Genesis of Kansas City: what do users think?
101: Couldn’t be more pleased with Reed Group. More than Fair Trade Value. And got my payment right where I wanted it. No haggle
Melinda: Prior to the appt there had been some issues with the part replacement not being painted & yet no one knew that when the service appt was made & not even until after us already dropped the car off & left. Then it took a couple more weeks to get another appt to get in again. I only got a appt scheduled because I called to ask if the part was ready, as I’d not heart from anyone. That part of the whole process was quite frustrating. However, with all that being said, I am basing my current review/rating off the interaction on the day of actual service. Jessie was fantastic to work with. She was nice & friendly, very knowledgeable, explained things clearly, kept me updated, & was able to offer a small compensation for the previous issues. The waiting area was clean & comfortable with a snack station & beverages for customers. I appreciate there being plenty of charging ports for phones & laptops. The only suggestion here would be to either have some work stations or a second counter to be able to work on a laptop more comfortably. The chocolate bar as a ‘thank you’ upon completion of service / payment was a nice touch as well. Overall a really good experience for my first car service here. I plan to have all of my service appts done here at Reed.
Sarah el chami: Edited because I couldn’t reply to owner’s comment:I purchased my car from them in 2021(Tuscan 2022) and now I get a reply on my review that they don’t have me in their records, please look again. I was given a very low value for my prior vehicle and was misinformed about some of the costs. More recently, I have been trying to reach out to someone from finance for 3-4 weeks. Left voicemails, spoke with 3 different people in the office with no luck. Finally, I was able to get a hold of someone after calling them more than 7 times for a very minor issue.
Jen C: We bought our brand new vehicle from Reed Hyundai. I’m giving them two stars, because from a responsiveness point DURING the purchase process, they were great. The dealership is also beautiful. I feel like it’s important to mention that we paid cash - in that we wrote them a 30K check one week, and within about a month and a half, were a bit hung out to dry. Now, for the bad parts.1. We got a flat tire within 6 weeks of purchasing our vehicle. While the flat tire is not Reed’s fault, of course, the way it was handled was awful. The “tire mobility kit” that is provided (A) doesn’t work and (B) actually precludes you from being able to get a flat tire patched. We tried to use it, it didn’t work, and then when we got towed to the tire store, we learned that the mobility kit actually completely ruins the tire and the whole thing needs to be replaced. In other words, your flat goes from a $25 patch to a $350 tire replacement (this information appears NO WHERE on the kit or any other materials provided by Hyundai). When we called to talk to the manager about this, the answer that we got was “wow… I’m surprised your sales person didn’t tell you about this. I tell all of my customers about this. Sorry, that sucks. *Shrug* ” No offer or information about getting a spare tire. We wrote them a 30K check six weeks before and they were pretty over us the next week.2. I went in to have one of my sensors checked as I wasn’t sure it was properly functioning. I drop it off, go home, wait six hours, and get a call about a completely different repair/sensor that “my car isn’t equipped with, that’s why it’s not working.” I calmly stated my vehicle is equipped with it. “Oh, yeah, I see that now. We have no way to test that.” A lot of wasted hours.Overall, I can’t say I was feeling any amount of customer service care. I felt completely hung out to dry not once, but twice. Definitely not the experience I expect from purchasing a brand new vehicle.
Wanda S. Smith: Great Advisors and great vehicles, you can't go wrong with Hyundai's
Jackie White: Salesman said I could look at car first thing in the morning after it was inspected. I made arrangements with him to look at the car first thing in the morning. Took off work and drove 30 miles for my appointment and an employee bought the car the night before. If there is an appointment with a customer to look at the vehicle it shouldn’t be sold to an employee. I will advise everyone I know to stay away from Reed Hyundai. They don’t care about customers.
Maddy Westcott: I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Reed Hyundai KC yesterday! I can’t thank Isaiah Taylor enough for his help throughout and ensuring I was comfortable and making knowledgeable decisions during this process. I’m a first time buyer and I’ll be back!
