not return. There are too many good places to eat in KC to pay for bad service, please fix it!

Lauren H.: The American Reserve is a poorly managed hotel bar with a cool atmosphere disguised as an upscale restaurant.I made birthday dinner reservations here since I assumed it was an elegant place. My husband and I arrived, dressed to the nines, to find an empty restaurant with people in sweatpants and slippers watching ESPN on the bar TVs. Awkward. As the host was seating us, we mentioned to her that it was my birthday. After being seated, our patronizing male server came to the table and asked me, “I heard it’s your birthday, hun?” I’m an adult woman turning 37 — not seven — “hun.”The server then proceeded to tell us that the restaurant was out of spinach dip and okra appetizers. He then asked to see my husband’s menu because he said he didn’t remember all the other items they were out of. He further said they were also out of the salmon entree and had no fish for the market fish entree. I’m a pescatarian, and so I was left with absolutely no entree that I could even eat.We left and went to Lidia’s where they were able to serve everything published on their menu and had a respectful server and delicious food. Five stars to Lidia’s!As we were leaving the American Reserve to go to Lidia's, the host and the hotel front desk staff person tried giving us coupons for other restaurants in the area. They oddly didn’t try to give us a coupon for their own business. The host told us that if we would come back next week, the American Reserve would have a new menu. They can’t even get a grip on their existing menu — why should we expect them to properly handle a new menu?
Luis Sanchez: Great steak! Lots of options for fine dining.Recommended dishes Steak and Fries …More
Meredith Harmon: Gary was an amazing server, blacked chicken with the mac and cheese was delicious, winter mules were perfection
Wendy Darragh: Michael was awesome. Food not great - the steak was like eating at a wedding. Had been cooked earlier and the sides cold. Great atmosphere & drinks though!
Chelsey B: Went to celebrate two friends getting married. The service was okay, had a few large gaps in getting drinks and ordering food. The atmosphere was nice except the background sounds were really loud. I felt like I had to yell at the people I was sitting with to have a conversation. The food was okay. The wine was fantastic. They have a much wider variety of alcohol than they do food. Limited menu and I have food allergies so I could literally only order a grilled cheese sandwich and it was bland. I will not return. I can go elsewhere with more menu items and for a much cheaper price. I literally spent $100 for 3 glasses of wine, a grilled cheese, and a bowl of soup.
Jesus Roth: Amazing food and even better service. Was so impressed by everything about this place!
Alma Aragon: Can't say enough about the quality of the food. Good atmosphere and pleasant staff. Excellent downtown location.

Hugo O: Now this is a fun place to show up in a group to try everything. The portion are perfect for sharing! I would suggest the beef tartare & corn soup. Scott Sulik: Came for dinner and had a very good experience overall. Food was great, presentation was impressive, and portion sizes were large.Understanding we dined during a busy dinner time on a weekend, the servers seemed overworked and some of the dishes came out a little colder than expected. But the taste was still delicious, and we’d certainly be back to give it a second try.
Maugan Ra: A friend came from out of town and loves to try new food. She found Novel and we went. The waiter was prompt and personable (and even recognized my scientist nerd music from my Spotify, which hadn't turned off.) We had the steak tartare, which was fantastic and the fried potatoes... The curry spiced ketchup was insanely good. Friday night at 7 pm, there were plenty of customers but not overcrowded. I will definitely suggest it to my locals.
Michael GRabowski: We both had 7 layer salad excellent. She had the scallops asked for a box but there was nothing to bring home. We had a nice Riesling with her fish dish. The strawberries and cream with cake was delicious. We have found a place to take over for the Bluestem.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Seared Diver Scallops, Crispy Fried Potatoes …More

