Christian Jackson: I had a terrible experience with this store. While my salesman was solid and did his job to the best of his ability, anyone else I dealt with (manager, finance, etc) did not seem like they had any intentions of wanting to help me. They put me in a car that broke down a month after I bought it. When it broke down, they told me they couldn’t fix it and that I would have to get something different. But since this was considered my trade in, it had no value so it increased my payments drastically. They basically forced me to get a different car which almost doubled the price of my payments. The only thing they did to help me was allow me to drive a rental while I found a new car. If you do get a car from them , DO NOT GO TO SARA IN FINANCE! Ask for Marie. Marie helped me with the first car and she was nice and helpful. Sara was yelling through the glass and having a conversation with one of her coworkers while helping me with paperwork. She then asked Siri to call her son , put it on speaker, and had a complete side conversation about a school project while doing my paperwork. And the icing on the cake, was this entire situation forced me to pay sales tax on 2 cars. And both times , they gave me the wrong number of how much I was suppose to pay. Management also tried to blame part of the reason the car broke down on me by saying I put 20,000 miles on the car. Which is IMPOSSIBLE because I had the car for a month. From my experience solely, I would not recommend this place for a used car. I know people who got much better experience from other places .

Michelle Stilwell: Okay, I am done. You overcharged for items you put on my car. You overcharged in labor. Then when I come back in and ask why I am having issues after only driving 177 miles after service, you say between $400 and $500 should gets you all fixed up. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. Can't give lower than 1 star. Wish I could.UPDATE: I was told the service manager was going to contact me about my complaint. It's been almost a month (6/11/23 today), and I still have not heard from them. Shoddy business traits. Don't trust them. They will lie and cheat you.

The next day I get a call asking “how much money are you wanting to spend?” And a quote of $7k worth of items that need to be fixed. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was informed that there was “absolutely no way” my vehicle would pass inspection in the condition it is in. I then informed the worker that my car had just been to the lees summit Chevy dealership and had passed inspection less than a month ago. When I asked about one of the repairs and what the importance of the “vent” was, the employee said “I really have no idea.” So I have this employee telling me there is 7k worth of work needing to be done on my suburban but he has no idea why. Perhaps he could have said, “let me get a mechanic for you to speak with.”Nevertheless, between those two situations I have very little faith in the blue springs Chevy dealership. Quite disappointing.

Brian Smith: Dishonest and careless service department. The technician carlessly left a tool that's now wedged in my new vehicle after performing recall work, who knows what else was damaged by the tool being left behind. I was lied to about no software updates being available for my radio to fix stability issues...a simple google search will show that an update is available. I was told oily soot leaking from a gasket on the EGR pipe is a normal operating characteristic as well as the rubber chunks embedded in the power steering pully from the drive belt. The rearview mirror display that reboots numerous times a day couldn't be duplicated even though I provided a video of it happening. The non-rythmic ticking from the engine that gets louder every day is also a normal operating characteristic.

LINN WANBAUGH: Worked with Drew Lumpe and just took delivery of a 2023 Tahoe and I love it. It took a little time after ordering but that was due to pandemic shortages. Once the shortages were resolved GM pumped it out fast and the delivery and purchase process was awesome. Paid exactly what was quoted initially with no crazy add ons. My highest compliments to Drew, Molle Chevrolet, the Arlington assembly plant workers and the Tahoe designers.
Ginger Poe: Absolutely AMAZING service! I have never been happier to be at a dealership. We were only in town for a few days and needed a full check and brakes repaired. We also needed body shop work done on our tailgate (But we knew this would probably not be a top priority). We thought maybe we could get one of those things done while in town but this dealership made it ALL happen. It was such a blessing! Rob was so friendly and helpful and really pushed to get things done for us. Rob and his coworker (she was so sweet, but I cannot remember her name) even went above and beyond to help with a rental car so I didn't have to stay all day. I watched each and every team member speak to other customers with just as much care as they spoke to me. They were all nice, solved customers' problems, and really care. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Carla Butler: After $3??.?? worth of service/taping my wires back together and them telling me, once I find a rear fuse block for my 09 Chevrolet Trailblazer that they would install - I left. The dog that they allowed another customer to bring into the waiting area didn't help 😒 AT ALL.

