Lipton Conservation Area: what do users think?
Penny Carlson: Didn't see any bathroom.Playground: Yes Public restrooms: No Off-leash dog area: No Picnic tables: Yes Barbecue grills: No …More
James R: Justin Gann, fyi; the deer aren't the only animals that use those trails. I was wondering down one and startled twoguys that using drugs. It's a very nice park regardless. Take my kiddos all the time
Claire Pederson: Trail is only .5 miles; while short, it is a pretty area. LOTS of off leash dogs.
kollaspe3: This place is very near and dear to my heart. It was my childhood playground. I only gave it 4 stars because it's not the wilderness I remember as a kid, but rather more of a public walking trail now.
Ashley Smith: It really was just a gravel road leading to an empty field. No trails in site and refuse all over the place
Pamela Phillips: Beautiful, quiet, natural area; hidden in plain sight.
4Paws Peace: Nice park
amanda BonHardt: Beautiful and kept well! Regularly patrolling police so it's a safe place for pets, kids, moms & dads... everyone can enjoy themselves! Hint hint
Robin Young: Nice
Kelsi Hill: Yay
Blue Collar American: Could be better
Justin Sherman: Great place to relax.
Tony Ellis: Great place to walk !
Mike Perry: Not bad only problem is no one cleans up after pets on the trail you have to play dodge the poop!
Dennis Lockhart: I drive by many times a week. And have never noticed that the grass needed mowed. Very well takes care of.
Jamie Bruntmyer: Great place to take your dog. Good place for the kiddies to play. Take a group and play softball or base ball. Heck take a kick ball and play kick ball on the base ball diamond!
Anthony Wright: Land
Kim Osborn: Very nice trail traversable with a stroller
Justin Gann: This walking trail is always a lot of fun. You can stick to the main path, or wander off on any number of deer trails running through the middle of the woods between walking trail itself.
Mike Rice: Nice walking trails, located near tennis and skate park. Well maintained park type area.

Bass Pro Shops: what do users think?
Marie Cooper: The staff was helpful and friendly.
C Coe: not busy
Les Bratton: Grat place to shop for outdoor gear and sporting goods.
Marcus Pratt: The for sale box of ammunition I wanted to purchase was not marked with the price, forcing me to buy a more expensive box that I really could not afford. It was only after I purchased my ammunition that a salesman put the correct price on the ammunition. When I brought this to their attention, they inform me that I would have to go up to the refund counter and go through the whole process of getting a refund and then purchasing the ammunition that was on sale! I felt that they could have easily avoided this by simply advising me of the sales price in the first place. Normally I have very good purchasing experiences with Bass pro, but this time I was a little inconvenienced with the purchase in this particular case.
Dj Kappa: Great place to shop for a variety of things.
Michael Woodard: Put a lot of trust in Dons advice. Really steered us down the wrong path for the fishing tournament. Out of hundreds of dollars in possibly the worst bass lures ever recommended. The fish absolutely hated the color schemes that don swore by. Kinda thinking he just made it all up.
Evelin Carrasco: Great staff! Always friendly and welcoming! Always clean and organized. Love it!
Danny Bland: Good
Henry Joyce: IT WAS SO LIT!
Sara Beth Prideaux: If you are a woman who is looking for hiking gear and/or shoes do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The women's clothing section doesn't offer any real attire fit for doing any serious hiking yet the men's section does. I went to try on hiking boots and Bass Pro apparently does not cater to wide sized feet. Bass Pro definitely needs to step up their game.
Tim Smith: Check out was very slow. There was only one person ahead of me and it took 10 minutes to get through the line. The cashier seemed very interested in chatting with the lady ahead of me. The customer service area had 2 people standing around doing nothing. I understand customer service representatives are not allowed to take customers money for purchase. The credit card reader is an older slower version that keeps popping up messages to leave your card in the reader. These machines need to be updated.
Tyler Lynch: Don’t even say hi when you walk in they just want you to apply for a credit card
ronald jones: Favorite place.