A S: Easy to miss driving but worth making the trip in. Limited menu but very good options. Highly recommend the pork chop which I wouldn't normally order but glad it was recommended to me. On the spicy side but was asked ahead of time with warning and they were right. The apps are okay but I'll skip next time.I'll have this on my short list to bring visitors for something off the beaten path.
Melissa Davis: This restaurant was stellar! The service was impeccable every step of the way. Every item we ordered was next level. We started with the crispy farm egg and then the spring ravioli. Both were excellent. I had the KC strip for my main course and it did not disappoint. It was served with the best carrots I've ever had and I'm typically indifferent about carrots. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
Mizzmi27: The Duty Free cocktail was very good. The goat's milk pasta just kind of tasted like chili, it didn't really taste elevated or anything.Overall the food was good but felt overpriced.
Jessica: Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More

Tere S: Pancakes are huge! 😋 one is like two. Pretty good food, recommend corned beef hash. I think staff can have a better attitude tho. Js the cashier was nice and he's the one who has to deal with everyone not sure what everyone else's problem was. Sit outside on a nice day 😌Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Aaron: Went here because my Airbnb was super close and it was recommended. Cool atmosphere. Order at the counter and then grab a seat. Went basic eggs, toast, potato and bacon. Food came out in three minutes flat. Standard fare toast was very soft, potatoes a bit salty and bacon a bit chewy. Huge plate for $12 I couldn’t finish. Coffee was not good. Underwhelming but I’d give it another shot.

Kevin Huebner: The quirky/cool atmosphere does a lot of heavy lifting here tbh. The food is average and it's counter style ordering, so you get your own water / coffee refills. It's like, 'if your building is falling apart and you aren't paying wait staff why do the bacon and eggs cost so much?' Honestly, if this place was marginally cheaper than other breakfast places or if the food was amazing I would go to bat for them, I mean I want to like this place, but I can't...
Madison Courtney: As a vegetarian, it’s so hard to find places that offer mushroom gravy, but Succotash does! Super yummy breakfast. Definitely get the biscuits and gravy of French toast.Recommended dishes French Toast and Scrambled Eggs, Gravy, Breakfast Potatoes …More

