Jake Gandy: Do not get your service done by these crooks! They charged us $2500 for front brakes and the 80k service check up. Unfortunately my girlfriend took our Range Rover in instead of me and agreed to let them do the service before I knew how bad they were ripping us off. I called a different Range Rover dealership and they were $850 cheaper but it was too late to take it to them because they already started our service they said. They also added $100 tire rotation when it’s supposed to be included in the 80k service. You would think when you buy 100k cars they would want to be reasonable and keep customers happy but this place is a joke!

Chase from service was very helpful and did everything he could to assist me. He was very easy to get a hold of and sent text updates as they made progress. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend.

We purchased the car from out of state and when we went to pick up the vehicle is took a total of 15 minutes and we were on our way. The have a great inventory and will definitely buy another car from them when the time comes!

When it was at a dealership less then a month after purchase the dealer looked it over and had over $ 10,000 of repairs needing to be done. Their answer was well how does the dealer know that...and their mechanic is cheaper. Why would i use their mechanic when you know you sold me a car with $10,000 plus in repairs. Didnt you already get me once. And BEWARE Ks is non refundable state on the warranty they sell you. I got rid of the car less then 60 days after purchase and was told by warranty company sorry we dont refund in Ks. You lose your $ 1,945 you paid for warranty. Strictly shady business because i know im not the only one to lose out on the warranty. Will not reccommend but will post on social media for buyers beware

Mike Owens: Update: I no longer recommend this dealer. I bought another vehicle from the dealership last year—a 2008 Ford Explorer with just over 100K. I was told things were in good shape. After buying it, I took it to a Ford Dealership that told me my rear brakes were unsafe, leaking radiator, and a broken AC. Country Hills fixed the listed items, but it took them 6 visits. It also has excessive rust, which I was assured was normal for the age of the vehicle. It’s not normal.Over the last year, I’ve had to replace the ignition coil, spark plugs, and airflow sensor, case transfer seal, and now I’m having to replace the transmission. The car has more in repairs than it’s worth. This car has been in the shop 9 times for repairs.Original Review:I was recommended by two different individuals to Country Hill Motors. Needless to say, they were spot on. Rob took great care of me, answered all of my questions, and helped me drive away in a beautiful Toyota Rav 4.The whole experience was easy, convenient, and I’ll definitely be back.

Caleb Reasons: I would try to avoid this dealership at all costs. I previously purchased a 2010 Corolla there for around $10k and, when looking to find an economical vehicle for our daughter to drive, we came back to look at a few cars. We previously worked with Dennis and were directed to him again, which was fine. We had no issues or red flags on the previous purchase. For this next purchase, my wife saw a newly traded 2009 Honda CR-V and inquired about it. They told us that we could put $300 down in a check to hold the vehicle until it was cleaned. When we test drove it, it pulled to the right fairly aggressively. When I said that it seems like it might need an alignment, Dennis told us that it’s most likely needing new tires. That’s not how that works. But we moved on. We asked what the price would be and Dennis said $11,500. We then called a little later to just confirm that and write it on the carfax report he gave. When I called, Dennis then said $12,000. So, ok no big deal. Well talk about it in a few days. I came back a few days later once the car was cleaned. The back seat was still soaking wet, dirt still present in various areas of the car and it still pulled to the right. I only mentioned the pulling to Dennis again and he said that it’s “probably due to the crown of the road, pulling it”. Again, that’s not how that works. In the few days that we were waiting, we had done some shopping around for other CR-V’s of similar years and mileage (this one had ~115,000 miles). We found a few that were a more desirable color (black int/ext) at around $11,000 average. After test driving I mentioned the pulling but said “that’s easily remedied by an alignment so that’s not a deal breaker”. I then said “I think we’d like to over $11,000 for this one”. Dennis immediately turned and started walking to the office and said “well I’ll just give you your check back right now!”. As we’re fast-walking back inside I just mentioned the other vehicles that were close by that were closer to $11,000. He then starts talking about the sophisticated algorithm they use to price their cars. He was very cold and unprofessional. They won’t care what I think of the dealership, but for me I won’t be going back to that dealership. Folks, there are too many used car options out there to let dealerships bully you like this or treat you like trash. Go online to auto tempest and just search your area. If a dealership isn’t willing to negotiate, then just walk away. They don’t deserve your business. They will act like the particular car you’re wanting is “one of a kind”. Well, it is! That’s then nature of a used car. They’re all “one of a kind”. Yours could break down on you in a year or last 20. My recommendation would be to avoid this dealership who marks up their vehicles way too high. They only gave the previous customer $5-6k for this vehicle and are trying to turn a $6k profit. Not good. Run.

