The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection: what do users think?
Shere-Ling Kraus-Yao: From time to time I need to stop at this place to finish my paper or reading, or etc, before my next stop as I had eaten at the bar downstairs the restaurant and bar even though I don’t stay here, The hotel attendees always were welcoming me the same!!!Nearby activities: There are many activities throughout the year including holidays at the Plaza and near by! Good for regular strollers or special trip travelers to this city.Food & drinks: Very tasty but pricy!
Nancy Draffen Brown: Beautiful hotel with A-1 service. Within walking dustance of the Plaza.Rooms: Beautiful and spacious suitesNearby activities: Shopping, museum, hospital, groceries, restaurants galore and more!Walkability: Most activities were in walking distance. The area was very walkable.

Complimentary water. Again I just cannot say enough nice things about this place. Would absolutely stay there again!!! You made our weekend so special.

Todd Shawver: Looking for a well appointed place to stay? Look no further. This hotel stands for to toe with hotels like The Drake and The Plaza. Beautiful location, great restaurant!
Ethan: Love this hotel. Everyone from the staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Love the jazz music in the lounge on a Saturday night. Perfect walking location to shopping, food in the restaurant was excellent. Perfect hotel stay if you’re in Kansas City.

Sherri Berger: Omg...love, love this hotel. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. Everyone working there was so nice, friendly, and helpful. They bent over backwards to make my stay a good one...and I got upgraded to a large, beautiful suite which added to the incredibleness of my trip.Rooms: Exquisite decor...very peaceful and elegant. Beautiful art, all the conveniences, lots of USB outlets, Kurig coffee machine with really good coffee pods, TV with Netflix and Amazon prime, love the deep tub, bathroom has a beautiful marble floor, plush towels, great pillows and bedding. Can't wait to return.
A Godley: The Raphael Hotel was just lovely! Such character and ambiance, beautiful! Our room was excellent! Clean and nicely decorated! We had a great view of The Plaza too! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved that Chaz is both their restaurant and bar with live music! How enjoyable! Loved that we could walk to and from the plaza area. Lots of shopping and fun things to do. We had a lovely stay!
Debbie Simpson: The accouting department is lacking. I always have to request an itemized receipt more than 2 times. As of today I've emailed 3 times for 3 different dated receipts for my manager. sitll nothing. Now I am going to contact the General Mgr.Noteworthy details: Need to train accounting to get the job done
Tiffany Pollard: This was my first stay at The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection. I stayed in a 1 king suite for 2 nights (Sunday - Tuesday) for a work event.ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN: I arrived at 1:30p; check-in took a couple minutes max. Very efficient!ROOM: Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a quiet room away from elevators. I was assigned room #909.• Amenities: Hair dryer, Keurig, luggage racks, mini fridge (keeps drinks very cold!), robe, safe; no microwave• Bath: The only real issue with my stay - loved the deep tub & excellent pressure, but the water bounced between scalding hot & freezing cold. It happened both mornings & one evening, so it wasn't a fluke. In fact, I couldn't even stand under the shower head the second day.• Bed: Bed was decently comfortable, but the sheets were rough/scratchy. I'm glad I brought my own soft pillow.• Cleanliness: Very clean! Housecleaning tidied up my room before 1p the next day.• Decor: Standard• Heating/cooling: Comfortable temp, quiet unit• Sound: Very quiet• TV: Smart television. Clear reception w/ decent selection of channels.• View: 49th & Wornall (back of the hotel)• WiFi: Strong, worked well in room & conference areaCUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent all-around, including the bellhop, front desk, valet, even the chat feature. In addition, the hotel graciously honored late check-out, which worked out perfectly for my work event.LOCATION/PARKING:• Location: Within walking distance of many restaurants & shopping• Parking: Included in our meeting rateWould I recommend/stay again? Yes, absolutely!

