Mary Kingsley: I got a notice that I was able to get a free iPhone 13Pro with an exchange for my old one. None of the locations in KC had the gold color I wanted so I had to order it from the T-Moble website. When I got it I took both phones to the Plaza T-Mobile location to get help in transferring my data from one phone to the other. I worked with both Tempest and Edrese and they were both great. They made the transfer, answered all of my questions and helped me get everything setup on my new phone. They were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to the staff here.
Jeanette: Came in with my fiance to buy a new phone because i was overdue for a upgrade. The worker there didn't want to help us out because they're was closing at 8 and it was going to take long time to do that which my fiance told him he can transfer my information for him. My fiance knows how to do that all we needed was a new phone for me. But the worker kept giving us excuses in why he couldnt help us out, it was going be long time to do whatever but told us we can do it online instead, pretty much just turn us down. The whole purpose was i went there because my phone wasnt working anymore. Also it was only 7:00? Disappointed

Came in to no greeting and once another customer came in after me she finally walked over only to tell me it was going to be a 30 minute wait to pay my bill because she was the only one working. Then out of nowhere she glides off with no confirmation the conversation was over. lol I just can’t believe the lack of character or personality this young lady displayed.

I come into the store and you tell me you can’t get into the account to show plans I’m eligible for because a payment has not posted and then tells me to call customer care. No Jilil you are customer care and it’s your job to assist with issues on my account. I should not have to go to the midtown to receive excellent customer service!

Bradley Erickson: Shady company. Dishonest about return policy for phones. Won't count 2 years of service to unlock phone for provider. Both store and online customer service gives run around. Do not buy a phone here if it have problems they will try to trap you in network which also lies about their "unlimited data". I feel like I burned $220 for a bricked phone.

Tayler Bickley: I love this spot!! The Boost store has excellent representation and very helpful with phone repairs. They offer this new plan where i only paid 240 dollars for 6 months of service and that came with UNLIMITED EVERYTHING!! And i got a free phone while keeping my same number!! I really wish t-mobile could have offered me a deal like that considering i was with them for years! But my loyalty will be with Boost now and this location specifically!! Check them out you wont be disappointed!!!

Curtis Parris: What's the point of paying for an unlimited / lifetime screen protector for my phone when they don't keep it in stock . I just got my phone last year from this store . They sold me on paying a little extra for lifetime screen protector replacement, "come in anytime, and we'll replace it at no additional cost," they said . The first time I went in to get it replaced, they conveniently couldn't find it in the contract that I paid to get the offer . Luckily, I took a screenshot of the agreement. This time I go in, they say they don't carry it in stock. Just stick with Amazon for a screen protector , much cheaper, and you'll get it a lot faster. What a letdown.
Laura Schliep: I tried to buy a sim card for my phone in August. After they already charged me they realized they made a mistake. My phone wasn't compatible with the sim card so it wouldn't work. They couldn't cancel the transaction right away. The employee James was very nice and helpful, he got me in touch with the manager. The manager assured me they would cancel the transaction and I would get my money back within a week. Unfortunately that never happened and I've been having trouble to get in touch with the store.Edit: That would be great. Could you give me an email address I could write to?
Ivan Weldon: Customer service was horrible.I spent an hour and 45 mins to walk away with the issue I initially walked in the store to address.After looking for an phone for 37 mins we find out the product is no longer sold (Galaxy 21+). I then proceeded to choose another phone - 20 mins later upon purchase the rep realized the google/apple pay option was not working. No apologie nor empathy for wasting my work hours inside of T-Mobile...I miss Sprint!

Ebony Ashby: Although T-Mobile as a whole is a great company, I decided to upgrade my device and decided to get someone on the same line, with that came a promotion, the lady didn’t thoroughly explain the promotion that we were getting she made it seem like we were getting a deal but really was robbed and had to contact the customer service line to get help. It can be a really stressful experience if you don’t understand anything. My advice to you that may be reading this review please make sure you understand everything as for the company please explain better on what customers are really getting into but other than that the customer service was good and the technician was really nice.
Richard L Brown: Second posting...For seven months, I have been without a fully functional phone, specifically the screen. I have made over a dozen trips to four different stores. My appointment times were lost on numerous occasions. The relationship between Assurion who offices in the store is ambiguous, I have improperly paid a deductible twice with the threat that my phone would not be fixed otherwise. The screen was then installed improperly. The “district” manager responded disingenuously that he would be in touch but has not responded to three follow-up emails. Watching KC’s leadership in the cellular phone industry thru Sprint's innovative fiber optics followed by the current dissipateion into two dysfunctional companies (three including the insurer) is immensely frustrating and sincerely disappointing. I have nevertheless paid my monthly bill. My time to & from the store twice at a time is no longer manageable.

Told me o needed information that I did not need. Went to another store and got the help I should of there. I went back the next day to let a manager know my concerns. However it’s a waste as they lack accountability, compassion and empathy. I will be filing a formal complaint as they need to change how the approach customer service at this location.
