Boho Bungalow KC: what do users think?
Eric Thomas: Such a quaint little house! Great place to stay in KC. Clean, cute and comfortable
Chris Green: Comfortable, chic, and in the heart of the city – Boho Bungalow is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re not from the Kansas City metropolitan area, Boho is a stone’s throw from downtown and not far (but far enough) from Hwys 71, 70, and 435 so you can explore the rest of the city or quickly crash from a night out. If you’re from KC, it’s a great place to getaway. The interior is a multiverse of design styles, and a fine cake of new and old finishes with great respect paid to the house’s 100 yr+ history. Great care was obviously taken to bring this guest house to life. My favorite feature is the backyard – hot tub and firepit. I will definitely stay again.
shawn arcidino: Great place clean and in a very historical part of Kansas City.
Kristy Trevathan: Love the decor and amenities. Great location.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
allen Summitt: Awesome place beautiful surroundings
M P: Very cozy home, absolutely loved the area and décor! The host was very informative and checked on my stay regularly. Everything you you would ever need for your say. Including a fully stocked kitchen, wish spices and some snacks! Cant wait to come back and stay at Christina's Bungalow home!! A++
Francis Buxton: This place is GREAT! Wonderful Airbnb.
Chris Paulus: Easily the best stay I’ve had! Christina was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and helpful with great advice with what to check out in the city. The place is beautiful with wonderful decor and plenty of spaces to relax. Highly recommend if you’re staying in KC!
Seony Han: Loved staying at the Boho Bungalow! The house is very nicely decorated with unique pieces of furniture and art in every room. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with access to essentials and amenities in both private and communal spaces. The owner was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to answer my questions before and during my stay. The level of security on the property was great, and as a woman traveling alone, I had no issues or safety concerns.I will definitely come back to the Boho Bungalow if I need a place to stay in town and will be recommending it to others!
D.L. Jennings: A gem tucked away in KC! Absolutely cozy place with a gorgeous little fire pit outside, with string lights adding to the ambiance. The fireplace inside was perfect in the wintertime, too.10/10 looking forward to my next stay!

Comfort Inn & Suites Kansas City - Northeast: what do users think?
Allyson B: It was our first time at this hotel. We loved the location, however found Pubic looking hair on the table between the queen beds and goggles behind the curtains by the window. Asked for a room change. The second room had empty whiskey bottles on the mattress noticeable when checking for bedbugs and hair everywhere around that. There were unidentifiable crumbs of some sort on the floor. We didn’t want to cause a fuss so asked if they could tidy up the room after buying our own vacuum from Walmart and tidying it up ourselves. Came back to the whiskey bottle still in place even after showing them the picture and location. I give it some stars simply bc I lost my retainers and left a note and they thankfully found them when cleaning. However other than that. The stay was difficult to talk to some workers as they seemed intimidating while others were friendly. I would consider it again for the location. However will bring my own vacuum next visit.
Marwa Alnaimi: Everything was excellent the service the Staff! The room were clean really liked the place and recommend! And this is the second time visiting the hotel I really recommend this place!Rooms: Clean, and convenientNearby activities: Close to worlds of funSafety: Very safety
Shannon V: We stay at this hotel every time we go to worlds of fun. It is very convenient and close to a gas station and food. We had three rooms for extended family. 3queens, 2 queens and a king suite. The rooms were all clean and nice. Looks like furniture had been upgraded since the last time we were there. Beds were comfortable. But the king suite was damp and humid, even with the AC on. The 3queens tv was not working, we called front desk, they said they would be up, fixed it ourselves and 2 hours later they were still not up, said they “forgot”. Overall, we like this hotel and will go back.Rooms: The rooms appear to have all been updated with new furniture. 3 queen option was a great convenience. Beds were comfortable with microwave and mini fridge.Nearby activities: Across the street from worlds of fun. Gas station and fast food/restaurants in walking distance.