Brett Coulson: Why did you cheapen up the red head pocket tee shirt.I won't be buying these anymore.
Jason Gibson: I ordered online for instore pickup. It would have been faster for me to come in myself. While I am always satisfied with the selection, there is always a lot of people around, but onky a few allowed to work customer service.
Shea R.: Had the best customer service at the gun counter with Mike! We came in close to closing time and he helped us right away, didn’t rush us and answered all the questions we had. Walked away with a great handgun & a happy experience. We will definitely be back! Go ask for Mike!
Deborah Anderson: Nice clothes at a good price. Good sales at Christmas.
Sara LaMastres: I have been visiting this Bass Pro since I was a child. I have many memories here and I'm glad I get to make memories with my children here too! My son and I visited the other day and he loves to see the animals. The store is always clean and well organized and the animals are obviously well taken care of! I just wish the restaurant was still open. The food was great and again, great memories there! Hopefully it comes back in the future!
Jason Stidham: All your fish
Ddarkest Knight: Very helpful and professional staff overall in my experience. Gold star for sure.
Dave Spada: Meh

Burr Oak Woods Conservation Area: what do users think?
L P: beautiful nature center, great for kids.
Melinda Pabst: This is such a great place for hiking and walks! The nature center is super fun for kiddos. They employees are super nice and helpful!
Angie Nickell: This is one of the best conservation areas we have visited in MO. The trails were very well maintained and mostly flat. We parked at the first trailhead for the Wildlife Habitat trail. We took that trail, connected with the Hickory Grove trail, then went on to the Bethany Falls trail. Bethany Falls is named for the "Bethany Falls limestone", there is not a waterfall anywhere on this trail. The limestone bluffs are really neat and fun to explore. While on the Bethany Falls trail, we took the Prairie Connector trail to the Discovery trail. The Discovery trail is a paved loop near the nature center. There is a second paved trail near the nature center, but we didn't explore it. The nature center is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so we didn't get to go inside it. We doubled back from the Discovery trail to the Prairie Connector trail to get back on the Bethany Falls trail. This led us back to the Hickory Grove trail so we could get back to where we parked. Strava clocked our hike at 6.85 miles. We really enjoyed our time here. Hikes can be short or long, depending on what time you have and how far you want to walk. Note - do not bring your dog(s) b/c they aren't allowed on the trails. Also, there is no trash can at the Wildlife Habitat trailhead. There is a dumpster at the Bethany Falls trailhead. There are a few privy toilets at different trailheads but no hand sanitizer so bring your own.
Tangy Gleets: I almost did not visit here because Google Maps says it's closed. You can walk most of the trails, though the close the gates at 8pm. Super fun, beautiful, and very easy trails to follow. There are little "adventure" trails from the marked trails, though I would only explore those with a friend or two. I used the AllTrails app to navigate and it was pretty much on! Some trails are dirt and grass, and others are paved or gravel. You can pick your own hike, or adjust on the fly. It's another gem of a trail area for eastern Jackson county! I would definitely recommend if you enjoy trails.
Leigha Zank: Burr Oaks staff provided a program about Reptiles to students at Pioneer Ridge in the Special Education program. The presentation was wonderful and students were able to interact with animals.
Brice Willson: Great local Nature Center with many exhibits for young and old! Many live animals, such as snakes, frogs, turtles, and large aquarium with many types of pond and river fish. Also an awesome bird viewing area with large windows. Many trails to walk through the area. Love it. Best of all it's FREE.
Michael Dade: Very clean park good trails, lots of things to explore.
Shane Supernault: It was awesome. Lots of trails and beautiful scenery
Katrina McGonigle: The trails are great. The nature Center is fine however the staff does not really interact with the patrons.
Isaiah: Nice scenic route. As expected!
Joey Lutes: Awesome little nature center - perfect for kids. Great hiking trails as well and very well maintained. Go explore!
Ryan: My favorite place to take my kids onto the years. Just spent the afternoon there with my ten year old son on my birthday. Something for all ages, no matter the weather.
