Cameron Macias: They sold me a 2020 van that now has $1,000 + in repairs within 2 months and a slipping transmission. During purchase when I asked for maintenance records they told me they don't have them available and their warranty would cover any issues that come up in a relatively short time. Their warranty didn't cover any of it, and the chrysler representative warned us their warranty was not easy to deal with and theyve had clients have issues like this befire from enterprise. I've reached out 3 seperate times since Friday to the sales manager Tom and the Sales associated Anthony and haven't heard back once.

Bryan was so helpful and conscious of the drive my husband and I had to get there so he made sure there were 2 for us to check out so we could make a better decision. Ben was also helpful when I couldn't contact Bryan . The team there was awesome .
Joseph Clark: I arrived at 1:15 pm after driving 2 1/2 hours to get there. Supposedly it was an in and out deal. I didn't get back on the road until almost 7 pm. That was totally unexcusable.

The team is really friendly and customer satisfaction oriented. I realized the brakes were shaking the next few days after I bought the car. Eager Zhang: Thank you Jared and the team for the awesome car purchasing experience!I started looking for a used Hyundai or Kia car since I really loved their design and safety features, and Enterprise Independence definitely got great resources and often below-KBB price with that manufacturer. Yes it's a sales department from a rental car company, but after my first visit I would say the car condition looked amazing considering its mileage! We finally transferred a KONA from Texas and it only took 3 days plus a weekend to arrive, it's clean like new inside the hood! It's been a day of driving my new baby suv now and everything looks and feels perfect.Jared was excellent helping me search for the models and following up with the paperworks! Not pushy at all, very patient and transparent about financing options, and respectful for my busy schedule (!) I would recommend them 100% if you're searching for your next ride, with a good deal.

Josh Herod: Unfortunately, we had the absolute worst purchase experience at the Independence, MO office. Initial sales experience was great, but everything after that was a customer service nightmare. Purchased the vehicle in May and did not finally received all the paperwork necessary to register it until October--all because their office made simple clerical mistakes on the title documents on 4 different occasions! This led to multiple trips to the office, multiple trips to the DMV to try and register, and many phone calls, only to be dismissed and told to keep waiting. There was no initiative taken to update us regularly and seemingly little urgency to resolve the multiple issues created by their mistakes. At one point I contacted customer service through the corporate website to try and get help and did not receive a call back for over a week. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. A 1-star rating seems too high, unfortunately, zero is not available.

Mizz Independent: We had stopped by lt Thursday and was greeted in a friendly manner, we decided to go back by Friday and was asked by a guy if we had been helped to which I replied no. The guy proceeded to go inside and sit down. We remained outside about 10 - 15 minutes without any assistance. As we decided to leave the guy knocked on the window and motioned for us to come inside. Why would we go inside when he knew we hadn’t been helped. They need to understand MONEY IS THE SAME COLOR REGARDLESS TO WHO IS SPENDING IT. Would give a negative rating if I could. AVOID THIS PLACE. This review is for the JJ on 40 Highway.
Hemopheliia TV: DO NOT GO HERE!!! They sold me a car not telling me it was a SALVAGED CAR. Gave me a normal pink slip and ended up getting a rejection letter in the mail saying it was SALVAGED. They never told me upon buying and the men are impossible to understand or get any information from. If I'd known rhe car was salvaged I wouldn't have bought it.

V Ellison: Update: suv started having major transmission issues and 1.5 years later vehicle will not shift and needs a new transmission altogether. -We visited on a saturday afternoon and came back tuesday to pick up the vehicle. Good condition on the vehicle plus affordable prices. Our salesman was Jason and he was professional and the minor issues we had with the vehicle were addressed and fixed by the time we picked it up. While signing/finalizing paperwork Jason put us on the queue for the sugar creek license office and by the time we finished paperwork and I drove to the license bureau it was our turn to get the tags. Overall a very pleasant experience and I have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone in search of a quality used vehicle.