Lindsey scott: Gorgeous hotel great staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Carley S: Excellent bar service and helpful staff! Rooms were lacking: muggy, loud and insufficient AC. However, I’d rather pay for high quality service over high quality room on short trips. No self parking, expensive valet.Walkability: Great locale.
Kevin Lowry: Rooms: GreatNearby activities: It's a lot of things various activities Power and Light District a little bit of everythingSafety: Very safe security and police patrolFood & drinks: Food Service there and walkable restaurants everywhere Crossroads districts Power and LightNoteworthy details: Great complimentary breakfast
Kevin Escobar: A lot of homeless around the area. Otherwise very clothes to the power & light district.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
cindy finah: This is not a superior hotel. The valet was so nice. The room is the size of a closetDefinitely not a 5 star hotelRooms: Small small smallView of dirty alley, trash.
Nathaniel Kane: Disappointed in my stay. Multiple amenities listed on the website were not available, as well as incorrect hours for the restaurant, as three different closing times were available to see. 24-hour room service advertised, but no room service available. When locked out of the hotel on Friday night, no signage to indicate that the mobile key would not open the door. Had to call the front desk 3 times to get back in and was met with a very rude agent that would not provide me with a physical key because I had "made my choice". Room was fine, only reason I didn't give it 1 star, but it felt like a bait-and-switch from the Marriott website and dealing with the rude front desk clerk on the evening of 5/5.
Katheren Minter: Nice building a friend of ours lives there
Danielle Ogden: Wonderful hotel! Front desk staff was amazing, particularly Vanity. She helped me check in, storing my luggage when my room wasn't ready and then had a stash of a variety of bandaids when I got blisters on my heels from walking around the city in dress shoes. Rooms were gorgeous and handicap accessible!Walkability: About a 5 to 10 minute walk to the convention center. Many walkable restaurants and great downtown area.
Della MIller: This hotel is absolutely luxurious. The front desk staff greet you with incredible smiles and are extremely attentive. The valet staff are also incredible, responsive and their customer service is top notch. The bar and front lobby is breathtaking.I had a King Bed room. What made this experience extra special was the bartender - Ishmael. His passion for mixology, creating his own bitters, paying attention to layers of flavors on drinks and engaging with us at the bar really made this stay extra special and a place I cannot wait to bring my entire work crew. I will absolutely return on my next visit to Kansas City!Nearby activities: Fabulous restaurants, Irish Pubs within walking distance. I went to Bristol for dinner!Walkability: You have to approach this hotel in your vehicle on the correct side of the road, thats the only thing I had to get right each time.Food & drinks: Breakfast was okay, I didnt try dinner.Bar was FABULOUS. Relaxing, romantic, soft jazz playing low lights.Noteworthy details: I stayed in the contemporary side Im dying to find out what the other rooms are like.
Andrew George: really great spot, great atmosphere, rooms were brighter than most autographs. Great staff, valet on point, same with the desk. I do wish that i could give it a 4.75 because my only complaint was that the steak soup had no steak. But i will round up because it was such a nice stay.
Lauren Harak: This is one of our FAVORITE hotels. The staff alone makes the hotel magical. Sheri at the bar is one the sweetest and most talented bartenders we've ever met and her customer service is just out of this world. Staying at the hotel is worth it just to have Sheri make you a drink.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Rowe Family: The hotel room was so so. To me the nicest person was actually the valet. As soon as we arrived the valet was very attentive. That's pretty much where the service stopped. We walked in the door immediately. Someone yelled, when I say, yelled, I mean HOLLERED, "Hello, are you a guest here?" I was being profiled. It was like everyone in the lobby turned and looked at us. The worker then left from behind the counter while she was assisting another customer, with a line behind that customer. She left them, and the line, came over to me and my daughter who didn't even get a chance to sit in the lobby chairs and proceeded to ask, Are we a guest here and and further demanded our room number. I mean she loudly interrogated us right in front of everybody when there was a line there that she should have been servicing as opposed to profiling us because I guess she thought we didn't fit the description of the type of guests who normally stay there. The next day no one at the front desk even acknowledged us when we were leaving out to view the city. They were very rude. I will never stay there again. We were in town for a national conference. She not only gave the hotel a bad representation but left the sour, tasted my mouth for visiting Kansas City again.
