Absolute shame that they knocked down a classic part of Plaza architecture for someone who has decided to pull out. That's going to be a hard recovery and I suspect that the soul of the plaza is going to continue to get sucked out of the place by developers. Update: sure enough. Plaza lighting really sucked this year.
Les Bro: It is always nice to get to the Plaza. It's a great date night place. I love it in the summertime in the evenings. The fountains are beautiful and romantic.There are lots of restaurants and stores to stroll through during the day. If you are visiting Kansas City, the Plaza is a great place to go. You will see all types of people, especially in the summertime. It is a great place to people watch.Unattended teens have a 9:00 pm, police enforced curfew.

Carter Taylor: It’s a known issue that the restroom accommodations are a huge issue and that the lack of publicly accessible facilities is a major failure of planning, a barrier to those who have disabilities and discriminatory against women. It does not matter if it’s you or your small child, they will not let you use the restrooms in many stores and even restaurants. They’ll send you down the street and you have to hope that the one place that lets others use the bathroom will be open, have no line, and not be out of order like they often are when handling that volume of people. These policies may have been put in place to prevent the unhoused from being in the area, but they majorly impact other groups as well.

Irondes: I went in first thing on a Sunday morning with a messed up phone and they sat right down with me and helped get things fixed in just one hour (after six hours with Verizon support the night before, to put that in perspective). They were a delight to work with and really knew their stuff, and I’m really thankful for them!
Adam Mustoe: My wife and I upgraded phones and there were some difficulties in Verizon's system. The manager, Pete, was incredibly helpful and made it his personal mission to make sure we were taken care of. The staff is all friendly and helpful. 5/5 would recommend!

Jeanine Fotheringhame: Absolute Fraud! A Verizon Rep in the Liberty Store was told specifically to keep the multi device insurance. We had 10 accounts already and was told to create a sub account to add a watch. When insurance was declined on the watch the rep cancelled all insurance and Verizon will not turn it back on . I have over 10,000 worth of uninsured devices now. No was to reach the store. Shopping for a new phone company. Update 12/8/22 I followed the link in their reply and filled out the form. I have not heard a word . I notice many reviews say they will escalate but it seems to just be a buzzword.
Kathy Crawford: The store was busy, and I waited in a queue for 10 minutes or more. I don't have Verizon for my Mobile service currently, but the sales associate was willing to work with me regardless. The store has a good stock of iPhones, Samsung, and Motorola.

Matt Kirkendall: The staff seems friendly but not knowledgeable on the terms of all Verizon's promotions. My wife and I bought a phone here a few months ago. We traded in her phone and were told we would receive an $800 credit on our bill spread out over the next 36 months. I explained that I would probably pay off the phone in a month or two. I was told that was fine. Come to find out this voids the promotion. So Verizon got our trade in for free. I called into customer service and asked for our trade in back. I was told this would not be possible. I asked about reinstating the promotion or transferring to a different line and I would purchase another phone. After being put on hold by a supervisor I was told he would refund the $1199 I paid for the phone and reinstate the promotion and pay monthly. This was cancelled by a different department and I was told there was nothing else that could be done. Lessoned learned. I should of read all the fine print. Asking questions is never enough. We will be going with a different cell phone provider.

Behnaz n: We went in to upgrade a phone to IPhone 13 max pro on 07/09/2022 first off all we were told there would be an hr wait so we waited and comes our turn and the gentleman helping us he had a very negative attitude and looked like didn’t even want to help us at all and he basically told us if I were you I wouldn’t do the upgrade because iPhone 14 is coming out soon so basically talking us out of it which is very unprofessional and we had just told him how the phone that we wanted to upgrade is acting up. Well on that day we were quoted $800 for a trade in value and were not told that is going to change soon. Today we decided to go to a different location because the phone we wanted to upgrade was messing up even more and come to find out that the trade in value had changed to $700 instead of $800. Kind of upsetting because we were talked out of doing the upgrade and were told to wait but I truly think because that day we went in he just didn’t want to do it since they were so busy and short handed. Also the gentleman DID NOT explain anything to us at all in regards to our plan what might change and what might not. Never going back to that location again.
Alex Mills: Tried to contact customer support, They turned our lines off and we took care of it. Service was supposed to be restored, but never was. We contact customer support and they say all we can do is talk to financial services. It’s Sunday y’all and they aren’t open on sundays. So now because of their screw up we are on the verge of losing our jobs because they “can’t” turn our lines back on when they were supposed to be restored yesterday. They have no managers in the customer service department to help and keep saying they can’t help. AVOID VERIZON AT ALL COSTS. My CSRs names are Sharm and Blake. Idk what good it does but maybe someone can find these two and train them up a little bit because they were both terrible.
A X: Mattiathias (probably not even close to correct spelling) was so helpful after another location failed to activate a phone properly. He explained the issue to us and was very efficient in resolving the situation. Haven’t had any issues with the phone since. I really appreciated the customer service I received and would return to this location
Kristy Eller: My cell phone couldn't make calls or send texts yesterday (I learned after seeing it on the news this morning it wasn't just me). I attempted to contact Verizon via the chat feature several times as I couldn't even call Verizon yesterday. I have gotten 0 help from Verizon corporate. Today I go into this store at 7:30pm. There was an employee on his phone while a customer next to him was talking to Verizon corporate. There was another employee who was helping another couple. I asked if I needed to sign in or something because I wanted to be sure to be helped. He asked what the problem was.. I stated what I wrote above and in addition to that I can't make conference calls today still. The lady he was helping said the same thing happened to them yesterday. Then the other employee (who I later found out was the "manager Brice" but wouldn't give his last name) chimes in and says when we are done we will get to you. I asked, if I wait, will you help me today? He said I don't know and if you don't like it you can leave! So I asked for his name and left, so I didn't say anything else. Then on my way home, oddly enough, I get a text from Verizon updating me on the status of my issue and apologizing yet again, for not resolving my problem. I think "Brice" should take a little ownership if he is a manager and be willing to at least have concern for a customer and the issue his company created. A little empathy goes a long way. Telling someone you may get to them, and if i dont like it i can leave?! Especially if he's a manager, is inexcusable. Come on Verizon, be better.