And a month later im having to spend alot more money on a transmission and to have it put in cause it has to be programed to the suv. When i said someone to them about it they wont answer me. The employee was all nice. Intell you have problems with your vehicle and they knew it had problems and still let me and my 2 kids drive off in it they dont care they just worried about money. So i recommend not buying from them. Or check your vehicle really well and dont take there word for it .

Nat: The owner and 2 workers were very kind and made sure to explain all the paper work. It is a “BUY AS IS”I bought a nice 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe for $4,900 at 188k miles, but once I got it fixed (the bill was $2k to fix everything) the mechanic said it should’ve never passed inspection. The car still works has minor issues. I knew what I was signing up for but the inspection part was a surprise. So be careful.
Chris hart: This place is a joke. Stopped and looked at a truck. They wanted 4k for a truck with almost 350xxx miles. In reality it was only worth $1000-2000.
Fefe Lala: They sell lemons. Run away quickly from this lot. They line is. I just put a transmission is this car, but in all reality it needs one. They are some scammers. Black people don't shop here.
Terri Cusick: Trying to call they pick up and hang up on you than phone stays off the hook for hours. Try to see inventory but majority of cars are sold and not up to date, also cars you can see over 300,000 miles for more than 3 grand. I'll go elsewhere thanks but no thanks!

First off the horn doesn't work has a bank one system error fuel pump issue. Battery has died on me 3 times the first week having it. This is completely wrong if ur gonna sell a car and has those kind of issues the buyer deserves to know what ALL is wrong with it. Plus there's a lean on that has prevented me from purchasing plates for a whole month. This place has to be one of the worst car dealership

However, Cody at Metro Motors was quick to reach out and offer to look at and do what he can to resolve any issues. Not only was everything fixed quickly but also for free which based on our contract did not have to be done! The whole buying process was quick and easy with no added sales pressure. I would definetly recommend buying a car from here!

Debra McConville: Very seamless and easy way to buy a car.
Sarah McIntosh: I purchased a vehicle from this location in October of 2022 and sited multiple (minor) issues with it right off the bat (only 1 of which was ever corrected). The passenger side external turn signal light still pops out of place while driving (could EASILY scratch the paint) and the clasp on the inside of the trunk that holds the door to the jack closed wasn’t replaced, just put back, so that door still opens. I purchased MaxCare for 5 yrs and that only seems to have been worthless!! The radio cuts out for absolutely no reason, the GPS switches from miles to kilometers at random and says the speed limit’s 85 in a 30mph zone or 105 in a 65. Then all of a sudden, it started throwing brake system error messages at me!! They can’t fix any of this “in house”. I have to take it to a dealer to have it looked at and corrected. Now today, my car won’t lock using the key faub OR the button on the inside of the drivers’ door!! I CAN’T LOCK MY CAR!!! They key faub is around my neck, NOT in the car. The spare set is in another city.. I wouldn’t buy another car from this place if I HAD to and MaxCare is a joke!!!

Kenneth Lain: This review is worth reading! First and foremost, Carmax is an incredibly honest company. They had sold me a Mercedes benz, which had unknown damage to the frame. When they discovered the mistake, the team at Carmax jumped into action and moved mountains to make it right. Came in with a Mercedes and left with a brand new Acura, and my payment went down! Carmax could have easily screwed me over, and i wouldn't have known any better. But that's just not how Carmax and thier team rolls.If you are looking for a car, ask for Chris J. He's one hell of a guy. Matthew, the manager, was amazing also!

I couldn't get the car up to them by the 7 day deadline but I made an appointment by the deadline, for 2 days later and they gave me $1500 less because I couldn't get the car there in the 7 days. I even took my quote and appointment emails and they would not honor my quote.

The sales rep- Steven was not helpful at all… was quick to shrug us off when I asked if there were any other cars within range.. we had one transferred but when a couple days after it arrived and we were still deciding (we had to find insurance) he kept texting to ask if he can close it out or cancel it. However Sharon who helped us finish up the deal and do express pick up was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely excited for us! She is the only reason we would go back again!