Emmanuel Saenz: I have read the comments and there’s a lot of mixed reviews. Hope the hotel staff take advantage of those bad reviews to improve the place.-My stay here has good!Stayed at room 108Beds were very very confortable and clean. Actually one of the most confortable hotel’s bed I have ever slept in. Pillows as well.Room in general was clean but they need to fix the tub faucet, it waisted so much water while taking a bath. The swimming pool closes at 10pm.Breakfast was good too. Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffle machine, toast, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt and instant oatmeal. Also coffee, milk, tea, and juices. In general our staying here was good.
Scott Baxter: Sushi the innkeeper at the front desk arranged for us to check in THREE HOURS EARLY!! What great service. We had just drove 12 hours from Colorado and were exhausted. Highly recommend this life-saving location!!Rooms: Clean, cozy and comfy.
Evan Anderson: Waz up!!!??? Waz up!!!!!??? Waz up!!!??? Wazzz uppp!!!!
L G: The room was not what we were expecting based on our reservations. The personel at the registration desk was unwilling to offer alternate options. Breakfast was a huge disappointment - limited selection and hot items served directly from the refrigerator.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Carol Guthrie: Breakfast was so much more than expected.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Jordan Dunn: Worst hotel EVER! They charged us $50 more than promised!! We drove ten hours and had to stop here for the night to continue on our trip in the morning. We had three people and had booked a room with two queen beds and a couch bed. The extremely rude reception lady told us that they don’t have couches in any of their rooms and there was no other option. They only cleaned the rooms that they expected to book, so there was no other option for us. She didn’t even look or try. She even told us we couldn’t book a separate room!!! She is horrible. This place is horrible. Do NOT NOT NOT STAY HERE!!!
kobe tran: My Bilt mastercard moved me to this two star hotel after another hotel nearby I booked at was actually overbooked and kicked me out of my reservation. The Comfort Inn was my last minute refuge, and I am thoroughly impressed by their standards and services. The room is very clean and offers many towels in bathroom. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I am very fortunate to have been relocated to this hotel. If I came back to KC, Missouri, I will definitely be back at this hotel.Rooms: very clean very fresh comfortable roomSafety: felt no danger at allNoteworthy details: plenty of towels
Jennifer Huffman (Jenn): Very clean! Friendly staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Danielle G: The rooms were not very clean, the tile in the bathroom were busted and the bed had a lot of marks on it.I left my jacket hanging in the closet. Couldn’t get a hold of the front desk for three days and when I did, yelled at me about it and said no one took my jacket. It was my fault for leaving it but they are dishonest people working here soo I would never ever stay here again. I do not recommend in any way.Nearby activities: Worlds of fun
Thomas Lenkart: The beds were a little too stiff for our tastes, but great family friendly place to stay.Bonus: pool is the right depth for little ones to swim with plenty of room to play.
Kassidy Rewoldt: Would not stay again. The staff right away at check in were arguing and not helping each other out. As I was checking in the maid was talking to front desk saying rooms aren’t clean and she’s sending people to dirty rooms. (Not a good start) The rooms themselves were not bad. Until you started wanting to use phone or TV all broke/ anytime we wanted to watch TV you have to call front desk for master remote we were told. The breakfast was not good and a lady had her two dogs in the kitchen while everyone was eating. At one point the back door scanner was not working and they taped it open. When I brought my concerns saying that is not safe am unlocked passage into the hotel in the back they argued and said it’s only temporary… I said people can temporarily use the front door then. That is not safe.At one point they had inappropriate shows playing in the lobby. There was an AAU tournament in town and kids all over and they had HBO playing and adults have s*x on the TV.I read reviews before staying but it did not live up to the reviews.Safety: The hotel safety was not up to par as they didn’t care that the door was taped open.