Russell Boyce: Great place for learning about nature kid friendlyRestrooms: Clean
Samantha H: Great trail
Bill Cockerham: Fantastic area for walking.
Doug Hayes: Great place for kids and adults, inside or outdoors!
Liam Dowd: Kids love this place! Blue Springs has so much to offer!
Joseph Crownover: Great local place to trail walk.
Jack Patrick: Great place for a good hike
nobody important: Great place to take kids .
Amanda Blair: This was a great little hike. The rocks are beautiful. No dogs which is kinda nice sometimes. Lots of ppl out enjoying this trail.

C. R. Sales Firearms LLC: what do users think?
JK Alston: Had an overall positive experience with CR and hope to do business with them again in the future. I was unfortunately unable to complete my original purchase but they worked with me and I was able to purchase a nice vest instead. I really liked how they handled everything and can tell they just wish to do honest business like most hardworking Americans. Shop here
D P: I visited today looking for items to add to the collection. Although they did not have what I was looking for today, I will stop by again. It's nice to see a 2A store based on customer service, friendly and honest interactions. Thank you!
Joel Overstreet: Staff is knowledgeable and approachable. Best in the business. Customer for life!
Matt Mansell: From my first visit years ago to my recent purchase this place has been top notch. They are usually busy so be patient. I love that they willing to take the time to break down a firearm so when you leave you have confidence in your purchase. The owner clearly has a passion for the products he sells and the people he caters too. Thank you for your help with YHEC also.
Bobby Jones: The owner of this establishment is very acknowledgable about different types of handguns and rifles. The gentleman is a nice person that cares about his customers.
Arthur Chipman: Excellent service helping transfer firearms. Good selection of firearms and ammo
Joshua Reed (Jhwk): Great store, was impressed with selection and prices.
geo marzolf: Great gun shop and very knowledgeable staff. Owners son was great. I like family owned businesses.
Brent Forrest: I only dropped in for fingerprinting, but was really impressed by the shop and their customer service. Very approachable and knowledgeable guys and, at a glance, a nice selection of in-stock firearms too. Will definitely be coming back to them when considering my next purchase.
Batite Shadowwalker: Friendly staff, good selection and they are willing to work with you. If they don't have something, they can see about ordering it and they have a 90 day layaway program.
Shakeyfox: Walked in and asked a few questions about folding adapters for AR15s to which I was talked down to in a very demeaning way. Walked out mid sentence… will not go back plus their pistol prices are very expensive add $100 to what you would spend at any other mom and pops gunshop.
J Andrew: Some of the rudest employees I've ever encountered
Henry B Peña: this place is pretty good. the employees are super friendly, they solve whatever you need. The prices are the best I have seen, even better than buying online, they also have a lot of merchandise, I went to several stores and only here did I find what I was looking for.
Frank Pittman II: I have nothing good to say about this place!
Jamie Locker (Spidey): If you want to pay $80 a box for ammo, go to these guys. I did. Man, sleep well fellas!!! Making that money over all this shortage! Super disappointed.
Jacob Golding: Great store, I've purchased 3 pistols and a rifle from this store. They are extremely knowledgeable. They held a great cc course that I attended, but I let it expire while I was stationed in California. I can't say much for ammunition sales as I purchased mine elsewhere, but if it was as good of an experience as the firearms then I'm sure it's great.
Frankie Miller: Great first time, then when I tried to come again their website said it was open and so did the sticker on their door, but the door was locked I waited to see if they would open and no response, I drove a far distance to come to this store for their false advertisement of being open to the public
Matthew Thompson: Great Customer Service, Good Selection on Firearms. And Very Fairly Priced. Will definitely be going back for future purchases.
Joey Boots: Wow! Amazing place to shop for firearms. The staff is super friendly and patient.
Chris Leatherman: These guys are always easy to work with. Very up standing store. I have bought several fire arms from them and many more to come. Easy layaway terms too... Thank you. C.R
Alexander Wildt: Incredibly friendly staff. Will be a returning customer
