Emily E: I live an hour away, so I called Joanna (when we were about half way there which was my fault) to see about test driving a vehicle. She was honest and told me it was out on a test drive at that moment. We decided to continue to drive that way in hopes maybe the deal would not go through. About 15 min later, Joanna called me to let me know he was going to buy it. Even though I didn’t end up getting a car it was extremely appreciated that she went out of her way to let me know it was sold. That is a sign of great customer service in my book!!!
Shelby Mabery: A craigslist add of the car I’ve been looking to purchase for months brought me in. The car was in great shape and they let me drive to my mechanic in downtown kcmo to check it out hassle free. Johanna was very friendly and kind. She and her fathers partner were very communicative and even helped me problem solve how to sell my old car that wasn’t eligible for trade in. After purchasing the car I noticed a headlight out and came back the next day where they fixed it no problem. The price of the car was reasonable and I appreciated the ease of the purchase and their honesty in general. Thanks guys
Dave Crowell: Worked for days to get a deal made and work on my own financing, after I had done all the stuff on my end and we came up with a number, I'm told they sold it out from under me. This happened twice during our negotiations the dad sold it and had no idea that another deal was made. Sorry but to me that is poor customer service and instead of gaining a lifer they gained a person that will never step foot on the lot and will not tell people to use them. Really too bad since I usually buy every two years or so.

However, since I have purchased this vehicle from this location, I am now having issues with the vehicle. I took two days to make a decision. Test drove both days. Had the car checked, placed on machines etc. Two days after purchasing, the engine light came on. It was a simple fix, but I had to wait two weeks to get the vehicle back. 5 days after I picked the car up, the light came back on. Same issue. Had to take the car back to the service dept. Was able to pick it up the following day which was today. Now that I have the vehicle back, it now makes strange sounds below the vehicle and up near the steering wheel. Sounds that were not there prior to dropping the car off to be serviced. I've only had the car a little over a month and my family and I have not been able to really enjoy it. I'm nervous to even take it back because I may not get it back again for a while.
Steve Dunn: I was skeptical with as many dealerships as these guys have but am glad to report, easily one of the best experiences i have had in a long time. Worked hard with multiple vendors to fet me the lowest price and interest rate based on my average credit. 11/10 will buy next car here again. Melissa was awesome. She also was accommodating of my kids and made them enjoy their experience here also.

Nat: The owner and 2 workers were very kind and made sure to explain all the paper work. It is a “BUY AS IS”I bought a nice 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe for $4,900 at 188k miles, but once I got it fixed (the bill was $2k to fix everything) the mechanic said it should’ve never passed inspection. The car still works has minor issues. I knew what I was signing up for but the inspection part was a surprise. So be careful.
Chris hart: This place is a joke. Stopped and looked at a truck. They wanted 4k for a truck with almost 350xxx miles. In reality it was only worth $1000-2000.
Fefe Lala: They sell lemons. Run away quickly from this lot. They line is. I just put a transmission is this car, but in all reality it needs one. They are some scammers. Black people don't shop here.
Terri Cusick: Trying to call they pick up and hang up on you than phone stays off the hook for hours. Try to see inventory but majority of cars are sold and not up to date, also cars you can see over 300,000 miles for more than 3 grand. I'll go elsewhere thanks but no thanks!
Zach Garton: Bought this 2008 gmc acadia black. Got it Jan 4. And today 24 days later it stops shifting. They sold us a lemon for $3100. Don't buy from them they are liars they will pretend they are friends and try to connect with you. Don't trust this place they are just money hungry liars.

StonedAge GamerGuy: This place is garbage they sold me "inspection improved" car and there's alot of major issues wrong with it. First off the horn doesn't work has a bank one system error fuel pump issue. Battery has died on me 3 times the first week having it. This is completely wrong if ur gonna sell a car and has those kind of issues the buyer deserves to know what ALL is wrong with it. Plus there's a lean on that has prevented me from purchasing plates for a whole month. This place has to be one of the worst car dealership

Tim Precht: I asked that the power steering pump get checked out and was assured it would be. I was told a new rack and pinion was installed and irmt was breaking in. Well, the reservoir went dry on the pump and the day after I bought it too. Not happy about that and I drive OTR and can't get back to have it repaired ASAP. Hopefully they will correct this for my daughter and not make me come back to fix something that should have been handled before I bought it

Jessica Neugebauer: Do not buy from them they are so crooked. Where should I start. First week of buying it radiator was bad from it being cold and then having water in it didn't know. They fixed that after complaining of course. First tho tried to tell me it was from a rock driving down the road. Next week found out heater houses and thermostat was broke. Equals $200. Mind you I paid 3900 for this van end of feb. Then the next week after that the ac has a leak not sure how much but did pay 80 bucks for a freon charge. Now found out which is gonna cost me 400 that the harmonic balancer is coming apart. Not sure if anything else is wrong. I'm completely disgusted. Never have I ever spent so much on a vehicle actually ever. And my cheaper vehicles last me two to 3 yrs. Oh and also don't want to forget not as big of deal but principal they said it had working headrest DVD players and radio neither work and and they also said their vehicles are fully service but yet it needs an oil change.Here we go again the next week found another thing wrong of course.... Motor mounts. You are horrible people. You should be ashamed of yourselfs. Over priced junk is all you have.
Logo Face: Bought a car from here for $6000, they said everything was inspected and that they found noting wrong. Five months later I have to replace the engine for $6000 because the head gasket wasn’t even tightened down. This place is a joke
James Gatlin: A couple of my friends bought trucks from this car lot and they were pieces of junk. The sales manager chris or something like that made promises to them that he would take care of issues with the vehicles until it came time to do it, then he just laughed and said they were beat. So if your looking for a vehicle, I would strongly suggest not going to this car lot unless you want to get a raw deal

They are a very friendly and a family run business, which is great because they actually care unlike the corporate companies, and took the time to explain what problems that they have had with the vehicles, and what to look out for.

I understand some things need fixing but man the alternator went bad there's a bad oil leak I had to replace the air intake hose the battery and so on. Buyer beware. They told me they don't sell cars with the check engine light on well that's because they turned it off.

The Amazing Max: Walked up to the lot today in search of a new vehicle. Saw a pretty polished looking Ranger sitting out near the front door, so I went inside to inquire about the mileage and history, only to be greeted by a clueless old man with a bad attitude and a worse comb-over who answered my question about the mileage with a "Don't know, don't care". I asked him if he knew the mileage on any of his vehicles, and he spouted some nonsense about only being sure on '07 vehicles and above, writing the rest off as having no possible way to tell if the odometer is accurate. After his ramble concluded, he asked me how much I was willing to spend, to which I told him, "I don't know, whatever gets me a good car, but I'll have to know more about them first, yenno?"He pointed me towards an SUV sitting towards the front of the lot that was 7 years old, and he was asking $10,000 firm on it (Still not giving me any information such as a car fax or mileage). I simply told him I would look elsewhere. If not for this man's attitude, I was willing to drop $7,000 on a vehicle then and there. I will be taking my money and business elsewhere, and I advise you to do the same. Especially if your budget isn't that high, as the lower priced cars were afoul with all the signs of being lemons.

The owner Charlie is beyond rude & disrespectful just giving the business as a whole a bad rating. If you’re looking for a car I wouldn’t recommend here simply because you’d have to deal with him. Buy making them pay weakly or by weekly an giving cars to people who can't really afford them !! Take there down payments then on top that they are lemons !! Then he repossess them an leave them with nothing!! Been doing this since 90s I know 4 people he has done this too!! Didn't get chance to tell them before they bought a car from him !!