Daniel Paxton: Good location right off highway & next to a Wendy's and burger King with a quick trip just a short walk away they have a kind staff and have stayed there many weeks an will continue to go back as long as I'm in that area of Kansas cityNearby activities: There's a Burger King and Wendy's right next to the backside of the hotel and a QuickTrip just a very quick walk away
Erik Frey: Ok so the hotel was clean and relatively quiet. The TV didn't work, it required us to agree to some terms of service, but the remote was a generic programmable and would control the advanced functions of the TV.Wifi worked and was pretty good. Breakfast was pretty good. My main gripe was with the hotel as a complete, they did have signs apologizing for the remodel, but it didn't look like any work was actually being done. The elevator only holds 2 people, which is scary because nobody reads anything and a couple of times other people got in even though there were too many people to start with. Also the pool heater was "broken" and it was less than 70 degrees which is too cold to enjoy. Especially for my kids.I recommend this place if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep. But don't expect an amazing experience. Having said that, I will probably go back. Because it was so cheap.Egf
Mike Thomsen: CleanRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Violette “Vi” Cassill: Nice place room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and attentive. Pet friendly room did not stink like some motels do. Very happy with our stay will stay again if in area.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sondra Evanoff: We rented a room to have my grandson's birthday party at the pool & the staff threatened to kick us out several times even after knowing it was a child's party, siting kid's too loud but there were kid's in next door room as well. They didn't even offer extra towels for swimming area which the pool water was heated but not the room itself, 63 degrees. Epic Fail. If you want to have nice pool party the hotel right across the street behind waffle house was excellent.

Andrea R: The girls at the front desk were extremely nice, honestly, the only good thing I have to say about my stay. Alexa Smith: Words can not express how appreciative I am of the front desk service I received from Meg this morning (Thursday, March 23, 2023). I approached the front desk at 10:40am to beg for a late check out— mind you check out is at 11:00am. It’s tournament season and we missed our opportunity to extend our stay last week. I explained that we have another room at the Extended Stay America at the south location but wouldn’t be able to check in until 1:30pm at the very earliest. She offered to extend a late check out and in the same breath notified me that she had a cancellation on the books and that our stay could be extended. I was worried that we had already paid for our stay down south and before I knew it she pulled up our reservation and let me know that it was indeed book but I had not been charged just yet. Knowing that the room could be booked any second through an online reservation I raced back to the room to briefly discuss with my husband. We sped walked back to Meg at the front desk, we turned in our old room keys, paid our bill and as we were leaving she even offered to contact the south location to cancel our reservation for us. My husband had already taken care of it while I was paying— a detail that did not go unnoticed. Thank you for caring. Thank you for making my day easier.
Robin Arcus: Friendly staff. Needed a deep clean. Great 24/7 coffee.

Jourdan Brown: This will be your car if you stay here. They didn’t even bother to help, just said our cameras didn’t show anything. I had to miss work and I was on emergency heart attack call! I am confident that one of the hotel employees was involved in what I am told took two hours to trash my car, break the windows, steal my stuff. I will be inviting my people to help with this. This is a felony.
Tammy Timmons (TT): It's an ok place I guess...VERY over priced...what I paid for 2 rooms for 1 night I was able to get an airbnb for 7 days for only 125 more...very over priced and shower water pressure was aweful...not very clean common areas. Luna Lowery: Beware of bed bugs, my partner and I got chewed up and we were absolutely covered in itchy bites after being in our first room for two nights. The staff were kind at first, but they were not after we complained of bed bugs. They offered to pay to wash our clothes, but after a load or two they were so rude I just paid for the rest myself rather than interact with them.Don't expect house keeping, we were at this location for 2 weeks and our room was only cleaned once after we had been there a week and a half.
T Money: Paid for a set price of four days and then they said they can double the rate for a weekend event and kicked us out with no notice. Horrible treatment.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

The location is perfect for a walking tour of the plazaGreat restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. Mimo from the bar was absolutely amazing! Funny, great service, amazing cocktails, etc. He made the experience worth coming back for.