Karan Sethi: The bar downstairs is very good.
#noelonthemove: Love this hotel! The bedrooms and bathrooms are massive. Very comfortable beds. Love how they give you extra pillows and towels too! The rooms could have better lighting if you are working from the room but otherwise perfect.Gorgeous design and love the mini bar and snacks in the room!
Matthew Durr: Great hotel in a great location to power and light!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Todd Schmidt: Great initial impressions!!!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Riyad Kalla: One of the Marriott properties you wish you could drag around the world with you so it would always be where you were.Killy and Kim were absolute PEACHES to our family and made the trip especially memorable.Thank you all for such an enjoyable stay!Rooms: Big, spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

Charlotte Kovacs: Lakota is a true asset to your business. He drove us places, was very friendly, gave us great suggestions on restaurants in the area, and even helped us carry our luggage down from the room. We were on a mother- daughter get away. Lakota made sure we were taken care of and he was very professional at all times.Rooms: Great room!
mswenna74: When I first walked in I was pleased with the environment, however I was taken when I entered the pool area, being the only black female other than a few employees. And noticed silence as I entered and walk to be seated, feeling should I go or I stay but then I decided to adjust to an environment that first seemed, public or invite only if you no what I mean, the salad and wine was great would I go back yes I would, why cause this is AMERICA and we are ONE,Food & drinks: Great
Isabelle Myzer: I didn't rent a room, so I can't really say how the rooms were. However I did dine at the 9210 and the service was AMAZING! Our waitress Nikki was incredibly nice and funny! She took a picture of my friends and I and hilariously took a self y! The restaurant is also incredibly nice with a great view! Will be back!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More

Jimmy Shelton: Overall, it was a great experience, rooms are clean beds comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the restaurant. the wait staff at the bar were not very attentive. We had to go out of our way to get their attention, overall not great at the bar and restaurant, lobby staff while checking in were great. The coffee bar in the morning is cool but not complementar, we ate breakfast elsewhere.
Rachel Jackson: Pros:- nice lobby area and outdoor seating area- very polite and friendly staff who were attentive to our needs- location is convenient if you plan to go the country club plazaCons:- the lampshade on the main lamp in our room was obviously broken and kept falling off the stand- the entire place feels dirty; the hallway and room carpets were visibly dirty and stained- the fitness center has very limited equipment and was missing many of the items featured in the photos- there were no USB ports for charging items; the iHome provided was very outdated and broken- some of the outlets in our room would not hold the electric plug and were not functional- the rainfall shower was barely dripping and had horrible water pressure- we tried to use the rooftop pool but it was very crowded; the pool area is very small and they allow non-hotel guests to use it so there is limited room for hotel guests- I was supposed to receive my receipt via email but it never arrivedThe entire place needs to be updated to current technology and functioning. It feels like a hotel with amenities from 2010. The staff were the only saving grace.
Brooke Sanders: Rooms: We arrived at 6 pm and found the carpet wet in our room. GROSS / is it a leak ? Is it sewage ? We were assured it would be taken care of - 3 hours later - nothing ! And the front desk told us to go find Cassie at the bar ! She told us she didn’t have time to check her email bc she has a luau going on? And told me to stop talking . Worst customer service ever .
Mason (cmd-space): Keito and the rest of the team were great!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ashley Millang: Over the top customer service! All employees were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.Walkability: Right on the plaza- great location!