Trudy Edson: Purchased a new Kia Seltos from Reed Kia in Shawnee. Very happy with the service from Scott V. and especially Scott S. If I have questions I feel very comfortable reaching out to them. Also Matthew was great helping with the financial part. They all made it pretty easy. Thank you to all of you!
Donald Cook: Friendly staff, will work for you and your needs
Pamela loughnane: We went into the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind. Isaiah was a terric salesman. He did a fantastic job with us. Geoff completed the paperwork and was also terrific. The overall package you get for buying a vehicle at this dealership is phenomenal. I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else again. Warranty is double, and there is a bonus for being a Costco or Sam's club member. They just blew me away .
Stephanie Torres: Our car was here for 113 days to get a new engine under warranty. Every time we called it seemed like no one knew what was going on with our car. We were told requests were submitted only to call back the next week and find out that it wasn’t. They never reached out to us for updates we always had to call them and even had to get consumer services involved (which was also useless). We also received pushback on being the original owner repeatedly despite having all the paperwork to show we were.UPDATE: Don’t be fooled by their response. They posted a week ago they would be in touch to follow up and still have yet to call. They don’t care about customers at all.
Fletcher Hill: Very good experience buying my Santa Cruz. Robert "Fitz" Fitzgerald was the salesman and he was professional, always ready with accurate information, never over bearing. The negotiation was factual and devoid of any pressure. I recommend Fitz and Reed to everyone! David S.
Ian Tait: I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Loyalty means nothing to them, their workers are rude and unhelpful, their service takes forever (well over a week for a brake system replacement) and most of the time they aren't skilled enough to find the root cause of the problem the first time when a vehicle is brought in for service. When brought in a second time, they will not honor warranty from the first fix. They instead find every way they can to make you have to pay full price again, and don't offer any sort of discount for screwing up the first time. I will be purchasing a new vehicle soon, but it will certainly not be from tis dealership, if I even decide to buy a Hyundai.EDIT: Shortly after posting this I got a call from the dealership and they got me squared away. They honored the warranty from the failed fix the first time, reducing my bill this time by 50%. They were also able to provide me a loaner for the rest of the time that my vehicle will be in the shop. Thanks for the help, I am a much happier customer now :) I have raised my review from 1 star to 4 because once I spoke with the manager, everything worked out as I had hoped it would. Not giving it a 5 star just because I had to fight the system to get to this point.
Stan Herbert: It sucked
Harley Busch: Friendly parts department. Customer service wS attentive to our needs and stayed with us until our questions had been answered
marchai ashley: My car wouldn't ACCELERATE after I entered the highway one morning during rush our traffic. And the car wasn't throwing out any error codes. I was able to get safely off the highway and call AAA to tow me to the dealership after waiting an hour or so. I was told that they didn't see anything wrong with my car and sent me on my merry way. If I pass out or collapse unexpectedly, the doctor isn't going to just send me home. He's going to figure it out before I injure myself further or die. Yes, it's a little extreme . But it's a dangerous situation no one wants to be in, especially with children in the car. Taking this issue straight to Hyundai corporate.
Robert Morris: I'm so Happy with my 2020 Kia Soul X Line I bought, and no pressure from my Sales guy Arturo, I Rate there Sales Staff a 5 Star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Reed Hyundai.