Agnel Ingalls: I’m extremely disappointed in an experience I had at this Hilton. I’ve been staying at this hotel for 2 days for work and I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water (I’m a diamond member) and The first thing out of this front desk person was “ did you just come off the streets” mind you I’m wearing a company shirt and black pants and came from the elevator. Really disappointed in his choice of words after realizing that I was staying there he tried to cover it up and saying nice things and proceeded to give me a bottle of water. I stay at Hilton properties every time I travel and sad to have had this experience.First thing to come out of your mouth when approached by a guest shouldn’t be “did you come off the streets”. I was clean with no paint holes or anything on my body. I shouldn’t have received that treatment.
Christie: Great place on the Plaza.

Diego Bannister: They used my card to pay for other rooms (Took almost a week to get my money back and was called liar until I showed my bank statements,) all my clothes smell of cigarette smoke now since the place is stained in the smell, frequently had cops come by for disturbances (even late at night,) water was murky, FREQUENT pest spraying forcing you to lock your dog in the bathroom while away despite residents saying they saw no one come through. Their luggage cart is so busted that it is a workout to just move it a bit.Except to swipe your card to enter the room anywhere from 5 to 30 times as the locks are all broken / low on battery. Multiple health and safety violations, and overall not worth it. From reviews over the years, this apparently is the norm for this location.(Probably their response to this will be a "We will discuss with our staff" as an automated response with no change in place. So expect it to remain as it is)Rooms: Smelled of cigarette smoke despite being no smoking. Especially in the bathroom.Safety: Not very safe with constant police coming by to settle issues, and the staff stealing money to pay for others rooms.Walkability: Grounds are covered in trash as well as dog waste.
Ashley Marshall: I had to clean my room before I even put my children down. My toilet does not work properly, my remote does not work at all, when I asked for trash bags I was given an ice bucket bag and told I only get one and I do not get any bigger bags. The staircases and hallways smell horrible. They advertise a breakfast and since I've been here which is almost a week now I have only received granola bars.

D K: The place is VERY VERY dirty. A total rat-hole. I can't see ESA corporate letting this place stay open much longer with how many negative reviews have been posted. Completely falling apart. Horrible smells and carpet stains all over the hallways. The posted rate sign in my room was from 2002. Ripped furniture. The chair in my room had visible semen stains on it. Breakfast is lukewarm coffee and oatmeal.
DeMetria Looney: Shantel, the GM at this location is an angel. Not only is she professional, and knowledgeable, she's FRIENDLY!! I was highly upset about the visit I had at the Frontage rd location having roaches and an overall rude GM Brandon she reassured me that everything would be different and expressed genuine empathy. I was ready to write off this entire company. You should maybe look into seeing if she has a reference to send someone of her caliber to a roach infested rude employees (outside the night audit Sasha) at the Frontage road location. Thank you, Shantel, for taking my move from Dallas from a nightmare to an absolute pleasure.

Ema Colvon: The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Let me start off by letting you know they have roaches and mice. we even had an exterminator come into our room to spray at 9am 😍😍after they told us we needed to have our rooms cleaned up because the exterminator was coming at NOON. They checked us into the wrong room and we had a man by the name of David (who seems to be very popular in these reviews for being rude to customers, but it doesn’t seem that the hotel cares to have good reviews) come into our room and go through our things and accuse of us squatting and not ONCE was a receipt EVER asked for (which I had in my purse for both the room AND the $200 deposit). Chantel is the woman i tried to confront about a GROWN MAN barging into my room (she was standing at the door with him and watched David) and to which she told me I WAS LYING. she is clearly has many issues and has decided to make working at a hotel her career of choice, so I understand why she always has a horrible attitude with PAYING CUSTOMERS. Alexandria is the staff member who put us in the wrong room and then blamed US for it (not sure how I can check myself into the wrong room). “free breakfast” is oatmeal packets. Every single room smells like weed and cigarettes and meth, even the LOBBY stinks! but you bet they accused US of smoking when they BARGED IN TO OUR ROOM. the rooms are way more expensive than they’re worth. every staff member has a horrible attitude. I WISH I took pictures of how many roaches I saw. I will never come here or stay at this chain of hotels. disgusting isn’t even a word strong enough to describe my experience.