Café Sebastienne: what do users think?
Pat Hawkins: Delicious food, excellent service, nice atmosphere. Server, Nova, was exceptional.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
John Mueter: A very disappointing experience. My companion ordered a 'salad' that consisted of a mound of white bread with some flavoring and little else, not a shred of greens or veggies. Who thought this was a satisfactory entrée? After a complaint, the charge was removed from our bill. Our server was himself 'out to lunch', forgetting to bring various items. We will not be returning for a long while.
Autumn Miller: Service was incredibly slow. I ordered the butternut squash salad. The portion was like a side salad, but it was supposed to be an entre. I ordered coffee with almond milk. The coffee came lukewarm. Had to remind the server to bring another cup. For $18 i expect more than a side salad with undercooked butternut squash and lukewarm coffee. I will not be returning.Parking: Adequate parking and it free.
Adam Loup: A good restaurant in an inviting environment with art all over the restaurant. The brunch and lunch are both very good and at a good cost. A nice weekend option for locals and visitors alike.
Nadra B Organized: Vegetarian options: To many to mentionFood: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Natalie Winters: Great staff and ambiance! Perfect for museum date, and parking is very easy. However, I had grilled chicken for $18. The chicken was a bit dry and the portion was very small. Definitely not worth the money. The staff were friendly and attentive.Recommended dishes …More
Brian: Just order coffee and enjoy the art. The food isn't worth it.Food: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Christina Williams: The surroundings are beautiful, but the food is not good. I ordered trout avocado toast and was presented with a piddly toast that I could have made for free at home. Also, our waiter forgot to put our order in so other people arrived, ate, and left before we got our food.Very disappointed. Truly a mar on an otherwise nice museum experience.
Nate Hogan: Very slow service in a restaurant that wasn’t busy. Burned biscuits and French toast. Bad experience all around. Won’t return.
Alene Harris: The salmon was delicious. Very small portion but beautifully plated and worth trying. My daughter loved her summer salad with chicken. It was a a healthy portion and worth the price. My only criticism is the small portion of my meal when it was the most expensive. I am not greedy but I had to eat very slowly to be at the same time frame as my daughter. It made for a lovely afternoon and all staff friendly and welcoming.
Erik Edmonds: Very sparse options for vegan food. It seemed like their overall menu looked good though.
Some Guy: Had high expectations and they were exceeded. Gazpacho and hummus were excellent.
Virginia Long: Dreadful lunch. A frittata that tasted like it had been made the day before. Burned on the bottom and no seasoning.... sorta like a nursing home. This used to be a good place for lunch or brunch.Parking: Parking is okay. Wheelchair accessibility: It's fine
Daniela Barba: I was greeted by oh so FRIENDLY staff and seated without much wait time. My server was such a joy and was the utmost tentative to everyone dining at lunch today. I had the chicken salad which was fantastic. A PERFECT balance of textures and fresh flavors.I also had the key lime pie which was THE BEST lime dessert I've ever tasted. So creamy, not too sweet, and with the perfect dollop of whipped cream on top.
M Phillips: ***see pics below** 1st pic is from May visit 2nd pic is from July 10th visit** CLEARLY a difference !!Upon arrival, my guest and I discovered that the menu had changed. Once seated the waitress, Mya informed us that the previous chef had been fired, which was surprising that she would be that specific. We ordered several items from the menu; the recipes had clearly changed and not for the good. The cornbread was bland, the French Toast looked more like a glob of bread pudding (the presentation was less than desirable) and the Frittata with seasonal vegetables was cold, not even close to served lukewarm as indicated by the interim chef, Kayla.Ultimately the chef came out with a new Frittata which was warm and feedback was given to the chef regarding overall dissatisfaction and presentation of the entrées in which she proceeded to say "everyone else likes it" and walked off. After that point service was non-existent and I ultimately went to the wait stand for the check. The waitress, Mya, who waited on us was seated at the wait stand, told me that the chef was taking care of the bill and that I was not welcomed to come back because I was rude for providing feedback regarding the entrées.Although I had NO plans to return due to the lack of concern, lack of professionalism, and nonchalant attitude displayed by the interim chef, Kayla and waitstaff (Mya), I questioned the decision behind not being able to return to the establishment. The conversation didn't go anywhere as Mya was EXTREMELY RUDE. Out of frustration I told Mya she should not be in the service industry as this is NOT the way you should treat your customers when they give feedback , I also made a disparaging comment regarding the chef's oral hygiene, which I realize while true was very inappropriate (keep in mind, this was AFTER I was told I wasn't welcome back) - and for that I apologize. However, the treatment I received while at this establishment was UNACCEPTABLE. In fact, this is the 3rd time I've visited this establishment. My first visit was less than pleasant and guess who was my server - MYA. After the former chef came out to correct a seating situation, my family and I were able to enjoy the food - which was wonderful. Our second visit was GREAT....guess who was our server NOT MYA - the food was GREAT. Our 3rd visit on July 10th was HORRIBLE (the food and service) and MYA was our server. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT to ANYONE. Enter at your own RISK.
Dylan Smith: While the host was a bit confusing on what we needed to do to actually get a table, he eventually got us seated. The food and ambience were both top notch and also fairly affordableDine in: Yes …More
Tethi: Absolute splendid time each time I come here. I feel like it my little hole in the wall secret rendezvous. The hash for Sunday brunch will be the best thing you've tasted and seen on a plate for the price. The drinks are seasonal and pack a punch with creativity. The atmosphere is light and open. Surrounded by art idk how you can't love this place. Hoping it keeps this special homemade feel. I was even hesitant to write a review cause I don't want too many of you guys coming here lol.
Julia Sprouse: One of the best brunches I have experienced in KC. The prices are incredible for the quality of ingredients and amount of food you receive. The chef is always coming up with creative new menu items. Their French toast is fantastic! Tastes like a cream brûlée. I come here bi weekly and sometimes more than that!
Martha Olivia: Beautiful space, good food, service is lacking
j lawrence: Staff closed early and refused to seat even though we called ahead. Front desk said no problem so we waited a bit. The host showed at 146 and conveniently said they close the kitchen at 145. We politely asked if they could check and manager James came out at 152 and said they close kitchen at 150...so clearly not a real policy