Heather Lynn: My first time buying a Hyundai was last weekend. Robert was amazing to work with. He was patient, kind and fun. He answered all of our questions both features and cost and took the time to call and see how we liked the Santa Fe after we left.Definitely would buy another Hyundai and I really hope he is still there when I do!
g Motes: I live 5 minutes from a Hyundai dealership and 20 mites from Reed Hyundai. I get better service and treated better with Reed Hyundai. So I will always bring my 2016 Hyundai Elantra to Reed Hyundai everytime. It's worth the drive to be treet nice and not be pressured into trading as I await service. Thank you
Alijah Roath: I’m going to give this place a Solid Two stars. The building is very nice and up to date. They gave complimentary snacks in the waiting area. I came to get a key fob. The guy that was in the service department seemed very helpful at first but as time went on, his attitude deteriorated. For some reason, The technicians couldn’t make my key fob but were able to cut me a key. The Service consultant still tried to charge me 99 DOLLARS FOR JUST A SPARE KEY !!! When I told him I didn’t need a spare key, he told me there’s nothing he could do and I have to pay the rate. Thank God that the key wasn’t in my car and he had to return my money. It was very evident that he was working on commission & he was visibly upset when he had to return my money. He gave me super shady vibes and I don’t ever want to return to this dealership. This was my first & maybe last time going to a dealership for service. I HATE feeling like people are trying to get over on me.Update : My biggest concern was still being charged for a key without getting the fob. Yes, I wouldn’t have paid a difference for the fob, but I came in wanting to pay the full balance for the key and fob, not just a spare key. The vibes were just weird. Still waiting for the refund to process though.
Tony Verrett (Rebeltv3): Excellent experience buying and getting services for other vehicles.

McCarthy Blue Springs Hyundai: what do users think?
Rebecca Myers: I recently purchased a new Santa Fe and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. James and Jason made everything very easy and were a joy to work with.
Keishla Collins: RJ, has made my experience a lot better. He went above and beyond the call of service for me. I am very grateful for all he has done for me.
Earl Ward: My service manager R.J. was very helpful, even came and checked on me while I was waiting
Larry Harris: Jenna White was very helpful in the process.
Brian Chadwick-Robinson: I made an appointment to get a software update and upon arrival was informed that it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait to even have someone look at the vehicle. A colossal waste of time and appointments. Taking my vehicle back to Northtowne Hyundai where we have never had this lack of service.
Shannon Dunn: The whole process was great. My salesman Rodney Sutherlin was great. No pressure, just very helpful. Everyone in the chain from the salesman to the manager, and the finance guy was a pleasure to work with.. This is a great place to buy a car!
Susan Martens: Great experience shopping for a new car with sales associate Rodney Sutherlin and the whole team. Courteous and prompt updates on my vehicle's arrival date, easy communication, and a great free delivery service from friendly and helpful folks.
Lois Besch: BEAUTIFUL PLACE. Bathroom was new and clean.RAYMOND ROGERS WAS A VERY GOOD FRIENDLY . CONSULTANT.
Jose Barajas: Their service department is terrible stay away. I took the car in because the idle stop wasn’t functioning correctly. They discovered it was the starter. They told me they would order the starter get it in the next day and install it, nine days later I receive the car back. There was no communication. I had no idea what was going on with the vehicle. I had to go down there to find out what was happening with the car.I’d recommend going elsewhere do not use their service department. When I spoke to them about it, all I got was attitude as if they were doing me a favor. Their entire crew needs training on how to deal with people. No empathy whatsoever. It’s bad enough when you’re already having car troubles, then to get treated like you don’t matter really hard to deal with. I purchased two vehicles from the dealership. I’ll never purchase from this dealership again. Two weeks later, the engine light comes on. I take it back to them and give them another chance. Hey, everybody has a bad day. They have had the car for three days with no contact. Again, I have no idea what is happening with the vehicle. They can care less about your inconvenience. This will be the last time I return to this location they don’t deserve my business.
D85 Brown: 5/31/23 I had an appointment to get my Rotors resurfaced at 12:15pm RJ checked me in and told me the wait would be "1 1/2 hours", cool. 2 hours and 15 minutes go by, I proceed to ask William Givens does he know how much longer it would be for them to finish up on my vehicle? his response is "it's the machine and this happens all the time" (nonchalant attitude) I walk back out into the waiting area just to wait another 2 hours and 30 minutes; William comes out to tell me the Rotor machine wasn't working properly. Communication goes a long way; I was being very patient/respectful with the workers at Hyundai in the Service Dept just for me to get the response I did AND having to wait as long as I did. If someone would have just come out and communicated that to me, I don't think I would be on here giving you all one star. I have been going to Hyundai for years now and I am very disappointed in their service and makes me not want to return.
