Sean Foley: A wonderful organization with a very important mission and amazing people.
Nicholas Redding: Free. Informative self guided tour of how the National Monetary System works. Takes less than an hour to go through, but you do get a free souvenir for coming! Great for kids.
John Frank: Beautiful building, coin collection is worth seeing, Federal Reserve vault with 1 Billion is pretty cool as well. Exhibits are lackluster, entry is free and security is painless. TSA could learn something from the Federal Reserve.
Bethany Spitzmiller: I was really surprised how fun the money museum was. It's kind of wild how little the average person knows about something we use pretty much every day. The interactive exhibits are fun for people of all ages. From trying to lift a gild bar (like 27lbs!!) to making your own money or taking a look at savings and interest, there's fun for everyone. I'd definitely recommend making it a stop while visiting KC. Best of all, it's free!

I wish to talk to someone at the bank in Kansas City, thats why I looked on Kansas City Federal Reserve web site. Courtesy should be your first order of business in a bank, or better known as customer service.
Meg Soukup: The museum was great! The Truman coin collection is the most impressive I’ve seen to date! Our tour guide was the most educated man and he was able to answer every question with ease. Lovely time and would recommend to anyone!

Sherese Doty: I’m a USPS employee and our liteblue portal got hacked. Hacker took my net to bank out the system sending my money to this bank. Post office is telling me that they can’t return our money until the bank gives it back so I’m left check less. No one at this bank is helping me. Sending me to voicemails of individuals who doesn’t return my calls, emails, etc! Times are so hard I really need my check. Hopefully someone see this email whom can help! Very disappointed with the bank and the government

Amir Dinkins32: Someone stole my card they sent me a new one and told me I had to fill out the dispute form something they should do and then they told me to wait 20 days for them to tell me no and saying I should’ve been more careful with my money
Cheryl Wood: They received my direct deposit on January 02 and would not apply it to my account until I called them 7 times and told them I was reporting it stolen and filing complaints with EVERYONE I can on January 03 at 8:15 pm CMT. They told me "We have until the end of the day to post it and it's not the end of the day yet". They had ALWAYS posted my deposits immediately so I don't know what the problem was this month but, NOBODY wanted to explain or correct the problem.
T B: Horrible service. The represenitive (Jenifer) just was not in the mood to be on the phone and came off as if she was being interupted. She wasn't interested in giving any feedback and was very dismisive. If someone is calling a bank, there is a problem with their finances and the people that are taking those calls should be handling those calls as such.

Jerry Novak: I had very bad experience here today. All staff was rude including the officer. Came here to make my first truck loan payment 2 months ago and they accepted my payment. Then today they tell me that they cannot take my payment. Because they aren't central Bank of sedalia. Then the office on duty came up to me and told me I needed to leave the property for trespassing or I was getting arrested because they would take my payment. Worst bank ever. Won't go back. Highly recommend whoever banks at this bank to switch. If not your a trump supporter.

All this bank would be good for is a 5pm segment on the news because of the location.Debit card issues no one knows how to fix because???? No one knows.And really? A service charge? You should be paying people to have an account with your pathetic excuse for a bank because of how absolutely horrible it is.If you're considering this bank, save yourself the hassle and put your money in a Mason jar then store it under your porch because it'd be much more secure and the service from the actual dirt would be better.

George Warren: Cost of everything goes up and this bank thinks It's a good idea to only stock ATM and drive through with small bills. You should be able to go the bank and get a hundred dollar bill. Do better.

R R: I've never set foot in a more misleading, and untrustworthy Bank that has equally terrible customer service than Community America. Better read the fine print for all their shady Fee's beforehand! If you want a deposit box you have to undergo a credit check which is Ludacris! Lastly, good luck getting in contact with a real person!!!
Sarah Leslie: Worst bank experience I've had yet. Nothing but problems. Constantly having to go through extra hoops to access my money. -80/10 would not recommend. And good luck speaking to anyone on the phone, if you do they will have an attitude from the beginning and speak down to you like a child.
