The manager was rude and didn't even introduce himself and they asked for redundant information they already had., I won't even talk about how poorly they were dressed. Christy Meiers: I bought a car this summer and while I love it, I would have loved it more if I would have been listened to. I told the seller that the speaker was not working and that some paint needed touched up. I was told to come in whenever on a certain day. I showed up on that day and no one knew what I was talking about. After about 15 minutes they went and got my seller and they put my car into be looked at. I waited over 3 hours and heard nothing. I finally went to the desk and no one could tell me where my car was and what was going on. Once again the seller was contacted he said wait a minute. He came back and nothing had been done and that I would need to wait. Waited another hour and he came back. The paint looked good and I asked him about the speaker. He said it was fine. I told him it was not ok and that it goes in and out and vibrates the sound to distortion. He said it was fine. Got into the car and the speaker was still doing the same thing. At that point I had to get home because it had been over 4 hours. The speaker is still not working right and there was some smeared paint that was not fixed. I will now have to take it to another place to have it paid for out of my pocket when it was promised to me that it would be fixed when I got the car. Huge disappointment in the service I received as far as the things needing to be fixed. I love my car but now I have to put more money into it when I shouldn't have had to.

Devin was not only super chill, but also extremely helpful. I also found out that they don’t do commission here. Nice. Keep up the great work guys!