Arnetia Nelson: Great location and the staff is great and friendly. Room wasDirty, carpet in the room in front of the bed was nasty, the lamps were malfunctioning flickering off and on I’m assuming that’s why they were unplugged. Booked room for two guest only one set of towels were in the room.Hallway floors were filthy. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Robert Johnson: Had a really nice visit here. Everything was clean and in good order with rooms that impressed. My only complaint is the use of a sliding door in the room's bathroom sans any lock or mechanical restraint. A regular door with a latch and lock would be far more preferable.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Aarron: The restaurant desperately needs help. Slow service and decent food.Service: 2/5 …More

omar s: Had an awesome stay here and will definitely look forward to staying here in the future again when I visit KC! Beautiful gem of a hotel, such nice patio and common areas and close walk to the art museum. Thank you!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet, Great value …More
Ryan Slack: Very disappointing. The house is still beautiful and the location is still great, but the experience was much worse than my previous stay. No breakfast. No staff on site. Broken coffee maker. Room too hot and no way to adjust temperature. Seemed very pricey for the experience that we received. Won’t be going back.
Linda Huning: What a wonderful historic home to stay in! Such a nice, cozy place! Everything we needed was included. Easy check in and check out. We had a short drive to all entertainment, shopping, restaurants, Royals game, etc! Would definitely stay here again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic …More
FJ Butter: We had three lovely nights at this inn and were thoroughly impressed! Elegant but still makes you feel right at home. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the veranda especially with all its windows over-looking the patio and manicured grounds. So close to the plaza, art museum, restaurants and pubs we could walk to. Staff was especially friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again!!Nearby activities: All that downtown Kansas City has to offer! Easy walk to all. Especially the Kemper Art Museum!Walkability: The Inn is right downtown in the mix of all the fun atmosphere of city life with great restaurants, bars and festivities that you can simply walk to. But yet it is situated on a quiet side street where you can sit back on your own veranda and have your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Very cozy and elegant at the same time!
Amber B: Great location to activities and restaurants, combined with a cozy feel. Recommended!
Jeff Guenther: Unexpectedly better than we anticipated. Very centrally locatedRooms: Clean and nice sizedWalkability: Within walking distance to the Plaza
Danny Papke: We had an excellent stay recently as part of a romantic road trip. Very quaint, cozy, great bed. The location was very walking friendly. We try not to stay at too many chains so this independent location was very appealing. Easy check in and checkout. 5 starsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Isabella Petri: We stayed in the George Kessler tonight and while it does have some great attributes cute interior, large tub, fireplace it just missed the mark. We had record low temps and slick roads and of course we couldn’t reschedule without a hefty fee despite inclement weather across the region. We got in late in the evening and looked at the menus for the area (a nice option, but menus are not current and we’re incorrect we specifically chose rye because they had my favorite dish to get there and it not actually be offered anymore along with several others). We returned to find a large hole in the fitted sheet and the matches wouldn’t light against the dispenser they were in it seemed others had trouble as several matches looked like they had tried to be striked and the lip of the fireplace looked like someone had tried to there as well. The bed was VERY firm for our liking and the room was SO bright from the lights it was difficult to sleep even with the blinds closed it needs better blinds or darker curtains. The window against the bed was also very drafty and the snow was not cleared well from the very limited parking. The toilet roll holder also completely fell off the wall and onto my foot taking a bit of skin with it. All in all it had the opportunity to be great but was just ok.
Gigi Keaton: The room was dirty. It seems like the floors weren't vacuumed in awhile. Jacuzzi was dirty no hot water. We have stayed here multiple of times in the past. It was our favorite spot and our get away place. Unfortunately, it's sad but the property isn't like it use to be and not kept up with. The property needs tons of care. We will not be returning here.
Philipp Umlauf: Well for starters the property is stunning. Very well maintained and very tastefully decorated. Modern where it counts but largely original.Room was luxurious, spacious, and super clean! Bed was Amazing!! We did Not want to get up.For us, the only thing we would change is the check out time...10am... Noon would be much better as we would have easily slept till 10 in that bed.10 out of 10 Highly Recommend! Would and Will stay again!!
