R S: The service center quoted me $1000 in repairs to my vehicle before they knew it was under warranty with CarMax. I took that quote to CarMax for free repairs under warranty. CarMax walked me through my vehicle and showed me in detail how the repairs listed in the quote from Mazda did not really exist. (ex 1: claimed my belt had a crack when it was replaced with a new one less than 90 days earlier) (ex 2: claimed my suspension was popping out bearings when they weren't shifting whatsoever.)Sketchy service center will lie to you about the state of your vehicle. My trust in this location is lost. I trust CarMax, because they would have been happy to replace these things under warranty, because it's still a billed service and it helps them to have the work to do. CarMax's unbiased inspection of my vehicle saved me $1000.

The service advisor was very understanding. She said we will get you in while you wait as she didn’t want to have me come back a second time. Dealership staff were all very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them when you need service on your Mazda. I rate them at a 10. Very customer focused.

Emma Olmedo: Very disappointed with how I was treated by a sales writer in the service department. After having my car serviced, I hired a tow truck to pick my car up from Luther’s Mazda and bring it back to my house (it will eventually need an engine replacement). When I called and spoke to the sales writer and asked if I could pay my invoice for the service, I was told that paperwork would have to be completed. I thanked him and waited for a texted invoice. After another hour, I called again and asked if I could pay the invoice so that the tow truck could take my car. The sales writer told me that the paperwork would still take a while. I asked if he had an idea of when it would be completed so that I could notify the towing company. The sales writer told me that “It would be done when he finished it and whenever he felt like it”. Both what he told me and the tone he spoke to me in were very unprofessional. I’ve gone to this Mazda location for years and was very disappointed with how I was treated with this visit.

In all honesty, I was nervous and stressed walking into the dealership today, but was put at ease with the overall vibe at Luther Mazda. It’s easy to tell how much he truly cares about making sure each of his customers feels special and has a positive experience.We encountered some roadblocks when trading in my car and ended up having to go get it registered at the DMV on the same day that we were at the dealership trying to buy a new car. Obviously no one loves a trip to the DMV so we were stressed, but Isaiah was so helpful and knowledgeable even when we were filling out things for the DMV that we were confused about. Totally not part of his job to help us with that stuff but he didn’t even blink an eye before doing whatever he could to make things go more smoothly for us. He stuck with us the whole way through (ended up being a 2 day process) and kept on with his support and enthusiasm for us to be getting a new vehicle.Honestly I could go on and on. We are SO grateful for Isaiah as well as everyone that we encountered during our experience here. Headlights dont work because of the fuse box and check engine light came on from hole two days after getting it Spent nearly $9000 on a car that needs a bunch of repairs. :/-----UPDATEMy husband and I aren't much for confrontation and assumed we were sold a bad car because well that's how a lot of used car places are. However, Cody at Metro Motors was quick to reach out and offer to look at and do what he can to resolve any issues. Not only was everything fixed quickly but also for free which based on our contract did not have to be done! The whole buying process was quick and easy with no added sales pressure. I would definetly recommend buying a car from here!