Jessica Neugebauer: Do not buy from them they are so crooked. Where should I start. First week of buying it radiator was bad from it being cold and then having water in it didn't know. They fixed that after complaining of course. First tho tried to tell me it was from a rock driving down the road. Next week found out heater houses and thermostat was broke. Equals $200. Mind you I paid 3900 for this van end of feb. Then the next week after that the ac has a leak not sure how much but did pay 80 bucks for a freon charge. Now found out which is gonna cost me 400 that the harmonic balancer is coming apart. Not sure if anything else is wrong. I'm completely disgusted. Never have I ever spent so much on a vehicle actually ever. And my cheaper vehicles last me two to 3 yrs. Oh and also don't want to forget not as big of deal but principal they said it had working headrest DVD players and radio neither work and and they also said their vehicles are fully service but yet it needs an oil change.Here we go again the next week found another thing wrong of course.... Motor mounts. You are horrible people. You should be ashamed of yourselfs. Over priced junk is all you have.
Logo Face: Bought a car from here for $6000, they said everything was inspected and that they found noting wrong. Five months later I have to replace the engine for $6000 because the head gasket wasn’t even tightened down. This place is a joke

The sales manager chris or something like that made promises to them that he would take care of issues with the vehicles until it came time to do it, then he just laughed and said they were beat. So if your looking for a vehicle, I would strongly suggest not going to this car lot unless you want to get a raw deal

Tim Precht: I asked that the power steering pump get checked out and was assured it would be. I was told a new rack and pinion was installed and irmt was breaking in. Well, the reservoir went dry on the pump and the day after I bought it too. Not happy about that and I drive OTR and can't get back to have it repaired ASAP. Hopefully they will correct this for my daughter and not make me come back to fix something that should have been handled before I bought it

Benjamin Ferrara: I bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu and the owner Alex told me it was a used reliable car that would get me from A to B and just spent 500 to get it legal but not long after I got it my power steering went out then it started making a ticking noise so I thought it need a oil change so I did that then 2 weeks later my engine blew up in it on a intersection with 3 toddlers in the car and it nearly caught on fire I talked to the owner Alex and he told me take it as a loss chop it up to the game be a man the owner Alex didn't even care would not even meet me in the middle and now I still owe 281 for the next 47 months and im sorry but im not paying that I would suggest no one goes to reliable cars kc u might just get scammed like I did

Josh Highfill: bought a car from here a few months ago it was a 2014 kia with just under 120k i was told the car was reliable with no issues. i did not have a mechanic check it out which i probably should have. looked past the reviews they had which werent very good not to mention most cars had body damage and very dirty interior. my car didnt last even 30 days and started making a tick noise. now im stuck with a blown up car and a car ive got to pay back on. i have a little one coming this year so i needed something reliable i talked to the owner about my situation and he did not seem to care at all i would recommend passing this place up or considering the reviews they did not seem to care.

The girls were honest and straight forward and the process stress free; no pressure. I also have a 3 month warranty. My purchase was over a week ago and I'm still happy!
Tyler Gurney: Won't ever come back bought a Taurus about a month ago. I know a $2000 car is cheap and will need some work but first off no way this car passed a legal Inspection the day I left it broke down I ended up having to replace the driver side axle the transmission pan had a hole in it had to replace the transmission pan and gasket the upper and lower intake gaskets because it was leaking coolant I had to replace all 4 tires because the sidewalls were cut tires were completely trash I was sold a car that did not pass a legal Inspection . I didn't even have a inspection sticker on my windshield I had 2 shops do a Inspection and both failed it for over 9 things pretty expensive issues. These people took my money I was limited on cash as my car got stolen and I have 2 kids and I got took for everything I had by these crooks. I have already spent another 1400 just to make this car drivable and it still doesn't pass Inspection. I will definitely be making some calls today and turning over the Inspection slip i have to the highway patrol because these people are not going to continue to do this to people car is still failing for bad front end parts quiet a bit too. These people are selling junk cars with bogus inspections. Terrible customer service and sales manager Alex is a liar and mark the owner cant be contacted to face the issues as the office girl gave me fake numbers. Shady business beware and run far and fast stay away from this corrupt business. Thought I would give a little update today on October 14th 2022 haven't even had the car 2 weeks and now the heater core just went out on top of all other issues I have listed.