Kristin Ford: Someone was banging on my door late at night when I was trying to sleep. The person didn't sound drunk to me, but were looking for their friend (I guess). Found a bug of some kind hanging out on my shoulder when I got up to use the bathroom at 2am. Oh and there was some guy out front, dancing to the most-annoying rap song ever made at 8am when I was loading my car up to get the heck out of there. Not a good look for Days Inn. Will avoid this place if I ever come back to Kansas City.

midmo grommin: They shorted me one night after already paying claimed it was my fault and they told me they threw away all my belongings. After digging in their trash and causing a scene they suddenly found my belonging minus a few valuable items. They are thieve. And will steal your stuff. They told me I couldn’t prove it since no one knows what was in the room. The worst hotel experience of my life
ML Smith: Never even saw my room. Was told I needed a credit or debit for 100 deposit... after I already paid for room. When I showed card (pic below) I was then told they don't except prepaid... and suggested I cancel to which they're is no refund... bad form..Service: 1/5 …More
Timothy Herrman: The door was coming off it's hinges. I had to lift it up to close it! The refrigerator made a loud electric buzz whenever the compressor kicked. It made it a little tougher to get to sleep. Otherwise it was an adequate room.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Priska Alamsjah: I would rate 0 star, if I could.Beds were not made. Toilet was dirty. Front desk person at 10:30pm on 5/4/23 was rude, instead of apologizing for the dirty room, she blamed it on the new house keeper, and would not move me to another room. When asked to refund the charges, she would not answer, and called me "stupid". She should not have a job in customer service. We booked the family suite, with 2 connecting rooms. However, do not bring families here. This place does not feel safe, very dirty, and smells of old cigarettes smoke & marijuana. Stay away! For $140+ a night, I expect a much better accommodation and service. Left this property and moved to a Hilton hotel.Shame on Days Inn for badly managing this property. And shame on Wyndham for letting the manager get away with this poor quality of maintenance and service.
Steven Senart: The room was dirty, I found someone else's leftover food and napkins behind the nightstand while looking for a wall socket to plug in my phone, speaking of the wall socket, it shocked me cause it was broken, the water pressure sucked, but I was tired and needed to sleep. The bed was comfortable the waffle station was awesomeRooms: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Melanie Shafer: This felt like a 2 star hotel, not sure how they got 2.5. The hotel, including our room, was dirty. There were multiple things damaged, like a whole in the closet door. Best Western Plus Seville Plaza Hotel: what do users think?
Ann Jones: We loved our stay. All of the help was friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and free. One block to starbucks and next door to a wonderful Italian restaurant.Walkability: One block to starbucks and close to country club plaza though hilly. Great Italian restaurant next door.
Maya Griswold: If I wanted hidden fees I would stay at an air bnb. Got there to be told there is a $100 amenities fee when there are pretty much no amenities. A cheap bagel breakfast and parking is not worth $100! This place is pretending to be a nice fancy hotel but is no where near close to being one. Wish I had stayed somewhere else.
Wayne Scott II: Well, this is hard. They almost get a 5 star for trying. Perfect? No. But it was nice and absolutely it was nice for the price and location. It was half the price of the place we stayed a few weeks earlier and one month before that.Rooms: So soNearby activities: EverythingFood & drinks: The breakfast situation was meh. Go to big biscuitNoteworthy details: Beautiful lobby
Megan: Close to great shopping, endless choices for diningRooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Brianna Shaffer: This was a Priceline surprise hotel. The overall hotel wasn't bad. You can tell it used to have smoking rooms, but it is what it is with that.As a solo female traveler, the hotel seemed a little more distant for walking to restaurants alone. I was walking past the Vietnam memorial wall and a homeless guy laying on the ground next to his full shopping cart kept yelling seemingly at me. I just turned around and went back. I'm from two states away and was paying thru. Two years ago I stayed at another hotel closer to the restaurants and didn't have that same feeling.
