Scott: I came in needing a specialty part (boost line filter for boost gauge), but to be fair nobody in Kansas city had ever heard of it. But they had quite a selection of braided hose parts and other accessories. The showroom was immaculate and we'll thought out. The two guys I talked to were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back for help finishing my custom catch can setup on my a4 soon.

Steven and his family are all amazing people and have been here for me and my karts since i got the manco 285running in March of 2016, always willing to answer a BRIEF question. He will not complete your build for you but if you have a genuine problem he will always give you an honest answer and that’s exactly this is the only place i go for my karting needs. I’ve probably spent $2500 at this store and not a penny was wasted. Never an RMA product to be very honest, great service, great quality and id call it a great business (photos for fun not attention)

Johnny Gill: Had wife take go kart up there which was 40 min drive for an oil change. They did not want to do an oil change because they said they doubt it starts. Also needed a wheel they didn’t have . He was more worried about getting rim they did not have. So wife brought it back home same day. First thing I did was try and start it and fired right up . So then I found wheel online. And still needed an oil change. Wish he would of did it anyways and not worried if it started or not. So now that I have wheels I have to figure out oil change because I’m not driving back up there . Wish they would of just did oil change how I asked in first place...

Sarah McIntosh: I purchased a vehicle from this location in October of 2022 and sited multiple (minor) issues with it right off the bat (only 1 of which was ever corrected). The passenger side external turn signal light still pops out of place while driving (could EASILY scratch the paint) and the clasp on the inside of the trunk that holds the door to the jack closed wasn’t replaced, just put back, so that door still opens. I purchased MaxCare for 5 yrs and that only seems to have been worthless!! The radio cuts out for absolutely no reason, the GPS switches from miles to kilometers at random and says the speed limit’s 85 in a 30mph zone or 105 in a 65. Then all of a sudden, it started throwing brake system error messages at me!! They can’t fix any of this “in house”. I have to take it to a dealer to have it looked at and corrected. Now today, my car won’t lock using the key faub OR the button on the inside of the drivers’ door!! I CAN’T LOCK MY CAR!!! They key faub is around my neck, NOT in the car. The spare set is in another city.. I wouldn’t buy another car from this place if I HAD to and MaxCare is a joke!!!

Kenneth Lain: This review is worth reading! First and foremost, Carmax is an incredibly honest company. They had sold me a Mercedes benz, which had unknown damage to the frame. When they discovered the mistake, the team at Carmax jumped into action and moved mountains to make it right. Came in with a Mercedes and left with a brand new Acura, and my payment went down! Carmax could have easily screwed me over, and i wouldn't have known any better. But that's just not how Carmax and thier team rolls.If you are looking for a car, ask for Chris J. He's one hell of a guy. Matthew, the manager, was amazing also!

I couldn't get the car up to them by the 7 day deadline but I made an appointment by the deadline, for 2 days later and they gave me $1500 less because I couldn't get the car there in the 7 days. I even took my quote and appointment emails and they would not honor my quote.

However Sharon who helped us finish up the deal and do express pick up was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely excited for us! She is the only reason we would go back again!

Headlights dont work because of the fuse box and check engine light came on from hole two days after getting it Spent nearly $9000 on a car that needs a bunch of repairs. :/-----UPDATEMy husband and I aren't much for confrontation and assumed we were sold a bad car because well that's how a lot of used car places are. However, Cody at Metro Motors was quick to reach out and offer to look at and do what he can to resolve any issues. Not only was everything fixed quickly but also for free which based on our contract did not have to be done! The whole buying process was quick and easy with no added sales pressure. I would definetly recommend buying a car from here!

It is a “BUY AS IS”I bought a nice 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe for $4,900 at 188k miles, but once I got it fixed (the bill was $2k to fix everything) the mechanic said it should’ve never passed inspection. The car still works has minor issues. I knew what I was signing up for but the inspection part was a surprise. So be careful.
Chris hart: This place is a joke. Stopped and looked at a truck. They wanted 4k for a truck with almost 350xxx miles. In reality it was only worth $1000-2000.
Fefe Lala: They sell lemons. Run away quickly from this lot. They line is. I just put a transmission is this car, but in all reality it needs one. They are some scammers. Black people don't shop here.
Terri Cusick: Trying to call they pick up and hang up on you than phone stays off the hook for hours. Try to see inventory but majority of cars are sold and not up to date, also cars you can see over 300,000 miles for more than 3 grand. I'll go elsewhere thanks but no thanks!

First off the horn doesn't work has a bank one system error fuel pump issue. Battery has died on me 3 times the first week having it. This is completely wrong if ur gonna sell a car and has those kind of issues the buyer deserves to know what ALL is wrong with it. Plus there's a lean on that has prevented me from purchasing plates for a whole month. This place has to be one of the worst car dealership

Jimmy Winter: This place sold my wife a car that does not run properly. They promised to fix it. Never did. The warranty they sold us doesn’t cover the fix. Now they want to repo her car because she paid her insurance late. The insurance company doesn’t update the system over the weekend, so it will not show she is covered until Monday. He won’t work with us and wait to check on Monday. He said he was just gonna take the car back. These guys are sweet as pie until they have your money!! USE CAUTION!!!
