Nate D: This company, I have the deepest regret as to say, threw my wife and our newborn daughter out onto the streets three days before Christmas. “Why?”, you might ask? You might be tempted to say that it sounds as though she had stolen money from the company, or maybe participated in bribes that caused one customer to be benefited financially above another. Or possibly vandalism or misappropriation of company property. But you would be wrong. She was fired because she did not make the personal and private health decision afforded to us by the constitution of the United States of America to be vaccinated for religious reasons. That was her crime. She is a person of faith, and as such cannot be vaccinated. Faith, apparently, warrants termination. And the company apparently believes that either 1: They are granted an imaginary right to decide what personal health choices their employees are allowed to make, or 2: That the vaccines are so ineffective as to need her vaccination for anyone elses vaccine to work.It seems as though NASB is more interested in participating in some sort of “Clean/Unclean” class system than in behaving morally and constitutionally.I am asking you, if you are reading this, to please consider helping us fight against the religious discrimination of this company. If you are reading this, please consider putting your money elsewhere. If you already have money here, please consider removing it and taking it to another bank. Their rates are probably better anyway, to be honest. Help me get justice for my wife. Nobody in the United States should have to choose between their God and their job.In response to the lie from the owner: if you did not discriminate my wife would still have a job and you would have considered her religious exemption request, as opposed to firing her for her faith.
Jules Whitman: This bank is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! They steal money from deceased account holders, deny it, then will not give it back. When they deny you service on your accounts, they blame it on “their policies” but then deny you copies of their policies. Jamie at the Grandview branch hung up on me when I called her out on her lies. Never, ever bank here!!!! Breanna at the Grandview branch is particularly awful and discriminates against account holders.

I, of course, declined because I only operate by the barter system and most banks don't except chicken eggs or compost, so there you go....

Jennifer Finical: This bank is the worst. I pull up as a commercial customer and the teller currently (I am literally in their drive thru) can’t be bothered to get on the mic and say hello, look up, acknowledge me, NOTHING. He walks aimlessly about and obviously hates his job. I am going to drive further away just to go to US bank on Noland. I have been sitting here at the window for 20 minutes without the slightest acknowledgment. Also they have been without rolled coin for almost 2 weeks, but I know that’s not their own fault. It’s just hard to explain that to our retail customers.
James Pennington: I recently had to call the branch manager, Josh, regarding an alarming call I got from his branch. He was extremely condescending and far from helpful.
Shawn C: The ATM machine has been "temporarily" out of service for over a month now and there'sonly one of them. Makes the branch look like a joke company that can't afford to fix equipment.

Brooke Peer: Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I cashed in some savings bonds for my great grandmother to help pay for her nursing home care (as her power of attorney). I was then sent a 1099 in MY name (though they were hers and put into her bank account for her care). I was then told to fix the problem THEY caused I would need to take her out of the nursing home and bring her in to sign. She has Alzheimer’s and is completely mentally incapacitated. Joshua Lindsey (bank manager) did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable since this was the banks fault. Do not bank here.Editing to update: once I threatened to file a formal complaint with the bank - the manager was suddenly able to fix my problem. Will still be changing banks.
Alex Duey: If this was the only usbank by my house I would immediately switch banks. They take 10+ minutes to get to you in the drive through even if nobody is in line, this has happened multiple occasions back to back. And everyone seems clueless and rude. They sent a reflection of the entire franchise just a reflection of poor management or bad hiring.

Logan Davis: I've always had a pleasant experience at this location! Today was special however...At approx. 10:20 I went through the drive through with my co-piolet Roscoe (dog) to deposit a check. I've never used the drive through before so wasn't sure on procedure. I was met with a friendly face (please excuse me for not getting your name!). Business as usual. What I did not expect however - upon receiving my receipt in the sliding window box drawer thing there was a dog treat!!I rescued Mr. Roscoe one week ago. He came from a kill shelter down in Texas and was weeks away from being culled. Having a forever home is new to him along with all the perks of my undivided attention. Neither of us expected a treat at our bank.Thank you so very much for the kindness and customer service. Ed Hembree: Well looks like US Bank just pushed me right out the door. They just told me, I have to keep $1000 in my account in order to waive my service charge. It use to be a $100. I been with them 4.5 years, I'm not going to be bullied this way. I will be leaving as soon as I start another account at another bank.

Eric H: The bank stopped allowing night deposits for some reason, which makes it very difficult for me to be able to deposit my business's cash. I mean they already are charging for every single cash deposit anyway because it's a business account. Looks like it's time to go find another bank, luckily a central bank opened up just about a mile away.

Miss Grimm: Put 300$ in the atm on a sunday. It told me take my returned Bill's but never gave them back. Cant pay my Bill's now because even after calling the number on the ticket it gave me, the money still hasn't hit the account even though on the mobile app it says it added the 300 on the transaction part, but not into my actual account balance. This location has always caused problems. The location on noland handled some previous issues I had had through this bank that this location put off for months. Always telling me everyone was too busy to help....

BUT Mr. Jones Jr. ROCKS!!! He was so genuinely and authentically kind in helping to set up my account. We talked like we had known each other for years. Derrick Braxton: Horrible service refusing to cash my check, by telling me they didn't believe my STATE ISSUED ID was valid. Have my paper DL, as I'm waiting to get my new one in the mail, and they claim they've never seen one before. Impossible for me to believe that as long as the new DL system has been in place, that they've never seen one. I see their customer service issues haven't changed one bit since I used to bank there.
BRYAN WOHLGEMUTH: This is one of the biggest branches in independence. I went in on a Wednesday morning and they only have one teller and one loan officer. There was already five people waiting for the loan officer in five in line for the teller. I know there’s staffing issues but this is awful customer service. after waiting the representative was very nice and easy to work with. They just need more of her.
Sincee Farris: Tried calling this branch by phone for days, they don’t answer their phones. Can’t contact them via online due to account is locked. Have to drive to this location just to talk to someone.

She let me know she was way smarter than me. Do not appreciate that. According to your overall online rating this branch needs some work with customer service and respect. From a long time customer.

This makes a member of 18 years with no issues wonder how long they will hold checks for people that just opened an account or has had bank issues.

riggsparty5: I was told false information when switching over my account to a different type of account. This action led to multiple overdraft fees. When I went in to talk to the banker about it, she was extremely rude and very dismissive. It’s obvious that banks make a lot of money charging these overpriced fees to people who are working paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet and it’s such a scam and a rip off. It’s even worse when these people are rude to your face without any empathy or customer service skills at all.I’m going in the morning when they open to close out my account.

Mike Coppoc: At this point, it is silly to close your business because of covid, however I found that although they don't want customers coming to the branch there is an online scheduler. Of course somehow every appointment for the next four weeks is booked? How does that even make sense? I need three accounts for my business. I need branches in Missouri, New Mexico, and Nevada. Bank of the West has them where I need them, but if they never want to see customers... not sure how the expect us to open accounts.
