Erin Blair: My fiancé purchased a vehicle from this car lot at the beginning of February. Upon looking at the vehicle they promised to replace the radiator, perform an oil change and clean the engine bay. Upon picking up the vehicle, my fiancé inquired about a questionable appearance in the engine bay. The salesmen assured that the substance my fiancé saw was "Engine cleaner" and that they made all the necessary repairs to have the vehicle running efficiently. After leaving the car lot and arriving home, my fiancé discovered that the vehicle had a blown head gasket. He contacted the office manager and salesmen, who assured via text message that they would rectify the situation and send out a tow truck driver to retrieve the vehicle. My fiancé communicated via text message with the salesmen, who assure every time that a tow truck driver would be out to retrieve the vehicle for repair. We have waited patiently and nothing has been done. They perform less significant repairs and lied about the engine bay cleaner to cover the major problem of the blown head gasket. Now my fiancé has a un-useable vehicle, which he paid $7500.00 that requires $4500.00 in repairs.

However, Cody at Metro Motors was quick to reach out and offer to look at and do what he can to resolve any issues. Not only was everything fixed quickly but also for free which based on our contract did not have to be done! The whole buying process was quick and easy with no added sales pressure. I would counsel other individuals seeking to purchase a car remotely to consider other dealerships that are more focused on satisfying all customers, including those that don't set foot on the showroom floor.

I decided to buy it so we did paperwork and I was out of there in a few hours. The car was cleaned up and and the gas tank filled for me. I received a follow-up call from Josh a week later asking how everything was going. Overall, the experience was a very positive one.

He walked me through everything step by step he was very knowledgeable about Mercedes.I live out of state so I was going to have my car shipped but due to a time constraint as I was going on vacation I chose to fly in and pick up the car on a spur of the moment.The Bad: The previous evening I spoke with Fernando and chose a $1,700 upgrade of protective coating. As soon as the dealership opened I called and advised Brad that I would be flying in in a few hours and that I no longer want it the protective coating option. When I arrived I was told that the coding was already done BIG SURPRISE NOT! I expected they would try something like that just because that's what car salesmen do. Why would you add a future before any paperwork is signed or money has been transferred? Other than that I had a good experience. I just wish I wouldn't have called and showed up instead and I'm pretty sure that the protective coating wouldn't have been done.
James Gaffney: Purchasing a used Mercedes and needed a Prepurchase inspection. I called on a Friday morning and Jennifer did everything she could to fit me in on Saturday morning. I got a call from Matt in service saying that they were booked and he wasn't sure if they could get to it. Like a true Champ he said come in anyway and he would do his best to get it in. I showed up when he told me to and he got me taken care of. Between Jennifer and Matt, they have earned my business for all our future service needs for our vehicle. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Sarah McIntosh: I purchased a vehicle from this location in October of 2022 and sited multiple (minor) issues with it right off the bat (only 1 of which was ever corrected). The passenger side external turn signal light still pops out of place while driving (could EASILY scratch the paint) and the clasp on the inside of the trunk that holds the door to the jack closed wasn’t replaced, just put back, so that door still opens. I purchased MaxCare for 5 yrs and that only seems to have been worthless!! The radio cuts out for absolutely no reason, the GPS switches from miles to kilometers at random and says the speed limit’s 85 in a 30mph zone or 105 in a 65. Then all of a sudden, it started throwing brake system error messages at me!! They can’t fix any of this “in house”. I have to take it to a dealer to have it looked at and corrected. Now today, my car won’t lock using the key faub OR the button on the inside of the drivers’ door!! I CAN’T LOCK MY CAR!!! They key faub is around my neck, NOT in the car. The spare set is in another city.. I wouldn’t buy another car from this place if I HAD to and MaxCare is a joke!!!

Kenneth Lain: This review is worth reading! First and foremost, Carmax is an incredibly honest company. They had sold me a Mercedes benz, which had unknown damage to the frame. When they discovered the mistake, the team at Carmax jumped into action and moved mountains to make it right. Came in with a Mercedes and left with a brand new Acura, and my payment went down! Carmax could have easily screwed me over, and i wouldn't have known any better. But that's just not how Carmax and thier team rolls.If you are looking for a car, ask for Chris J. He's one hell of a guy. Matthew, the manager, was amazing also!

I couldn't get the car up to them by the 7 day deadline but I made an appointment by the deadline, for 2 days later and they gave me $1500 less because I couldn't get the car there in the 7 days. I even took my quote and appointment emails and they would not honor my quote.

However Sharon who helped us finish up the deal and do express pick up was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely excited for us! She is the only reason we would go back again!