C.L. Kesler: Gorgeous historical home turned into a peaceful safe haven in a great location! City life is walking distance but you wouldn’t know it from the quiet and calm. The common areas were stunning, relaxing, and adorable. The attention to detail with the provided notes, a binder with all the information you could need and want, the availability of glassware, the extras in the room should you be too warm or cold, and the his/her robes were above and beyond. The ambiance was lovely and welcoming. It would be an absolute shame to miss out on such a unique and special experience! Ten stars! ✨
Brian Davis: Had a wonderful stay. Convenient check in, smooth process.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jason Roepka: Certainly one of the best B&B's we've stayed at. The location and service were excellent. However, I've heard they've removed the breakfast offering, which is a shame; because it was always delicious.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Steve Schweitzer: It was ok- empty and lonely. Seems like we were the only ones there. Zero amenities - a cookie and a keurig. The bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. That’s the highlights.Wouldn’t book again .Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Kay Byers: The change from a Select Registry historic Bed and Breakfast that we stayed in regularly for 20+ years to this self-serve "punch in to get in" hotel with small rooms, difficult parking, the absence of typical hotel amenities, lack of food offerings, poor lighting, inadequate small blurry mirrors, and no opportunity to interact with or ask questions of the innkeepers/hosts was disappointing. It now feels quite overpriced and lacking in destinational desirability. The heart and character that once was The Southmoreland Inn is now of a bygone era; traded for a cheaper, cost-cutting, commercial venture.
Carlo Lizano: Wonderful gardens, very quiet and safe place
Violet Vergara: This is a lovey place but extremely pricey for what you get. Finding parking for a midsized car was extremely difficult. There was nothing offered for breakfast other than coffee. One would think, considering the price of the accommodations, that there would be, at the very least, a variety of sweet rolls or something similar. I believe if you’re going to spend this amount of money for a room ($786.00 for three nights) that there would be a continental breakfast included. Also surprising was the added cleaning fee. This is a hotel after all.Why is there a cleaning fee?My room was very small and hot. You do not have the ability to control the temperature in your room. My room was too hot and the room my Daughter occupied was too cold. The lighting in my bathroom was so dim it was difficult to apply my makeup. The tub did not drain well and the toilet was the perfect size for a child. The fan in my Daughters bathroom was connected to the light switch. It was noisy and could not be turned off without turning the light off.Was it worth the price??? I don’t think so!!!
Jennekah Barnes: Absolutely beautiful property! I stayed for a quick business trip and it was in the perfect location. Very easy to find, contactless check in, easy to follow instructions for parking, wifi, entry to the house etc. The room was adorable with the most high quality linens, pillows, mattress, furniture, etc. Loved the upscale feel while remaining cozy and historical. 10/10 must stay when you are in Kansas City.

Kimberly Martinez: The rooms were clean, great amenities, and comfortable. Hotel staff were always friendly and informative. The location is perfect for a walking tour of the plazaGreat restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. Mimo from the bar was absolutely amazing! Funny, great service, amazing cocktails, etc. He made the experience worth coming back for.
Agnel Ingalls: I’m extremely disappointed in an experience I had at this Hilton. I’ve been staying at this hotel for 2 days for work and I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water (I’m a diamond member) and The first thing out of this front desk person was “ did you just come off the streets” mind you I’m wearing a company shirt and black pants and came from the elevator. Really disappointed in his choice of words after realizing that I was staying there he tried to cover it up and saying nice things and proceeded to give me a bottle of water. I stay at Hilton properties every time I travel and sad to have had this experience.First thing to come out of your mouth when approached by a guest shouldn’t be “did you come off the streets”. I was clean with no paint holes or anything on my body. I shouldn’t have received that treatment.
Christie: Great place on the Plaza.

The bed and futon were very comfortable, our room had a nice view of the area, they have private, underground parking, and despite being packed, it was very quiet and peaceful. Sonesta Select Kansas City Airport Tiffany Springs: what do users think?