Jacob Laws: Do yourself a favor, don't stay here. The staff were nice, and were doing their best with what is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.My bathroom smelled of sewage, and gnats were flying out of the sink faucet. The beds, while pretty comfy, creaked loudly whenever I would turn. There was seemingly no AC in the hallways, making them sweltering in the Missouri summer. The saddest part of the whole experience was the complimentary "breakfast", if you could even call it that. Their breakfast was just stale bread and bagles in a bread box with a toaster that didn't toast, some apple and orange juice and some yogurt in a wine cooler. They said they don't do eggs or bacon anymore because of COVID, but the pandemic was 3 years ago. Why even advertise a breakfast if that's what's waiting for your guests? The hotel seems to be in a constant state of disrepair. Paintings covered up holes in the wall, there were signs all over the place saying how they are undergoing sewage and water projects, and I even overheard a lady complain about how one of the hotel treadmills caught on fire.I said this once and I will say it again. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.By the way, their website advertises that if you call them, you'll get the best prices for their rooms. This is not true; use Trivago (or another website like that) instead.

galena Ellis: We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The location was great and the price was right.
Sissy Neal: Beautiful location with ample parking and comfy rooms. Downside is the breakfast is very lacking. Both days we stayed we were offered mini cinnamon rolls, bagles, bread and yogurt. Drinks are coffee, water, apple and orange juice. Traveling with small children and it just didn't provide many options for them either. I will say the breakfast area was kept quite clean and staff was very friendly. But keep in mind the limited breakfast. There was road construction going on outside and loud activity at night considering it right in downtown but otherwise satisified.
Lucas Fogaca: Amazing hotel! My family and I were very well received and well taken care of by the staff during our almost 3 week stay. The location of the hotel is also great, being close to several bus routes that lead to various destinations, including the downtown . Many thanks to the staff who were very helpful and to the receptionist Victor who spoke Portuguese and gave us many tips on how to make the most of our stay. By the way, the breakfast offered by the hotel is hearty and delicious as well. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I come back to KC.
Christianne Fogaça: My family and I had an amazing experience at the Seville Plaza hotel! The location is perfect. It is walking distance from the Plaza, and Westport. Besides that, it is close to the public transportation, which makes it easier to go downtown. The staff was awesome. They took great care of us, from the front desk to the room maids.Special thank you to Victor who assisted us during our stay.Victor could speak Portuguese and that helped us a lot!Breakfast was delicious and we felt safe through our stay.Overall we had a blast! We highly recommend this hotel!Thank you!Rooms: EspaçosoNearby activities: Restaurantes e lojasWalkability: Dá para ir a pé ao Plaza.
D Billy: Rooms are a little old school but the hotel is well kept with great staff and you can't beat the location so close to the plaza!!!!Rooms: For the price and location it's ok no embassy suites but if you need to save a couple bucks great option 👍Nearby activities: Plaza and many parksSafety: Very safe and comfortableWalkability: Can easily walk to plazaFood & drinks: Free glass of wine in the afternoon. Nice touch 👌Noteworthy details: Overall, nice bang for your buck, I'd say after my second time staying here
Timothy Taylor: Location is next to a gas station that was frequented by loud music playing and screaming people both nights of my stay. One period lasted 3 hours till the police showed up - and took 30 minutes of sirens and PA system orders to leave the property. It was like an episode of Cops!My room has brown carpet - always suspicious. My bath mat had a huge hole in it that couldn’t be an oversight. The o only ice machine was on the top floor - not very convenient to their first floor guests. The free breakfast was pretty basic - dry bagels and bread. The yogurt was bad. Tiny cups were provided for the juice. You had to go to the front desk for decaf coffee. The cinnamon rolls Sunday morning were tasteless. Avoid.