Angela wiles: R.J was who took care of my daughter when she was there. She is young and he really made her feel comfortable. I really appreciate him!!! Thank you so much!!
Lyle Williams: Recently purchased a Hyundai Hybrid from McCarthy Hyundai in Blue Springs, MO.Kevin Heuerman was very professional with demonstrating the vehicle and was very helpful in answering technical questions about the vehicle. Jordan Payne: Just bought a car from McCarthy Hyundai. Frank Dale was a big help throughout the whole process. He was friendly and knowledge.
Jason Ingram: James and Jason were great to work with and very knowledgeable.
Joseantonio Guillen: Had a great experience with Frank and Gracee!5/5 recommended getting your car here and ask for them!
Angie Yelton: Shout out to Rodney Sutherlin and Ryan (sales manager) for all of their assistance!

Northtowne Hyundai: what do users think?
Lyle Williams: Adam Quint is the person to talk to at Northtowne Hyundai!
Carlos Vides Advisor Academy: It was easy in and out friendly serviceThank you Dan parts department
Michael Strother: I was advised to use Northtowne so I had my Santa Fe towed to this location. I am upset still and this was months ago. Initially went for a blinking check engine light because while driving hit a small box that fell out of a delivery truck near a weigh station. The small box got wedged into the wheel well doing visible damage to the under carriage liner ripping some bolts out that secured it in place.Northetowne Hyundai override the CPU to reset the check engine, which did satisfy my main concern of the engine howeverThey decided it was cool to leave the liner hanging into my wheel and it just continues to drag into the breaks. I've had to personally use a hand saw to modify the liner myself in order to avoid further damages to the vehicle and the bolts, yeah, they're still missing.Thank you for using a computer to over ride the check engine lights, that, and nothing else.
Allison Friedrich: Great experience with Tom Sexton. He helped us buy our new-to-us vehicle and actually called us when they got it in on a trade before anyone else had a chance to come get it!
Mike Oxmall: Was told last week. They couldn't look at my car in service for 6 months. Either they're that busy with broken hyundais or the service advisor didn't want the service because it was probably covered under a recall for a motor. Was advised to take it to st joe hyundai by him. They're only 2 days out from looking at it. Maybe you guys should talk to each other an load share or learn to manage better.
Scott Freeman: My ex wife traded in our car here. My name is on the title. Northtowne Hyundai sold the car immediately and did not consult me, meaning they sold the car without a title. This is “floating” a title and is a felony.
William Douglas: Great service
Collin Wright: Somehow a complimentary oil change gets turned into over 300 dollars in service. Receipt reads customer requested items that I didn't. Was told that all these items were required and couldn't remove any. Offered a 10% discount to try and make peace.Overall, normal business practices from a dealership. Go to Hyundai's website, get the factory recommendations and go somewhere else.
Tom Rash: Request Service Writer, Bobby... especially if you're a "Seasoned Citizen". 😊
Charles Brovont: J.P. Knudsen, sales rep, for us. Very nice to work with. He searched and reserved the exact car with colors we wanted. Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid. Our dealership experience at Northtowne Hyundai was the best I have ever had at a dealership. Very friendly, and very efficient and quick. Our trade-in and final sales process was literally a joy and we were on our way in our new vehicle. Thumbs up to the team at Northtowne!
Ken Long: Turned us away they didn’t even try, just said that they could not help us. We went to a different Hyundai dealership in the KC area, left with 2022 elantra, no deposit and in the price range we were looking for. Needless to say, this location is very bias.
Charles Ritter - 6PMA: Tom Sexton and Ted Beltz were nothing short of amazing from start to finish. They made the buying process very comfortable and straight forward.