Breanna Cossett: First, I want to start by saying we love our vehicle. However, the customer service post purchase has been TERRIBLE. What I mean is, we bought the car shortly after it hit their lot, it had a busted bumper & they promised to fix it. They fixed it, but now the bumper is sagging & they refuse to fix it. Let’s not mention that the bumper wasn’t connected to the electrical stuff it needed to run the headlights after they replaced it. I told the sales lady it was unacceptable and she said “it probably just needs to be reset” we went to the service center (who was fantastic btw) and they reconnected it & was literally confused how they didn’t connect it in the first place.The first time we took it to them to replace the bumper after the parts came in, we mentioned some clips that needed replacing & they said they’d do it. Unfortunately, this was completely ignored. So we just took it in again to get those clips fixed & the sagging bumper. Unfortunately they didn’t fix the bumper & now we have a lot of black dots all over the front end of the vehicle, and one of the interior weather seals is out of place now. Which had no business being messed with at all to begin with. Extremely disappointed in the post purchase customer service.The sales lady said word for word “I hope I never have to see you again, until you’re ready to buy a new car” absolutely not, don’t worry, you won’t see me when I buy a new car either.Photos below of sagging bumper & black spray on the front end of our vehicle.The amount of money we spent on this vehicle for it to continue to come back in worse shape than when we bought it, is beyond ridiculous…I do not recommend them! And in good conscience cannot recommend them to anyone.

r bolling: BUYER BEWARE!!! On October 28,2022I purchased a 2009 Hummer H3 ($14,999) and the next day after purchase the vehicle wouldn't start. The transmission is junk! Took vehicle to GM dealership and Certified Transmission and was informed the transmission and radiator needs to be replaced. ($4,352.83) While driving to the GM dealership the front drivers side quarter panel became loose from the vehicle and almost flew off into the highway. Took vehicle to Caliber Collision and was informed the vehicle looks like it had been previously damaged and whoever attempted to fix the vehicle didn't know what they were doing. Estimate for repair cost ($1,252.64) The owner Hazem Albahar knew the parts were lose and stated he would have them fixed before picking up the vehicle, but never did. The day I picked up the vehicle it had no fuel (empty) and never received the title for the vehicle until January 12, 2023. I was also informed the finance company's fraud dept. is investigating the title. After contacting the owner Hazem Alahar several times in a telephone conversation told me to bring the vehicle back and he would write a check for the purchase price. I took the vehicle back and Hazem drove the vehicle 1 block and said their is nothing wrong with the transmission and walked away. I have had to rent a vehicle several times because the Hummer has left me stranded multiple times. Now the so-called agent or financing manager Tom was never upfront with anything during the transaction. Told me the finance company requires gap insurance which was a complete lie according to the finance company and the state I live in Missouri has laws against forced gap insurance. Tom also told me $1500 for the warranty and was charged $2000. I spoke with the warranty company and was told I was over charged for the warranty. If the vehicle is not a lemon then why didn't Hazem buy back the vehicle as he stated. (have witness to conversation)The owner purchased the vehicle for $8900 and turned around and sold it for $14999. On January 26, 2023 I contacted the car lot and spoke with Tom during the conversation I requested Hazem to contact me and gave my contact information. Tom stated Hazem was at the auto action and would return between 3:30 and 4:00 pm that day. Hazem never attempted to contact me at anytime after my request. I have given Hazem the opportunity to purchase the vehicle as he stated but again they were just lies. I have researched previous customers and found similar experiences. I have also reached out to investigative reporters with local media outlets and will be meeting with them soon. I am in the process of filing complaints with the BBB, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, CFPB, and the City of Overland Park. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against the company for all damages. If Hazem would like to give me back the purchase price as he as already stated he knows my contact info, if not we can let a judge resolve the issue. Today is January 28, 2023 Hazem has until Tuesday January 31, 2023 to contact me. I have also attached the estimates for repair.Rebuttal from Tom Loveless reply on 1/30/2023Tom is lying once again! The only difference in my BBB is I posted the estimate for the repairs. The vehicle is a lemon the transmission is trash! I believe the estimates from McCarthy Chevrolet and Certified Transmission to be true and accurate. They have no reason to lie but Tom has every reason not to be truthful. Tom never at anytime provided documentation he has indicated in his response. The finance company never spoke with me about the financing it was only Tom again lies. Today the finance company's legal dept. contacted me regarding the vehicle. They believe the documentation I have provided them is truthful and factual. I am a business owner myself for more than 20+ yrs. I have never made rude comments at anytime. Both these 2 men have been rude and unethical. I have had a PI investigating the matter for months now. PLEASE BUYER BEWARE! There is a lot more to this watch local media investigations coming soon.
Alex George: Initially, my experience with Euro Sam was great! They had the exact car I had been searching months for and the car I bought from them is wonderful. However, communication to get all of the "I's" dotted and "T's" crossed was lacking.Edit: It took about 6 months from the date of purchase to acquire the lien release to get the car registered. If you go here, make sure to get the title and information needed to register the vehicle before you leave the facility.

