Justice Davis: Dont ever get a home loan through Wells Fargo they will keep your last mortgage payment they will then wait to deposit all of your payments into another account after you have paid making sure that you have had racked up late fees Wells Fargo has undergone more than one lawsuit the fact Wells Fargo is still even open is Mind bottling. I hope everyone here has a terrible life

I was impressed with their level of customer service and how they went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of their services.

Monica Chao: Went in to deposit a casher check from BOA, the teller and the service manager Kat A. said they need to call BOA to confirm, and wasted my whole 10 min standing there. Bad attitude, no smile, stupid rules, but they got punished by the government many times more than any other banks. Do Not bank with this branch, very bad customer service. The service manager Kat, has a smart mouth and loud voice, bad attitude.
Rob Terry: Went in to open an account and the lady that helped me was bothered by me asking for assistance and then told me i couldn't open the account without giving me a reason . When i asked why can't i open this account she replies (BECAUSE YOU CAN'T) and at that point i left called customer service and was able to open my account. I advise anyone going in to this branch to avoid her!!! Her desk was the second desk on the left if you come in from the entrance with the ATM. The teller i made my deposit with was great but her co worker was terrible and needs to find another career .

Kyle Mueller: I have been going here for two years. This location has been great and staff are friendly. Over the past couple of months however, they enacted a policy that isn't corporate wide where you need to book an appointment to get assistance with your account. Usually a 5 day wait period to get help with a small account issue or send a wire. Will never go here again as long as this is in place, there's just no point. Such a waste of a good location.
Jon Simoncic: I'm unable to talk and wished you had a email address to be able to contact someone for help. It doesn't help that you're a 2 hr drive away from me.
Carmen Rollins: Had to go there today to cash a check. Only one lane. Woman at the window was rude and slamming things i told her have a nice day she rolls her eyes and walked away. I was planning to open an account tomorrow morning since but i will find another that place is horrible.
Lisa Remer: They have closed branches but have lines out the door. Pack a lunch and plan for along wait!

Donald Zahnd: Service at this branch is always terribly slow. And then calling customer service is even worse. People reading a script and talking in a circle that can't answer any questions about anything. I'll never use Wells Fargo for anything again. Man I can't wait till this loan is done.

Gabriel Jabr: It's pretty ridiculous that they never answer the phone! I have literally called over 20 times because I need to speak to someone at the local branch and not once has someone answered. Absolutely horrendous.

Melisa Negrete: If I could give this place a zero start I would!!! The rudeness my mom had to go through today was unacceptable simply for being Hispanic. She even asked the teller if she had a problem with her because of her race, the Clark or teller name Ashley rudely slammed a sheet and told my my mom she had to sign. Mind you my mom speaks English but with a very strong accent. There was no reason for this person name Ashley to be this rude. Horrible customer service !
Hallie Messenger: Always extremely slow, today I stood in line while Larisa helped two people that walked in after me and I had to ask to be helped after she helped them. No drive through, an inconveniently located Atm outside that frequently has long lines to use in the weather.

Jennifer Barnett: I come here regularly, at least 3-5 times a week to make my company deposits, so I am quite familiar with this location and their staff. The tellers here are SUPER friendly, VERY accurate, but still get you in and out QUICKLY! I appreciate their dedicated service to great banking! I've never had to stand in line more than a couple of minutes, even when there was 13 people in line ahead of me, on a payday Friday, when 2 people called in sick. Are you picking up what I'm putting down? Great bank!

Since you guys love stealing money from people I'm going to make this right. Since you love money and love damaging credit and giving me 20p dollars in late fees and having no prove of me paying my payment I will now give you guys 1000 dollars in 1's and 1's that CANT go into a money counter because of how messed up they are. You will now count 1000 dollars in 1's in front of me every time I visit as my repayment for stealing my money. Zac V: Enrolled in Wells Fargo for my business and not even a week later they closed my accounts without reason. As I had a pending transaction I I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks to get that money in the mail. It never showed. I’ve had numerous convos with Wells Fargo representatives(over 1.5 hours on hold), and they said go to the bank to get the check. I’m currently at the bank and they still keep giving me shady answers to why they don’t have my money. (A decent amount too) I’m starting to think I’ll never see it that money again. NEVER use Wells Fargo. Worst business I’ve dealt with.
Dan Masker: I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 20 years. Every single time I go to this bank the line is out the door. And we are talking in the middle of the day. I am seriously contemplating changing banks. It is the only location in town.
Nidia Shalabi: My husband and use this bank several times per week. Though staff is friendly and quite professional, ATM being down is a hit or miss for several months now. Maybe it’s time to add another one or replace this one? A suggestion since this has been a reoccurring problem for a while. Many people cannot come during business hours to deposit or withdraw inside the branch because of work and other things, and given that there are only 3 locations in the KC metro area it only seems like the reasonable solution.