Ryan Beenken: We bought a Sonata today. We had Greg and he was knowledge about the car but not pushy at all which was nice. They had some tech issues in loan processint but they were super friendly and apologetic about it. Greg went above and beyond for us and we enjoyed the car buying process a lot more than at other times. When in the car buying market in the future it will be a place we check out
Gregory McCurry: Absolutely the best place in Kansas City to purchase a new vehicle! Very professional and friendly sales staff that worked hard to make my buying experience stress free! Highly recommend to my friends and family!
Joshua Cook: I purchased a Black Tucson Hybrid from Northtowne Hyundai on 2-11-23. The entire process was fantastic! Adam Quint and Josh Rojas guided me through from start to finish. The pricing was exceptional as they sold the vehicle to me at MSRP and also gave me a bit more than market value for my trade-in. I was very clear on what I needed for a payment/financing. They truly exceeded my needs and expectations! Before I get carried away here, it is important to note they were the epitome of professionalism and knew what it meant to provide top notch customer service. Kudos as well to the dealership manager (Ted). He runs a tight ship and has his team prepped and ready to do what is necessary to make sure that their business doesn’t fail. No gimmicks. No games. No markups. No hidden fees. No BS. Just a 5 star experience any you slice it! If you are in the market for Hyundai, stop messing around and take a trip to Northtowne Hyundai. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!
Joshu Nuttall: From my initial wandering in looking for a vehicle to the final signing of paperwork and taking my car off the lot, the team was friendly, helpful, and respected my time.
Janet Coats: Very nice people, fast mantaince service, Only thing that would be an awesome upgrade is a car wash at the dealership. I was told I could get a voucher to a car wash but never received it. Other than that, great service! 👍
Beth Knapik Benfield: For our recent repair, we contacted another Hyundai dealership closer to our home as we drive an hour to Northtowne, they gave us an estimate twice as much as Northtowne. Time and again, Northtowne is the better choice, is pretty good about getting our service in quickly and completed quickly. Thank you for taking care of us. The drive is worth it.
Piper Crawford: I was in and out very quickly. No fuss no muss and I was on my way.
K E: I was going to purchase a car from them with one request, please remove the floor mats ($210), cargo net ($55), and cargo tray ($120) out of the car deal since I already have them. I would be paying $385 for no benefit. To that, my salesperson Tim Manning said that he would "give me a call" if they failed to sell the car with the add-ons after 30 days. Yikes, do not recommend a dealership so eager to waste your money. Thanks for nothing, Tim!
Ed McKechnie: I had a great experience with Didi and Matt. Will definitely be going back for future car needs

Country Hill Motors: what do users think?
Lisa Ross-Boyle: Debra sold me my 3rd car today that I have purchased from Country Hill. She was very thorough and answered my questions. If you are looking for someone honest and professional, she is the one for you.
Scott Jeffries: Very quick and painless sale on used truck. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and I would recommend to everyone to give them a look.
Mike Owens: Update: I no longer recommend this dealer. I bought another vehicle from the dealership last year—a 2008 Ford Explorer with just over 100K. I was told things were in good shape. After buying it, I took it to a Ford Dealership that told me my rear brakes were unsafe, leaking radiator, and a broken AC. Country Hills fixed the listed items, but it took them 6 visits. It also has excessive rust, which I was assured was normal for the age of the vehicle. It’s not normal.Over the last year, I’ve had to replace the ignition coil, spark plugs, and airflow sensor, case transfer seal, and now I’m having to replace the transmission. The car has more in repairs than it’s worth. This car has been in the shop 9 times for repairs.Original Review:I was recommended by two different individuals to Country Hill Motors. Needless to say, they were spot on. Rob took great care of me, answered all of my questions, and helped me drive away in a beautiful Toyota Rav 4.The whole experience was easy, convenient, and I’ll definitely be back.