Melissa Parrott: Getting an appointment was fairly easy. The provided 2 day loner was nice. However, the first full day my truck was in the shop, nothing was done to it. I dropped off my truck in the afternoon on Monday, June 5. Service wasn’t even started until Wednesday, June 7. Jarren contacted me that afternoon to let me know that diagnosis was complete and warranty would cover it but wouldn’t be ready until Thursday June 8. That would mean I would be responsible to pay for one day of loaner car or return it and be without a vehicle. I asked him to see what he could do to correct that, since they let my truck sit for a full day. He was able to get that $45 covered for me. Jarren was very helpful and kind. However, the timing of service at your shop is awful.Also, I was unaware that there are 2 Cable Dahmer shops on Noland. I went to the wrong shop (Chevrolet) first and waited there around 15 minutes just for someone to tell me I wasn’t their customer and tell me how to get to the right shop (Buick-GMC)
Pamela Moore: The moment I walked in the door, DeAndre greeted me and it was off to races. I pretty much knew what kind of car and the color I wanted. I simply ask if they had it and he took me right to the vehicle. Needless to say, upon first look, I was sold (the 2023 Buick Encore GX). It felt good to purchase a brand new and not used car as I have done with my previous 4 vehicles. The only thing that felt good was when I paid them off. This time, it's a good feeling from the start. Not buying someone else's problem, but enough of that. Back to DeAndre, good customer service is hard to find, let alone great. He was very informative, it was a pleasure talking with him as I did my test drive. Just an all around sweetheart. He was very respectful and if I could I would give him 10 stars. Thanks Dre 🙂

I keep calling and can't get an response back. I need my truck fix right! I paided for it. Now I'm at another company that wants to do the fronts again. My car is shaking when I put on brakes. Sent your not answering I will have to let them do it. I'm getting a lawyer for my money back so you can pay it.

However, Cody at Metro Motors was quick to reach out and offer to look at and do what he can to resolve any issues. Not only was everything fixed quickly but also for free which based on our contract did not have to be done! The whole buying process was quick and easy with no added sales pressure. I would definetly recommend buying a car from here!

IF I CAN WARN ANYONE FROM MAKING THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THIS MAN BY THIS REVIEW IVE DONE MY PART. PLEASE NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU ARE IN NEED AND NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL IS OR PRICE IS DO NOT DO IT. TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO GO TO THE NEXT LOT. Erin Blair: My fiancé purchased a vehicle from this car lot at the beginning of February. Upon looking at the vehicle they promised to replace the radiator, perform an oil change and clean the engine bay. Upon picking up the vehicle, my fiancé inquired about a questionable appearance in the engine bay. The salesmen assured that the substance my fiancé saw was "Engine cleaner" and that they made all the necessary repairs to have the vehicle running efficiently. After leaving the car lot and arriving home, my fiancé discovered that the vehicle had a blown head gasket. He contacted the office manager and salesmen, who assured via text message that they would rectify the situation and send out a tow truck driver to retrieve the vehicle. My fiancé communicated via text message with the salesmen, who assure every time that a tow truck driver would be out to retrieve the vehicle for repair. We have waited patiently and nothing has been done. They perform less significant repairs and lied about the engine bay cleaner to cover the major problem of the blown head gasket. Now my fiancé has a un-useable vehicle, which he paid $7500.00 that requires $4500.00 in repairs.

Benjamin Ferrara: I bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu and the owner Alex told me it was a used reliable car that would get me from A to B and just spent 500 to get it legal but not long after I got it my power steering went out then it started making a ticking noise so I thought it need a oil change so I did that then 2 weeks later my engine blew up in it on a intersection with 3 toddlers in the car and it nearly caught on fire I talked to the owner Alex and he told me take it as a loss chop it up to the game be a man the owner Alex didn't even care would not even meet me in the middle and now I still owe 281 for the next 47 months and im sorry but im not paying that I would suggest no one goes to reliable cars kc u might just get scammed like I did

joe distefano: A young lady that I know, single mother of a 2 year old purchased the vehicle from these people. It had an inspection sticker on it so that indicates it's road worthy. She took it to an actual inspection station and there was a laundry list of things wrong with the vehicle. I went up there with her a week ago. The owner was not there and I left my card with a number to call me. No call 7 Days later. Reliable is the last thing I would call reliable cars of KC.