After visiting several dealerships, I found a quality, beautiful 4x4 pick up truck at Euro Sam Auto. I was so impressed by the truck, I purchased it on the spot, no test drive. One looked inside and my search was over. Very absurd, but as a car collector, the quality of the truck was so top tier, my decision was instantly easy. My buying experienced was excellent, very thorough with excellent customer service. They have a great collection of cars to choose from, as a collector of cars I will be back for many years to come.

Ocean James: Living in Downtown KC I thought I'd use public transportation and I did for two years; however, Winter was approaching and thought to myself, "not another Winter standing in the cold.". Not sure what kind of vehicle I was interested in I decided to use CarGurus. After two weeks of looking a notice appeared for a 2015 Mini Cooper S Countryman, "what I always have loved Mini Coopers." How many owners, "one, ohh lordy, maybe I've been blessed." Where was the car, "Euro Sam's Auto??" Never heard of them, I called to inquire about the car, it was still there and the salesman, Tom stated, "it's a manual" my response, "even better." I explained how I would have to take a LYFT over the next day and he was nice enough to place a hold. The car was perfect. For a Used Car place I had better service than I'd ever had at a new car place, even with Excellent credit. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car. Prices GREAT, People even better! Thanks for all of your help and kindness, as it's appreciated. People forget the importance of Customer Service now, they know the importance, nice to know it's a place that cares.

Test drove it a couple of times and I was concerned about a small shudder I felt in the engine or transmission. I told the owner and we both test drove it together and it ran fine. I did a small amount of research and the engine sometimes lets a small amount of oil past the rings and into the turbos and hence the shudder. (happens with older, high mileage vehicles). A oil catch can solved the shudder problem.I didn’t know when it had the last oil change was so I asked that the oil be changed upon my buying it. Sam paid to have my oil changed, and is replacing a broken tail light and buying brakes as we agreed. The truck is running fine. I did get all the fluids changed because you don’t know when/if it’s been done by previous owners. Glad I did. All in all I’m happy with my purchase. *Edit:* 6 months in and I’m still happy with my purchase. No problems with the vehicle, it’s still running fine. Would buy from Euro Sam auto again.
Joseph Quijano: Financing and contract department was a breeze to work with. Dealership itself is another story. Buyers beware, dealership purchases salvaged title vehicles with no interest in providing customers with reliable and safe vehicles. Purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 from Sam and right out of the gate dropped 3,000 dollars in repairs. Sam worked with me after my obvious frustration to cover some of the cost but the saga continues. The keyfob was replaced as Sam stated it had a bad key. Not the actual issue, seems to be the ignition module (good luck finding one). Sold me the vehicle with a broken sway bar, after his own mechanic had warned him of the damage. Agreed to replace the brakes as there were none, attempted to replace only 2 out of the 4 sets, his own mechanic decided that was not prudent on their part and replaced all 4. The transmission is slipping after 2 months of ownership, the thermostat control sensor is bad, the heated seats dont work, the third brake light leaks, and the list continues. If Sam had been upfront and honest about the vehicle he was selling me, I would have walked away from this deal. He was so motivated to sell this piece of junk that he bought sight unseen, probably paid too much for and had no interest in fixing to provide his customers with a reliable vehicle. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle off this lot to anyone. I've ordered replacement parts for the sway bar and stabilier bar links but everyting is back ordered and wont be in until maybe January. Until then I have to commute in this death trap with my 5 year old and 3 month old. Fun fact, because the ignition module is shot, if I hit a bump on the highway the whole vehicle can potentially loose power and shut itself off, making for very dangerour highway driving. BEWARE
Willie Young: I had a great experience shopping for a car at Euro Sam Auto. It was right next to Grandstand Burger, so my girlfriend and I grabbed lunch and then went vehicle shopping. Whatever you are looking for, odds are they will have it on their lot. Everything from Mercedes Benz G wagons, to Mustangs, Corvettes, Maseratis and all the way down to a Hyundai Sonata. If you need it they will probably have it. I was in the market for a four-door pickup truck and they had inventory in stock. We took care of the details such as my budget and the specifics of everything I was looking for and then we went out to the lot. There were several trucks to choose from, great to not-so-great. There's something for every budget. When it was time to test drive, we got the keys and got on the road. Once I was comfortable with the results of the test drive, we went in to discuss finances. They were not pushy and the process was very well explained. I wanted a vehicle with a warranty and they went out of their way to get me a 6-month warranty for the truck that was well within my budget. Our salesman, Sage, was new to the business but not new to the profession. He carried himself very well, he was knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot, and he was able to quickly get us to the vehicle that will we would eventually buy. If you are looking for a place to confidently buy a used car I can recommend Euro Sam Auto.