Debbie Moffett: Great experience! Granddaughter needed a car ASAP, and this was certainly the place to go. No upselling, no add ons, just good service. Dennis explained everything thooughly; courteous and professional. We will be back.
Caleb Reasons: I would try to avoid this dealership at all costs. I previously purchased a 2010 Corolla there for around $10k and, when looking to find an economical vehicle for our daughter to drive, we came back to look at a few cars. We previously worked with Dennis and were directed to him again, which was fine. We had no issues or red flags on the previous purchase. For this next purchase, my wife saw a newly traded 2009 Honda CR-V and inquired about it. They told us that we could put $300 down in a check to hold the vehicle until it was cleaned. When we test drove it, it pulled to the right fairly aggressively. When I said that it seems like it might need an alignment, Dennis told us that it’s most likely needing new tires. That’s not how that works. But we moved on. We asked what the price would be and Dennis said $11,500. We then called a little later to just confirm that and write it on the carfax report he gave. When I called, Dennis then said $12,000. So, ok no big deal. Well talk about it in a few days. I came back a few days later once the car was cleaned. The back seat was still soaking wet, dirt still present in various areas of the car and it still pulled to the right. I only mentioned the pulling to Dennis again and he said that it’s “probably due to the crown of the road, pulling it”. Again, that’s not how that works. In the few days that we were waiting, we had done some shopping around for other CR-V’s of similar years and mileage (this one had ~115,000 miles). We found a few that were a more desirable color (black int/ext) at around $11,000 average. After test driving I mentioned the pulling but said “that’s easily remedied by an alignment so that’s not a deal breaker”. I then said “I think we’d like to over $11,000 for this one”. Dennis immediately turned and started walking to the office and said “well I’ll just give you your check back right now!”. As we’re fast-walking back inside I just mentioned the other vehicles that were close by that were closer to $11,000. He then starts talking about the sophisticated algorithm they use to price their cars. He was very cold and unprofessional. They won’t care what I think of the dealership, but for me I won’t be going back to that dealership. Folks, there are too many used car options out there to let dealerships bully you like this or treat you like trash. Go online to auto tempest and just search your area. If a dealership isn’t willing to negotiate, then just walk away. They don’t deserve your business. They will act like the particular car you’re wanting is “one of a kind”. Well, it is! That’s then nature of a used car. They’re all “one of a kind”. Yours could break down on you in a year or last 20. My recommendation would be to avoid this dealership who marks up their vehicles way too high. They only gave the previous customer $5-6k for this vehicle and are trying to turn a $6k profit. Not good. Run.
Kristi Skinner: After 2 months of doing all they could to fix the issues the Buick was not able to be fixed. The dealer took the car back and we bought another vehicle. As frustrated as we were I do think they did all they could and the car was a lemon Lesson learned to read the vehicle reviews
Breanna Cossett: First, I want to start by saying we love our vehicle. However, the customer service post purchase has been TERRIBLE. What I mean is, we bought the car shortly after it hit their lot, it had a busted bumper & they promised to fix it. They fixed it, but now the bumper is sagging & they refuse to fix it. Let’s not mention that the bumper wasn’t connected to the electrical stuff it needed to run the headlights after they replaced it. I told the sales lady it was unacceptable and she said “it probably just needs to be reset” we went to the service center (who was fantastic btw) and they reconnected it & was literally confused how they didn’t connect it in the first place. The first time we took it to them to replace the bumper after the parts came in, we mentioned some clips that needed replacing & they said they’d do it. Unfortunately, this was completely ignored. So we just took it in again to get those clips fixed & the sagging bumper. Unfortunately they didn’t fix the bumper & now we have a lot of black dots all over the front end of the vehicle, and one of the interior weather seals is out of place now. Which had no business being messed with at all to begin with. Extremely disappointed in the post purchase customer service. The sales lady said word for word “I hope I never have to see you again, until you’re ready to buy a new car” absolutely not, don’t worry, you won’t see me when I buy a new car either.Photos below of sagging bumper & black spray on the front end of our vehicle. The amount of money we spent on this vehicle for it to continue to come back in worse shape than when we bought it, is beyond ridiculous…I do not recommend them! And in good conscience cannot recommend them to anyone.
