However, it would really be a help to those who work weekends if you stayed open a bit later than noon on Saturdays. Please take this under consideration. Blue Ridge Bank on Sterling stays open 9-5:00 on Saturdays, and it really helps. Thank you.

Robert Johnston: More than one occasion I’ve attempted to deposit paper checks into my account at the banks atm machine. The feeder jams and withholds my check without applying the funds to my account. Calling during business hours is a joke. They can’t access the paper deposits over the weekend and usually the person who answers the telephone is very dismissive and uncaring. Almost as if they’ve had plenty of practice fielding this sort of phone call. Ultimately it requires a special in-person visit to correct.

Tammy Sammons: Deposited a check in their atm on Monday morning the atm sent a message back not able to return check and did not deposit it. I went into the bank to ask about my check they said that the atm had a jam un it and that the would clear it and call me when they had my check. They did not call Monday but did call Tuesday morning saying I had no check in there. I was very upset since I had a receipt from the atm telling me that there was a n error and that they could not return my check. I ask for manager who again said my check wS not there but he would check the atm again. He comes out holding my check after pretty much being called a liar. No apology. Done.

Post office is telling me that they can’t return our money until the bank gives it back so I’m left check less. No one at this bank is helping me. They told me "We have until the end of the day to post it and it's not the end of the day yet". They had ALWAYS posted my deposits immediately so I don't know what the problem was this month but, NOBODY wanted to explain or correct the problem.
T B: Horrible service. The represenitive (Jenifer) just was not in the mood to be on the phone and came off as if she was being interupted. She wasn't interested in giving any feedback and was very dismisive. If someone is calling a bank, there is a problem with their finances and the people that are taking those calls should be handling those calls as such.

Then today they tell me that they cannot take my payment. Because they aren't central Bank of sedalia. Then the office on duty came up to me and told me I needed to leave the property for trespassing or I was getting arrested because they would take my payment. Worst bank ever. Won't go back. Highly recommend whoever banks at this bank to switch. If not your a trump supporter.

I know walking to her counter position or dealing with her in the drive-through lane brightens your customers' days. Angela Romero: I called and spoke with the head office after talking with customer service because the older snotty lady refused to do the cash advance on my card unless I got out my 3 kids one of whom is high risk and myself pregnant and High rush which I explained in the drive thru. She refused to do it.I called and filed the complaint and was told customers have the option to go in or use drive thru services because of the pandemic and everybody having different health concerns. She apologized and said she would reach out to the branches and remind them of this policy.I have gone back to this bank a few times since this call and used the drive thru multiple times for my cash advance. The ONLY person who refuses and has an attitude about having to do a cash advance that is putting money in one of my many account with YOUR bank is the rude older woman with short hair and a heart shaped head.Today she did it after I told her I already have called the head office and was told it’s my option to use the drive thru during the PANDEMIC!After making me wait for over 15 minutes in the drive thru while multiple cars drive up were helped and left she came back and tried to threaten me with her MANAGER said I have to come in next time.First of all I’m not threatened by your damn manager who I also know has an attitude problem. I’m perfectly fine removing all five of my kids savings accounts, my savings and my checking! And my damn business account if I have to continue to deal with people who act like handling MY earned money is a problem. I’ll be filing another complaint and calling back the lady who I spoke with last time who told me to call her back if I had any problems. You guys need some serious customer service training in the worst way. I also know that in multiple branches of Bank of the Midwest covid was spread amongst everybody and some people continued working because their branc managers wouldn’t let them off due to low staffing from people quarantining! So excuse me if I don’t want go INSIDE one of you banks.
Tyler Paul: Been banking here since they bought out liberty Bank. This is hands-down the slowest most inadequate location out of all of them in the Kansas City area. Luckily there’s a really good one down the road on NolanD Road where everyone there is nice quick and always ready to help. This one here should be shut down or everyone or replaced. Seriously in need of better management. I just don’t understand how they’re always so rude and yet so slow I’ve never gone through the drive-through and got out of there under 20 minutes for a simple deposit even when I’m the only one in line. It’s absolutely insane. And the small chance that you have a good luck here which I guess is possible I would steer away because time after time is the same thing at this location for me.

George Michaud: It feels like your in an ole country Bank outside of the big city. Everyone is pleasant. Going through the drive-thru there are no windows, which seems strange. However, they do have small cameras so tellers can see you in your car. The only thing is that they always turn them off after saying "Can I help you"? And one cannot speak to the teller afterwards. I think they should leave the camera on until they are done with your transaction especially with no windows at all. It seems like it would be safer. I personally take safety very seriously, especially nowadays. My home has every type of cameras known to man. We put in the larger cameras with pan, tilt and zoom capabilities which is a huge help when you want to see everything going in your neighborhood especially on one's own property. At Central Bank having all the windows boarded up another customer told me that she felt like she was caged in and if anyone tried to rob her or attack her she feels like no one inside the bank would see nor hear a thing going on out there at the ATM or just the miscellaneous drive through window. I have to agree with her.

Anyway twice I've had issues that required service and Abby from this location has provided great service. She's knowledge and courteous, and it was appreciated.

Carrie Danner: Opened 3 accounts in last two days. One for teen and 2 for grandkids. Grandkids account is kids saving and right now if you open a kids saving age 2-17 and deposit $5.00 you get $5.00 from the bank. Now through December. Sandy and Casey are sweet lady's you will get to meet. Sandy is lady you open accounts with she is very nice. Casey is talking to the kids.