Tracy Flager: +The nightly rate was reasonable.-They charge $5 a day for parking. Nowhere at booking online was that mentioned.-They charge $10 for breakfast. Nowhere at booking online was that mentioned.-The hot tub is like sitting in a warm bath. Nothing hot about it. The jets don't work like they should.-I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. Someone from the staff knocked on my door at 9:00 AM.
Sean Neely: I give it 5 stars to boost the rating. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews but in all honesty everything mentioned I didn’t have a problem with. It was a little out of the way for the activities I was in KC for, but it was nice and quiet, hot tub and pool were very clean, lots of space to hang out and have gatherings. With the room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom door was in a bit of an awkward spot, but nothing I couldn’t handle. Management was really nice and explained things very well. I think they could’ve just rolled parking pass cost into the price of the hotel for convenience sake, but it wasn’t too bad. If you’re looking for a relatively low cost but not dirty or gross little place, Sonesta is probably a good bet.
First Last: Horrible hotel the staff here are creeps I’m with the school for pci and keeped getting harassed and had my door opened by a random man multiple times didn’t announce himself just knock and open the door aggressive and walk away after not being able to open my door ( mind you we paid for a week ) I’m not the only girl who stayed here and got harassed I called the manager and Keeped getting lied to and getting different story's from the manager CINDY and even was rude to me when I told her why she told me a different story then the one she was telling me this time DONT STAY IF YOUR A WOMEN !! They can’t even know who goes to your room they have no cameras from what the manager said
Elayne Chavez: My sister stayed here and was harassed daily by a man who attempted to open her room door. If it wasn't for the lock he would have gone it. This was reported, first story was it was a new employee. Than as I am on the phone with her he returns. She records it and it is taken up to the manager. Manager stated "it was mandatory to check occupancy daily." WHAT? Did she just not call you? Plus I have stayed at places for an extended stay and have never heard of such a thing. Manager seriously has a trail of trails that she can't keep up with. Apparently this is not the first time. Avoid if your a single female traveler. Luckily, my sister can stay with me for the last night of their booked stay vs having to stay there another night.
Alfred Santos: The establishment itself was orderly and up to date, very modern. The staff is professional, helpful, and polite. Nice workout facility and the pool was clean.Walkability: Longhorn steakhouse, The Cracker Barrel, Wendy's, Waffle house, and Nick and Nino's Pub bar and grill are in walking distance.
Ray P: 1st stay for me at this property. Disappointing stay. Breakfast not included with room, no microwave in the room, low water pressure, soft mattress, and for a finale, $5 a day to park my car... It was quiet, and it's close to KCI, but not what I was hoping for. If you're looking for a place just to crash at for a couple night, this may be it.
Valeri Pamujac: Very nice hotel with shuttle service!!! Very happy with choosing them for my stay in Kansas City!
AJ Baxter: Highly recommend. My flight was delayed and I arrived about 430am instead of 130am. The shuttle was prompt, driver courteous and kind. Quick check-in, slept great in a comfy bed with nice pillows. They let me have a quite late check-out which was so appreciated. Will stop againRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Pat Ligonde: Pretty decent stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Heron Duarte: Houve muito barulho de pessoas falando alto no corredor, de madrugada. Precisa ter segurança para coibir os bêbados que incomodam à noite. Perdi meu dinheiro.
Rahulynn Gupta: We will never stay at a Sonesta again. Not worth our money. While checking in, they told us that we will be charged $25 extra/night for a deposit and will get it back if there are no issues. We travel a LOT and most places just but a hold on card for $50 per stay. So that means if you stay at a Sonesta for a week, they will charge you extra $175 at check in. Also, they charge $5 a day for parking. This location is not near a downtown where people may use their parking lot and go somewhere else - the parking is just a large flat lot. Why the $5 parking per day? If you want to charge for parking per night, why not just make the rate $5 more expensive a night? They offer breakfast. But it's $10 and it comes in a take-away box. We didn't get them, but I checked them out and they were pretty sad - a small breakfast sandwich, a yogurt, fruit and juice. We wish we would have stayed at the Drury Inn across the street. At least they don't have any hidden charges, you know what you're going to get, and they include a free breakfast, free happy hour snacks (which is enough for a meal) and 3 adult drinks per night. And the food is buffet style - eat as much as you want! Overall not good value for money!