Jazmin Brianne: This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle and Rob made it soo easy for me and was available for me to text or call pretty much 24/7. I would recommend him to anyone. Definitely a great experience and I LOVEE my new (to me) car. Lol
Doyle Bunker: Good down to earth people to work with.
Baylee Morrell: I worked with Ron Bloss and he was great!! I had many questions and he answered them all fully and with pleasure. It was truly a great experience and I'll be recommending Country Hill and Ron Bloss to any of my friends looking for a car.
kelci delfrate: We just bought a car from Ric Gianino a few weeks ago after looking for a long time. He stuck with us from the beginning, always with care, even when we were stubborn. Great guy! Will definitely do business with him again!!
Katy Steiner: Rob at country hill motors made buying a car ,which can be stressful experience, very enjoyable! The experience at country hill motors was not your typical high pressure sales situation. It was very comfortable experience and they were very understanding of my situation and held my car until my funds came thru. I would recommend family and friends to Country hill motors again and again.
jennifer smallwood: i got a good car here i really like it. make sure you're READING all your papers not just listening to them talk. i was told i wouldn't have any payments till June while they had me sign papers saying my payments start in may.. assuming i cant do anything cause i signed it already but just be observant.
David Auth: Rob Zuel was a great guy to work with. They did a great job to ensure I was taken care of
Devan D.: 10 years ago, was my first time going to a dealership to purchase a car. After visiting a number of used car lots and dealerships, Country Hill Motors provided a great experience and ultimately sold me the car I drove for the past decade. So when I started looking again, this was my first stop. Once again, they were fantastic and really helpful in taking time with me and helping me to narrow down my own search. The follow-up and knowledge that Paul provided was top-notch throughout the process. For those in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, Country Hill is a fantastic place to go!
Prestige Projects: Go to the other 1-star reviews and expect everything that you read. Absolutely would not recommend going here to my worst enemy. Pathetic. The lady that sits close to the front doors is about as smart as a box of rocks. Junk cars, rude and deceitful staff/policies.
Michael Gies: Third car I have bought here. What makes me keep coming back? They seem to always have what I am looking for. Also their service department is very friendly and helpful in taking care of my vehicles. I have a car I did not buy here. But I take it there now, because of the service they provide. Also I like the fact that they are not salespeople pushing you into a vehicle. They would take the time and answer your questions. Make sure you get in the right vehicle for what you’re looking for. Also if you finance here. They don’t have “hidden charges”. They explain everything up front. They understand it’s not just about the sale today. It’s about future sales.
Bruce Morgan: Timely, thorough, affordable service. No attempt to sell unnecessary service. Love this place.
Renee Blake: The best service department I've ever worked with. The staff, especially Jason, is so friendly and helpful. And the prices are fair. I recommend to everyone.
Darren Lockard: We got the car we wanted at a price that was fair. Good experience and great staff. Service dept is quick and friendly.
Steven Holland: This is the second car I've bought from Country Hill Motors. The sales team were all courteous and professional. They made both purchases an easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Stephen Kalnasi: Best service in kc
James Wiggins: This is the place you can trust to buy a used car from and get great/timely service after the sale. I had a great experience with salesperson Rob and service manager Jason and his staff. I had a limited budget, and they turned what can often be an awful experience buying a used car into a great experience through Country Hill Motors. It is the place you can and should trust among the many used car dealerships in the KC area. I bought a high-mileage used car and paid for a detailed inspection from an outside mechanic after I bought the car. That mechanic verified that I got a great deal on a car that was honestly represented at the time of sale. After going to many other dealerships and considering private-party sales, I’d highly recommend Country Hill Motors.
LB: Paid allot of money for that oil change and they didn't even rest the change oil alarm on the dash.