Ryan Specht: Horrible customer service. They cancelled my reservation because I was 15 minutes late and then wouldn't rent me a room till 4pm the next day forcing me to look for a hotel in the middle of the night. Will never stay here!Service: 1/5 …More

Robyn Kendle: Overcome with an awful smell when entering the hotel. Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Drinks from bar were well crafted. Room didn’t smell like the main floor, but was stuffy. Bathroom was full of hair. What sealed the deal for me was the comforter on the bed. I’m guessing this is blood, but not sure.
Brent Winterberg: I was there for a seminar, not an overnight guest. Facilities were clean and staff friendly. The only problem was trying to get into the hotel from the parking garage. Required to call security to get in, and they don't seem to be right there monitoring it, so it took a while each time.
judi jewell: So disappointing! Hotel desk staff terrible. If you have a truck valet park because you have to park on the roof and the door into the building doesn't not work. Valet staff great. Our room was ok but not totally clean. Bugs on the floor between the furniture and the walls. We choose not to look under the bed. Staff did not care to do anything after multiple requests. Do not waste your money at the IC. Stay at a different hotel in the plaza.
galena Ellis: This place is perfect if your looking for a quaint, cozy, and clean hotel
Isaac Urrutia: We love it here, however , go out and enjoy the food on the Plaza in other words do not eat there unless you have to, nice place great view from our room
Jeffrey Gonzales: Location was great and the lobby and common areas felt like old fashioned luxury. But once you got to the room it was not luxurious. I found more than a few black curly hairs on the bathroom floor, toilet, and shower. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, it was just a flat sheet over the plastic sheet. The restaurant was sad. I ordered a salad during the lunch rush of only 3 tables. The salad took 20 minutes to come out with no dressing. I asked for dressing and waited 15 minutes but I had to go. I was still charged $18 for that salad. I give 3 stars instead of 1 because the location is great and the bartenders were fantastic.Rooms: Dirty. Gross. Not well maintained.Food & drinks: Food was sad. Drinks were stellar!
Ken Hetherington: Unexpected and welcome upgrade to a Presidential Suite for a 9 night stay. But overall definitely not 5*. Mostly 2* with mostly bad service and restaurant manager the most rude I have encountered anywhere. Food: appalling to very poor. Total lack of staff inc agency staff without knowledge of standards. A few exceptions but overall bad! Very poor communications so hotel problems, of which were many, were not forewarned or explained. Major problems with telecommunications systems- especially phones but also sketchy internet. The exception was Club Lounge Steward - Don who understood guest satisfaction and went extra mile to make guests feel special and provide a great ambiance. Nevertheless the food in Club Lounge was appalling in both quality and range - Inedible! I surmise hotel lacked competent chef(s).
scott caldwell: Great hotel right off the plaza. Perhaps a little outdated, but the service and view of the plaza is stellar.
Lynett Cross: This was a great location for my business conference. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ashley Coursey: The rooms were so quiet and the balcony view was amazing! The staff was also super helpful and friendly.Noteworthy details: Beautiful balcony view.
Megan Roedel: We have stayed here numerous times and it has really gone down hill. The staff are great but the room was absolute garbage for the price. The air conditioning was set at 72 degrees and you can't adjust it, the wallpaper is pealing off, stains on the carpet and furniture, the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesnt work, and the bathroom doorknob kept coming off. We won't be staying here again.
Masa Kanayama: I stayed in this hotel few times before. But this time, the service was terrible at front desk. The front desk person does not even know the room category I booked and she assigned to me two steps down graded room despite I paid the price. Finally the manager came in and corrected her mistake. The room balcony needs to be renovated since there are mold like green stains in the balcony. Overall it was a disappointment stay here. This is not the same intercontinental I knew before.
Bill Holbrook: Was upgraded to a king suite. Room was big with two balconies and two full bathrooms. Staff was very attentive and quick to help however they could. The area is nice and plenty to do within walking distance.A/C in bedroom was not working but they had someone come up immediately when I called the front desk to inform them. Will definitely be back!Pictures are from the concierge lounge and from the two room balconies (5th floor).
