Caleb admitted he installed back wrong, causing break and said he would replace for free. Over the next week excuses were either he needed to talk to his boss, then it was ordered, then FedEx lost it, then it would be in next day. I asked for a call whencit was finally in. I bought a phone and found 3 months later it was reported stolen and I could not activate it on another line yet they claim all devices are bought direct from the carrier. Also was lied to when I looked into purchasing a S-Pen replacement for my Note5, it was a cheap knockoff you can buy on the Wish app for a dollar that they were trying to pass in there for being the real deal and charge $30 for it when I called her out on it they denied it but you can tell the difference clearly in an original Samsung S Pen versus a knockoff from wish.

Luckily, I knew what I wanted, and after waiting approximately 5 to 10 minutes for a customer service representative (get on the list when you enter the store!), in less than 10 minutes with Leo, I had purchased a new MacBook Pro. Leo then took me to Tamarick, who explained how safe it was for Apple to transfer everything onto my new MacBook Pro. I left my laptop with them and within 24 hours they called me to pick up my new laptop. I had expected some kind of glitches and have experienced none! When I went to pick up the laptop, Hannah ran me through a few features I needed to know about before I left. This was absolutely seamless! if there’s a company who knows how to make it easy to upgrade a device or replace a necessary piece of equipment, Apple has got it down. 100% happy, 100% grateful to Leo, Tamarick and Hannah! Kudos to you three for great customer service!

I didn’t catch the owner’s name, but he was incredibly nice to me and even answered some of my odd questions. I got my iphone screen replaced in 25 minutes and the owner even gave me a screen protector. Give this store your business! The owner deserves it!

I got back to pick my phone up and the service guy spent an hour cleaning the port and removed a wedged piece of plastic I couldn’t see in there. He didn’t charge me anything for repairing my phone, this place is literally HALF THE PRICE of ubreakifix but is also honest so you won’t have to spend unnecessary money. Michael Battaglia: The company should be renamed “We Break it you Fix it”! I took my iphone to Wow Wow Wireless to get the battery and LCD Screen replaced and they broke the touch id in the process. They said they could not fix the phone because they were not an authorized Apple company. They did not know if it could be fixed and did not refer me to any companies that might be able to help me. They took $20 off my bill and did not offer to pay to fix the phone. I made one call to ubreakifix and they fixed the phone for $220. Worst customer service experience ever!

After calling tons of places, Wow Wow Wireless informed me that they’d place my phone in the dehydrator to see that would resolve the issue before we looked at pricing for a new screen, etc. that fixed and they charged NOTHING to do that for me. Honest service!

Craftable: I tried to make a repair/replace appointment online. What I actually made was a purchase appointment, not knowing repairs were under “genius appointments”…whatever that means. I drove an hour to get there on my one day off, waited an hour for the appointment time, and then was told I made the wrong appointment and I would have to reschedule. I tried to explain how it was unclear how to make the right appointment but the man was very unhelpful, probably because he was not going to make any money off of me. In addition, multiple employees were just standing around doing nothing, and no efforts were made to help me. It would’ve taken someone probably 5-10 minutes to help me but they wouldn’t. I wasted 3 hours of my day just to be rudely turned away. 0/5 stars. Terrible customer service. Because of how rudely I was treated, they can be certain they will never make money off of me.

Then this employee was helping two people at the same time pressed a button on my watch and had the audacity to tell me they can recycle the watch for me and I could buy a new one ! Horrible !

Randy Gieselman: Military/Veterans beware! I want so badly to love Apple but they go out of the way to make it impossible. I visited today to spend $2000 on a MacBook Pro. After telling the employee that greeted us that we’d like to look around for a few minutes, we were afraid that we’d have someone pestering us every two seconds, but instead it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to realize that we even existed on the same planet as them. After finally finding someone to convey that we were interested in a MacBook Pro, they seemed to finally provide some assistance. When asked about a military discount, they helped us get logged into the appropriate site on one of their iMacs. We added everything to our shopping bag (MacBook Pro + 2 HomePod Minis) and we’re presented with a decent discount (even by Apple discount standards). When preparing to check out we come to learn that monthly installments aren’t allowed to help those of you who are/have served to finance your large purchase. Great way for Apple to thank our veterans (sarcastically, of course). Thanks for making this military family have to choose between dumping a lot of money up front to save 10% or tell us that we lose and have to spend several hundred dollars more to finance. Disappointment doesn’t even scrape the surface. Love Apple products but absolutely hate this company.
Nicolai V: They tell you free repair on the phone then charge you in store. They won't take care of you when you walk in nor is there any customer service. The "genius" bar is self serve meaning you have to find an employee willing to talk to you to check in then you patiently wait for a team member that is probably just standing around to come get you. Your job is not hard, its customer service, and needs to be expedited so an insurance claim doesnt take 45min. Shame on Apple and this store's manager.

They literally left me stuck with a phone I didn’t want unless I was willing to forfeit my $800 AT&T credit. Lesson learned: Apple does not care about their customers. Thank goodness for the Leawood AT&T store, where the manager spent two hours fixing the Apple store’s poor work.Apple only gets one star here because Google won’t let me post with zero.