If you're going to go here to purchase a vehicle, I would definitely recommend going to her for all of your needs and to help you through the process.Now why I'm rating 4 stars is because of the service side. We purchased a vehicle that had went through their shop and inspection process (as all of their cars do), but when we drove it home after purchasing the vehicle, we noticed a problem. We didn't even have the truck 24 hours before we took back to them for them to fix it. They improved the problem they identified but once again the problem was still there. We took it to another shop and had them inspect the truck. They found more repairs that needed to be done to fix the problem all the way. We took the recommendations back to them and all in all they did fix the problems with no push back. My recommendation after this experience is take a vehicle you're looking at to a mechanic you trust and have them do an inspection as well or have them ride with you. I would also recommend to make sure to test drive the vehicle on the highway. That was our mistake by not doing so this time around and that's why we did not feel the problem until we were headed home going down I-70 and over 50mph.The finance guy was great too, not pushy at all when it came discussing a service contract. He also ended up finding us a slightly better interest rate up to an hour before signing papers, that was very much appreciated as rates are crazy high right now.

Jay Temaat: Do not buy a car here…. Truck was a 2015 F150 and with in two year the sync screen stopped work, axel had to be replaced, Key Fob broke, and back up camera had to be fixed.Quick update…. Currently broken down with a water hose leak. Add that to the abundance of problems. Forgot to add that I also have two blown out speakers and the cup holder dash is broken. I cannot stress enough to not buy anything from this dealership.

Rachel Kufeldt: My overall experience was very positive and I LOVE my new car.I first began communicating with Makenzie. She was extremely helpful and is a good person to have on the front lines when people are searching online and are gathering preliminary information. Through my communication with her, I had set up a test drive the following day, as well as asked her if it would be possible to take the car home for the weekend since my husband could not be present at the dealership. I showed up the following day, found the car on the lot and peeked in the windows to find pop cans in the console. When I went in to speak to Turner (our sales person), the manager said that he had belongings in there and to “picture it cleaned up” as he had been driving it as a demo. I took it for a short ride and everything went well. When it came to negotiating, there really was none. I was basically going to pay the advertised price or I wasn’t going to get the vehicle. I appreciated the efforts to find financing that worked for my budget. Overall, the customer service experience was spot on, and I appreciated them sending a courier to get the signed paperwork so I didn’t have to make a special trip. Turner and Makenzie were terrific! Staff were attentive but not pushy and I left feeling that I had received a good value, as I had done extensive research on Tellurides and knew what I could get for my money. The certified warranty appealed to me, as well. Once the negotiating and financing process was complete, I took the vehicle with me for a more extended test drive over the weekend. I was running tight on time getting my daughter to work but by the time I got back to my side of town, I only had 20 miles to empty. I had to stop to put gas in it just to get home. Since I had made an appointment and specifically mentioned wanting to take the car over the weekend, I would have expected it to be cleaned up and have gas in it. Upon returning the vehicle after the test drive, everything went well to wrap things up. I inquired if the vehicle would be fueled up at time of signing and the response was “if you give us a 5-star review!” I scheduled to pick up the vehicle on Friday and low and behold it had not been filled up!!! Thank you, Turner for making that right, but it should have been taken care of already. In addition, the advertised mileage on the vehicle was just over 32,000 miles, but when I went to test drive, it had an additional 2,000 miles on it. While this wasn’t a deal breaker, one thing you have to keep in mind is when it’s due for an oil change. I have under 1,000 miles left until an oil change is due. I think when someone purchases a new car, the last 2 things they should have to do is fill up the tank and have to get the oil changed right away. So again, overall, a good experience, but some definite misses in the details.
