Curtis Parris: What's the point of paying for an unlimited / lifetime screen protector for my phone when they don't keep it in stock . I just got my phone last year from this store . They sold me on paying a little extra for lifetime screen protector replacement, "come in anytime, and we'll replace it at no additional cost," they said . The first time I went in to get it replaced, they conveniently couldn't find it in the contract that I paid to get the offer . Luckily, I took a screenshot of the agreement. This time I go in, they say they don't carry it in stock. Just stick with Amazon for a screen protector , much cheaper, and you'll get it a lot faster. What a letdown.
Laura Schliep: I tried to buy a sim card for my phone in August. After they already charged me they realized they made a mistake. My phone wasn't compatible with the sim card so it wouldn't work. They couldn't cancel the transaction right away. The employee James was very nice and helpful, he got me in touch with the manager. The manager assured me they would cancel the transaction and I would get my money back within a week. Unfortunately that never happened and I've been having trouble to get in touch with the store.Edit: That would be great. Could you give me an email address I could write to?
Ivan Weldon: Customer service was horrible.I spent an hour and 45 mins to walk away with the issue I initially walked in the store to address.After looking for an phone for 37 mins we find out the product is no longer sold (Galaxy 21+). I then proceeded to choose another phone - 20 mins later upon purchase the rep realized the google/apple pay option was not working. No apologie nor empathy for wasting my work hours inside of T-Mobile...I miss Sprint!

It can be a really stressful experience if you don’t understand anything. My advice to you that may be reading this review please make sure you understand everything as for the company please explain better on what customers are really getting into but other than that the customer service was good and the technician was really nice.
Richard L Brown: Second posting...For seven months, I have been without a fully functional phone, specifically the screen. I have made over a dozen trips to four different stores. My appointment times were lost on numerous occasions. The relationship between Assurion who offices in the store is ambiguous, I have improperly paid a deductible twice with the threat that my phone would not be fixed otherwise. The screen was then installed improperly. The “district” manager responded disingenuously that he would be in touch but has not responded to three follow-up emails. Watching KC’s leadership in the cellular phone industry thru Sprint's innovative fiber optics followed by the current dissipateion into two dysfunctional companies (three including the insurer) is immensely frustrating and sincerely disappointing. I have nevertheless paid my monthly bill. My time to & from the store twice at a time is no longer manageable.

However it’s a waste as they lack accountability, compassion and empathy. I will be filing a formal complaint as they need to change how the approach customer service at this location.

Brian Eden: On May 24th, 2023, I attempted to make a purchase at the Ward Parkway store (#1087) in Kansas City, Missouri. There, I had the most awful experience of customer service in recent memory.I am an Honorably Discharged, disabled American Veteran, so going to a store is sometimes difficult, and painful, for me and the staff made this experience a nightmare.As the store rep was showing me my "contact information" on the tablet where I had personally, just entered my information, I saw my email address said N/A, even though I had entered it. When I tried to correct it, things went from coordial and professional to beyond unprofessional, to childish, then just plain dishonest. The sales rep insisted that I could not correct or update my email on the "contact information" page on the tablet screen, but could not provide a reason why. I told her I was not going to leave the store with my contact information incomplete or incorrect and she insisted again, that I could not change the N/A to my correct email address, so I ask for my money back and to cancel the product for which I was already charged.At this point, the sales rep leaves and an assistant manager comes  over and says that he was told I "snatched" the tablet away from the sales rep, which is entirely untrue and pure slander. There are cameras in the store, so I've urged the T-Mobile management team to verify this was untrue with their own eyes.Finally, with only the assistant manager being present, I got my refund and cancelled the product I paid for and really wanted, rather than just have me, or the staff, update one field in the T-Mobile "My Contact Information" page.This was the worst, and most dishonest, customer experience I can rememer, so bad, I am now searching for a product to replace the one I already paid for, had in my possession, and was only asking to have one line of my contact information corrected before the transaction was complete, and instead endured corrupt, abrasive and slanderous treatment.One very shocked and unhappy customer.
Christina Lawson: I was really pleasantly taken aback by how wonderful the 3 employees were on the day I visited. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but this store nailed it! No matter who came in and with what issue, the employees treated them with respect and made them feel valued. I will definitely go back to this store if I need something.
Gayle Schickel: I switched phone carriers after almost 20 years and didn’t know what to expect. Jaime and Sierra were outstanding when it came to transferring and purchasing new equipment. They provided unparalleled customer service to me while making sure other customers were taken care of. I still have not completed my transfer but thanks to Richard with T Mobile in Springfield, he is working with me to get everything straightened out and I am glad I went with them, a difference of $120 a month saved.

Millie went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with buying and setting up new phones. After we left the store, I realized my watch hadn't been set up to the new phone. scott arni: I try to avoid writing bad reviews. I am in sales. I get it. Sometimes ppl have bad days or I might even be in the wrong. I have been with T mobile going on 10 years. I have 7 lines. Never complain have always appreciated the service. Today I go in to get a new sim card as I am letting my nephew use one of my additional lines. While I was there I inquired about internet service. The rep said yes we can absolutely do that. My bill cycle is on the 20th today is the 24 so yes I was a few days behind so the rep stated I needed to make a payment before I could set up the service. After making the rep then proceeded to tell me he cannot service my area after originally stating it was set up and he pulled out wifi box and had me thinking I was ready to go. SO...yes I did owe my bill but I sincerely feel I was hustled into making a payment and outright lied too. Rep had a poor attitude from the start obviously did not want to be there and why on earth he would say I could get internet and needed to pay bill to turn around and say no after is bait and switch to me. This is THE WORST T mobile location I have ever been to and I after all these years will start looking at other companies to give my business too. Very disappointed in the way I was treated and made to feel. Life is tough nowadays and people like this rep lying and taking advantage of folks is unacceptable. Whoever manages this office needs to do a complete revamp on training their employees on sales and ethics. If not I will not be surprised at all if that store is not there in the next 6 months.

Lauren Black: Yesterday I went in to not only purchase a phone, but switch from an android to an iPhone for the first time. This was a big switch for me as I’ve always been with android so I was probably a little anxious and overwhelmed. The representative who ended up working with me, was unfortunately unprofessional, and made this experience a lot less exciting than what I would’ve hoped. From the beginning,I was turned away due to not being listed as an authorized party on the account even though I have been on this account for as long as I can remember, and I’ve never had an issue upgrading my own phone. I understand that new security procedures might be in place today than they were the last time I made a switch, However, the representative was very short with me, and provided little to no assistance on getting me added to the account or instruction on how to do so. I struggled to understand a majority of what she was saying as she was mumbling, so I kept having to ask her to repeat herself. Most of the information she gave me was correct, however, anytime I asked a question I felt like it wasn’t fully answered so I had a hard time keeping track of what the final price would be, and how much I would pay for each expense. Throughout the entire process of getting rang up, the representative I was working with did not have her own login. She had to constantly call over coworkers to either assist her in completing the transaction or log her back in with their own login. At the end when I got the total, I was confused because I had gotten some of the information mixed up in my head. When I asked her to clarify again, she responded to me, “That’s my okay, I know you weren’t listening.” I was immediately taken a back and did not expect to be spoken to this way as a paying customer and someone who is treating her with complete respect just asking for clarification. This whole interaction was unfortunately an unpleasant experience when it should’ve been an exciting one.