Josh Highfill: bought a car from here a few months ago it was a 2014 kia with just under 120k i was told the car was reliable with no issues. i did not have a mechanic check it out which i probably should have. looked past the reviews they had which werent very good not to mention most cars had body damage and very dirty interior. my car didnt last even 30 days and started making a tick noise. now im stuck with a blown up car and a car ive got to pay back on. i have a little one coming this year so i needed something reliable i talked to the owner about my situation and he did not seem to care at all i would recommend passing this place up or considering the reviews they did not seem to care.

The girls were honest and straight forward and the process stress free; no pressure. I also have a 3 month warranty. My purchase was over a week ago and I'm still happy!
Tyler Gurney: Won't ever come back bought a Taurus about a month ago. I know a $2000 car is cheap and will need some work but first off no way this car passed a legal Inspection the day I left it broke down I ended up having to replace the driver side axle the transmission pan had a hole in it had to replace the transmission pan and gasket the upper and lower intake gaskets because it was leaking coolant I had to replace all 4 tires because the sidewalls were cut tires were completely trash I was sold a car that did not pass a legal Inspection . I didn't even have a inspection sticker on my windshield I had 2 shops do a Inspection and both failed it for over 9 things pretty expensive issues. These people took my money I was limited on cash as my car got stolen and I have 2 kids and I got took for everything I had by these crooks. I have already spent another 1400 just to make this car drivable and it still doesn't pass Inspection. I will definitely be making some calls today and turning over the Inspection slip i have to the highway patrol because these people are not going to continue to do this to people car is still failing for bad front end parts quiet a bit too. These people are selling junk cars with bogus inspections. Terrible customer service and sales manager Alex is a liar and mark the owner cant be contacted to face the issues as the office girl gave me fake numbers. Shady business beware and run far and fast stay away from this corrupt business. Thought I would give a little update today on October 14th 2022 haven't even had the car 2 weeks and now the heater core just went out on top of all other issues I have listed.

I purchased a 2007 Expedition from them and the vehicle was exactly as they described. Clear history and priced below market. There was an issue with the power liftgate, but they had it fixed before I took delivery. It was really a good buying experience. I recommend you check them out.

Julie Killian: Paid full price ($5000) on a broken 2006 Lincoln Navigator. Not only did they hide error messages (disconnected battery so they wouldnt show up immediately), but after I bought the car the starter and battery went out 4 days later. I replaced those not thinking much about it. The error messages had shown up after I started the car 4 times telling me to check the suspension and the tire gauges. I have had the car since the last week in March. The first week in april the engine started making noise. Long story short it has a rod knocking amongst other pressing issues that is going to cost me $6000 or more to fix. I saved and saved to be able to buy a nice car for my family to safely travel in and you sold me JUNK!

tracey laird: Do NOT buy a car here! They are scam artist taking advantage of good people. I bought a 2004 Cadillac Deville on February 26th. It had low miles and drove great. Started having problems about a week later. We had to pay $525 to replace the power steering pump and $450 to buy new tires. We were told by the shop that the tires were 11 years old and dry rotted. I drove it for a couple days after that without incident, then started having problems again. It was shaking and smelling like burning. I then dropped it off at the Cadillac dealership to have them check it out. I got the phone call this morning. They said it needs almost $10,000 worth of work. They said there’s noway it should have ever passed inspection and that it’s dangerous to drive. The transmission is pouring out fluid, tie rods are bad, too much else to list. I paid $2750 for the car. Courtesy cars btw gave me proof it passed inspection in January so obviously those people are in on the scam. My husband is disabled and I am on unemployment so no idea how we will ever be able to afford another car or get rid of this LEMON!SPEED past this lot as fast as you can and don’t even think about stopping!