Nathan Cabeen: This probably the most expensive hotel I have stayed in and also the worse experience I've had. No ac in the room, they came in to fix it and it still didn't work. Told us they'd meet us at a different room. Waited 30 minutes and they didn't show up. Finally got into a room with working ac 3 hours after we checked in. They refused to give any kind of a refund and barely apologized to us. Would not recommend and will not be back.
Zachary Keck: Awesome hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bar is amazing. They had live music on Friday night that made the vibe more enjoyable.
Laura Raines: My husband and I had a staycation here for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We were thrilled to have a balcony overlooking the plaza. Location was perfect to walk to dinner and breakfast or to shop. Pool is fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to music and having drinks.Nearby activities: The Country Club Plaza.Walkability: Walkable distance to the Plaza.Noteworthy details: Location and balconies overlooking the plaza.

Austin Martin: The hotel is ok, more of 3.5-4 stars. Clearly not super updated but this is an economical option for the area. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Parking is a bit odd but there. Overall this isn’t a bad option for the area especially if you are trying to stay for an extended period of time. There are nicer options but they are more hotel life less apartment long term life.
Kecia W: Very nice hotel. Overall it was a front desk rep by the name of Rockey that’s he said his name was he was very nasty rude unhappy unprofessional and mean. My Dad came down stairs to let me in and he accidentally left his key he did not want to let us in he was so nasty about it and body movement was terrible he told my dad you need to have your key next time cause I won’t be letting you back in just nasty!! I hope my dad never comes across again my dad isn’t a pushy man and just ignored him he was terrible and needs a new job
Blaine Kaiser: You are definitely paying for location with this property. I have had way nicer rooms for half the price, they just aren't right next to such great shopping and restaurants.-The staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful-Breakfast was your standard free breakfast, but the dining room was very nice.-Our room has an outside entrance, similar to an apartment building. So to get to the main lobby, vending or breakfast, it's a bit of a trek, especially when it's 24° outside.-Walls are paper thin, the people above us left their dog behind who barked nonstop and left the tv on and turned way up to try and drown out the dog noise.-Room was clean, but dated.-Bed was hard as a rock, so if you like an ultra firm bed, this is the place for you.-Parking garage holds about 20 cars, be prepared to find street parking
Douglas Ruiz: I had a great experienceRooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Brian W: Great location if you want to do some shopping right next to the plaza. Literally a one or two minute walk. Apartment style hotel room. If you’re not in the main building, you will be expected to carry luggage up the stairway. Lots of reviews about the odor, I could smell it but wasn’t the end of the world. For 250 bucks a night I would expect a little more higher end room quality but with the location what do you expect. The breakfast was very good!
Torrie (IamCodetorr): Pros: Good location, free breakfast, free parking, safe, plenty of options to eat and shop nearby and friendly customer service. Loved having the option to have an outside entrance to access my room. Room was spacious, clean, no bed bugs, smart TV, and all the utensils needed to have an extended stay.Cons: lack of good hot options for breakfast (they did have fruit, cooked eggs, sliced ham or Canadian bacon, bagels/toast, coffee, Juices and there was some undercooked oatmeal).

Steve Ressler (Steve): Good breakfast...okay room...surrounded by construction projects...Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Bryan McMorrow: I stayed here for two weeks on a work trip and I have some opinions.1. Not all of the rooms are in the main building. I was in a room in the annex, that was reminiscent of a cheap apartment building. It had no elevator, so I had to drag 2 weeks of clothes up a staircase.2. It smelled like wet dog in the stairwell and in the room. I had to spray a lot of deodorant to get rid of it.3. The roof had spots that were cracking, the wallpaper was peeling, the air vents were filthy, and the floor had soft spots that I was fearful to walk on.4. At times there was no one at the desk. I had to wait a few times for someone to come to the desk.I’m giving it 2 stars for its location.