Kathy Crawford: This store's location on the south side of Barry Road and I-29 ensures that I won't return. Boxed into a corner with one way in and out, Verizon is next door to a Chick-fil-A that is busy enough at 6:30 p.m. that they had someone directing traffic. Cars wrapped around 3 lanes backed up from the drive-thru, and 1 of those lanes was shared by Verizon. I had to escape by driving in the wrong lane with oncoming traffic in the parking lot. The lot has 8 very narrow parking spots, and 4 are for handicap access. Ironically, Verizon does not offer free WiFi access for it's customers.

In fact, the KC chief players go to wyco to get the latest dunks or vintage clothing. Prices are good and the staff is cool af! Looking for shoes!? Look no further......

austin ford: I recently reached out to the store via Instagram regarding a bulk buyout. Around 26 DS pairs. They advised to me to come into the store to receive an offer. In response I asked them if they wanted a list of all the pairs and sizes to help ease negotiations. They immediately responded advising that they do not pay market prices IE Stockx. This was a surprising response given at the time they did not have any idea what products I had available. I am not one to knock prices, it’s your business and you should be able to charge whatever you like. Be that as it may, I was surprised with the above response given the fact that they regularly charge 50% above market value for their products. So In conclusion they get two stars for responding quickly however if you are looking to sell I would advise going elsewhere. Their response indicates they were going to drag me in there and low ball me on already exorbitant local pricing without even knowing a lot of my asking prices were under market. Keep this review in mind if you consider selling to them.*** Response from the owner very unhelpful/unprofessional. Concerns were not addressed I never requested a quote for the products without coming in. They never quoted me a price but indicated they pay below market value and never requested a list sheet of products which is industry standard. Keep in mind these are the type of people you will deal with coming here. I hope this review helps someone out there.

I’ve never heard of this company and figured that my $300 was going to be towards a photo of the shirt. Instead, I got the shirt super quick and was exactly as pictured! My mother is going to freak for Christmas when she sees this shirt and I couldn’t be anymore thankful. As soon as I bought the shirt it went right off their website and their Etsy account. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I also have an Android phone so I use it on that device now only. But there are no issues anymore on my iPhone 13) I could spend loads of money here if I wasn’t careful!
Saria Simss: this is the slowest apple ever, I had an appointment for 11 they told me they would be ready in 10 minutes and its been 45. and there are just workers standing around looking doin nothing so i am very annoyed and upset
Thresa Kussman: My Mac bit the dust! What do you do? If you live in Kansas City, you head down to the Plaza where you experience some pretty great customer service! Luckily, I knew what I wanted, and after waiting approximately 5 to 10 minutes for a customer service representative (get on the list when you enter the store!), in less than 10 minutes with Leo, I had purchased a new MacBook Pro. Leo then took me to Tamarick, who explained how safe it was for Apple to transfer everything onto my new MacBook Pro. I left my laptop with them and within 24 hours they called me to pick up my new laptop. I had expected some kind of glitches and have experienced none! When I went to pick up the laptop, Hannah ran me through a few features I needed to know about before I left. This was absolutely seamless! if there’s a company who knows how to make it easy to upgrade a device or replace a necessary piece of equipment, Apple has got it down. 100% happy, 100% grateful to Leo, Tamarick and Hannah! Kudos to you three for great customer service!
Tom Kelly: outstanding customer service. The gentleman who helped me during my service appointment was very friendly and answered all my questions. The official estimation for getting my battery replaced was 3-5 days--my laptop was ready in under 24 hours. I was helped as soon as I went inside, and the woman who returned my laptop was also friendly and helpful.
Jeff Nations: Placed order online went to store didnt have to wait in line. Staff was friendly, place clean, got my purchase brought out to me very quickly, although it was the wrong item. Other than that .... I'd go again
Shane B (Bueller): Pretty great experience here even with it being so busy. Went in on a Saturday and the place was packed. Got on the list and waited about 10 mins to get helped. I wanted to buy a phone as quick as I could as I knew exactly what I wanted. Typically this is easier said than done when dealing with sales folk. But the guy got it and I had my new phone in hand and out the door in less than 5 mins after he came over.

I ordered something online and when I found out it was too small for me, I came to the store just for them to tell me that sales are final, which they do not advertise and or inform on their online store.