Thomas Schulze: The rooms have a good size and have everything you need for a short stay. Hotel has laundry facilities and a pool. The fitness center is very basic. The lobby is nice. For a long er stay a kitchenette is missing.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More

SureStay Plus Hotel By Best Western Kansas City Northeast: what do users think?
Dimi M: Love it always I want to get away I always choice you guys.Rooms: It’s perfect. Thanks.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Michele Moore: EasyRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
kristine cabrera: We booked because of the indoor pool but it was being redone while we were there so that was a bummer but it was fine. The breakfast in the morning was okay, the tater tots were fire. If we’re in the area again, we’d probably stay there again as long as the pool is open. Perfect if you’re passing through and there’s a QT across the street if you decide you need a midnight snack
Austin Armstrong: Absolute DO NOT STAY HERE. Multiple vehicles were broken into and either robbed or attempted to be stolen my first week here. My truck was broken into in the parking lot along with several other trucks with thousands of dollars of damage and lost tools, luggage etc. Stay as far away as possibleSafety: Crime ridden area and highly targeted by thieves.
cale quinn: Pretty good experience no complaints reallyRooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
TIna Scott: Rooms: Cheap blankets and dirty! Room was dirty when I walked in! Never cleaned our room ONCE!Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Shawn Obradovich: Staff is rude. They don't clean up the room. Had to take my own towels out. Swept the floors myself. The sheets were already dirty and had cigarette burns in them. The breakfast was always the same and old as if it was constantly reheated. They didn't have their pool open. Their bar was closed down. Definitely won't be back was an overall bad experience.
Lacey Sugden: No hot tub. Room dirty outlets not working. elevator not working. Nobody told us we had all our stuff loaded on a cart ready to go to the room. Asked them to look at outlets never did. Asked for one extra pillow never got that. Also breakfast ends at 9:00 on a weekend or maybe 8:30 as my kids went down and had to have cereal as they were cleaning up already. Over all not recommended
Joseph H. Garvey: People working there hate their jobs. The breakfast attendant did get a personal best on Candy Crush. Coffee was watered down. The pool water was probably stronger…Noteworthy details: Unfortunately it is under going a remodel. Appears it will be a good basic hotel. No frills.
Jeffrey Holmes: I come here 3 days a week I'm an over the road driver for ABF Freight. The rooms are clean and fresh the beds are very comfortable with good sheets. The staff especially the front desk are amazing. Maria is exceptional and really professional.Rooms: Wonderful room
natasha johnson: I would give this hotel 0/5 stars if i could. Dirty tub, dirty walls, broken tv, floor wasn’t clean, foul odor
Sam Bony: I have booked a room for this summer. The reviews are awful. Has any of these things been addressed?Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Boogiedat: The front desk people were really nice but it was a gross hotel lots of damage on the inside and lots of trash outside of the building. The room was okay no bed bugs but plenty of bugs from the water damage on the ceiling the AC didn’t work it was stuck at 74 and the window was stuck shut we could only get it open a crack. The elevator was out of service as well but the stairs weren’t bad. Will not be coming back to this hotel though. There was a ton of kids having fun so I guess kid friendly.
Jack Chesnut: I booked this room in a rush. After arriving and seeing the sad shape of the building and the shady people working here, I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews. I feel like I'm in a third world country... Don't book a room hereRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Raven Arehart: We had a great time! Maria was super helpful and so was the rest of the staff cannot wait to come backRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Rosalie Rollings: Check in was ok. Room was a disaster. Very poor house keeping. Finger prints all over large glass window. Very noisy and you could hear everything. The free breakfast was a huge disappointment. What was offer online is not what you get. Very run down and unkept. For a best western I expected some place better. I will not recommend nor will I ever return.
